Human resources (HR) have a very important role in an organization.Of course, by processing good human resources can drive the performance of an organization. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, a company in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of employee engagement, organizational culture conditions and performance at the company. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is descriptive and causal research. The population in this study were employees of the PT. XYZ. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple regression analysis. The findings in this study concluded that employee engagement and organizational culture had a positive and significant influence partially on performance. In addition, it can be concluded that employee engagement and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on performance.

This study aims to determine how much the relationship between Organizational Culture and Work Stress on Employee Performance at Pt. Nusantara Bonded Zone (Persero) North Jakarta. The purpose and research is to obtain a systematic description of organizational culture and stress as independent variables and performance as included variables, verificatively aims to test the hypothesis with statistical calculations. In this study using descriptive and verification research methods. The population in this study were employees of PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) which was planned to be 104 people divided into several divisions and positions. The sample used in this study is saturated sample, saturated sample is also often interpreted as the maximum sample, because added no matter how much will not change the population representation. In the research sample, all employees who work at PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero). The types of data used by researchers in research on the influence of organizational culture and work stress on performance are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers are, questionnaire interviews, observation. Berikat Nusantara (Persero). Organizational culture contributes partially by 15.6% to performance. Meanwhile, work stress contributed partially by 9.7% to performance. Because 15.6% is greater than 9.7%, it can be stated that the Organizational Culture variable contributes more to performance than the Work Stress variable. The effect of the simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) is 25.3%. Abstract Employee performance is a condition and an assumption for the performance and success of a company on the market. In order to ensure competitive ability, the quality of human resources, their management, and related measurement and performance assessment are at the forefront of company interest. Employee assessment affects the performance, development and motivation of people and also provides the necessary information about the employees. It allows the organization to monitor employee performance and compare their work with other collaborators. Many companies have the problem of setting up evaluation system so that it carried itself elements of responsibility and objectivity. The result of conceptual work in this area is the ultimate use of tools whose deployment, if possible, motivates employees to perform better. The aim of the paper is to refer to problems that arise in companies in evaluating the performance of employees.

The activity of a company requires quality human resources. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other resources because humans are creatures that have strong feelings and desires. Therefore, human resources must be able to be fostered and managed effectively and efficiently in order to provide optimal results for the company. Relationship patterns that occur between superiors and employees are strongly influenced by leadership style, is one of the factors that influence the behavior of others to work and strive to achieve company goals, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the effectiveness of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. In this study, the number of respondents was 40 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data analysis using a normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed leadership style towards employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.754, it means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.568 which means that the organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance by 43.2% while the rest is influenced by factors other than leadership styleKeywords: Leadership Style, Motivation of Employee Work

  Organizational culture and leadership are part of human resources which are one of the capital and have a very important role for the success of a company or organization because good human resource management is the key to the successful achievement of the company's goals. The success of an organization in achieving its goals in addition to requiring a good organizational culture, also depends on the implementation of the leadership style. A strong leadership style in the organization is used to direct all available resources in achieving goals and optimizing success in a company. This study aims to determine to test and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at RTTL.EP. The aspects studied are the employee's work culture, the leadership style of a leader, and the impact of the process of the two variables which will result in employee job performance. The phenomenon in this research is explored with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are by distributing research questionnaires, interviews, and collecting secondary data. The sample taken was 180 samples of RTTL.EP employees.  The results of this study are expected to be used as a work evaluation to improve organizational culture, leadership, and performance, this research can be used as a direction in improving employee performance at RTTL.EP so that it is always in line with the Vision and Mission of RTTL.EP, which is to provide quality programs to the audience.

PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia needs to possess quality and competent human resources in order to face the stiff competition with the continuous growth of similar companies. Human resources development in a company must be well performed and well planned, and one way to do so is by performing evaluations about employee engagement, empowerment, and organisational commitment so that employees’ performance can be improved continuously, which in turn will improve the employees’ prosperity and the company’s profit. The purpose of this research is to analyse the impact of employee engagement, empowerment, and organisational commitment on the employees of PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indonesia’s human resources division. The data analysis method utilised in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, which uses the SmartPLS software. The result of this research is that empowerment and organisational commitment have a significant and positive impact on employees’ performance. Furthermore, employee engagement and empowerment also have a significant and positive result on organisational commitment. Employee engagement does not have a significant impact on employee performance, but it has a positive impact on employee performance. It shows that employee engagement does not have a direct impact, but it has an indirect impact on employee performance through organisational commitment.

The role of human resources (HR) in a company is very significant and has enormous potential to carry out company activities. Therefore, humans function as the main driving force in every activity carried out by the company. Therefore, human resources should be empowered as much as possible in order to be able to produce optimal output. Good HR management will also affect the increase in company productivity and profitability. And one way that can be taken is by increasing the loyalty and performance of employees to develop companies . This study uses a qualitative method by taking place at Ayee Cafe, Mojoroto-Kediri. The purpose of this study was to determine the operational management Ayee Cafe and how the strategy is to increase employee loyalty and performance. Ayee cafe has a special way to increase employee loyalty and performance that has been implemented for the last 5 years. Ayee cafe also considers all those involved in helping its business as employees. It's just that the owner's job is to manage the business, if the boss makes himself the owner, there will be no discipline. Because what comes to mind is that the owner's name is only receiving the results, that's what the owner of Ayee Cafe avoids. Keywords: strategy, loyalty, employee performance

The purpose of this study are: 1) To clarify whether there is influence organizational culture, leadership and organizational climate on employee performance Bhayangkara Padang Hospital and 2) Measure the influence of organizational culture, leadership and organizational climate on employee performance Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. Based on test validity workplace culture, leadership, work climate and performance in mind all the items declared invalid meet the eligibility criteria are good and reliable instrument. Work Culture regression analysis obtained by value t = 2.091 while t table = 1.988, so t count> t table and the significance value is 0,040 this value is smaller than α = 0.05 not significant effect on employee performance Padang Police Hospitals. A company that can be said to have succeeded in developing human resources by having various kinds of skills and good knowledge is one of the efforts that a company can make to improve employee performance with Employee Training and Appraisal. This study aims to find out anything that has a major effect on performance and assessment of performance. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling method in this study is nonprobability sampling or saturated samples. The sample taken in this study may be 60 respondents. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be denied that: 1.) Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance 2) Job Appraisal has a positive and significant effect on performance. 3) By using the F test simultaneously, training and work results have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Satisfaction and Performance based on the Characteristics of Compensation Systems and Organizational Culture in the Hospital of Dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative research method research design. Data collected using a questionnaire on 100 permanent employee respondents at Soepraoen Hospital Malang.Independent variables of this study are Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The dependent variable of this study is the Compensation System and Organizational Culture. The results of the study show (1) Employee satisfaction has a significant influence on the compensation system; (2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee satisfaction; (3) Compensation has a significant influence on employee performance;(4) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance; (5) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen; (6) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Tk Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen.

Performance appraisal of employees is an important thing to do by government agencies and private companies. It is useful to see, monitor the level and quality of work given by an employee to his company in order to create a company that is able to achieve the goals of each company by starting to do evaluation of HR (Human Resources) because in the business and management world says that a great company is a company that is able to manage its human resources. In employee performance appraisal, each company has their own way and certainly different in the actual practice of employee performance appraisal activities must be done properly and fairly as possible to eliminate social gaps in the world of work and reduce the occurrence of errors in granting an assessment of the performance of each each company employee and the results obtained after employees are given an assessment of their performance are expected to grow and influence the level of loyalty given by employees to the company and foster high self-motivation for the progress of the company itself. In evaluating employee performance, there are several tools that can be used, one of which is a decision support system that will process some of the criteria set by the company using the Weighted Product (WP) method
