ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the synergy between sharia bank and fintech to effort and develop micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Data and information were obtained through interview to expert respondents in their fields such as BNI Syariah, Ammana Fintek Syariah and the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). This study has been conducted from July 2018 to March 2019. To provide a deep understanding, this study uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study to show that the opportunity to create synergy between Sharia Bank and Sharia Fintech in order to develop MSMEs in Indonesia is still very wide open. This synergy can be done through several existing patterns or synergy models, including through cross-selling schemes, channeling, references, shadow investors, outsourcing platform and Fintech consortium. The benefits of this synergy include empowering MSMEs, facilitating financial services that are practical, comfortable, safe, have speed, sophistication and up-to-date and are more efficient. The challenges ahead are in terms of human resources competence and support from regulators for policy relaxation. Risks that must be properly mitigated from these synergies, such as the risk of credibility, technology, default and operations.KEYWORDS: Synergy, Sharia Bank, Financial Technology (Fintech), Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

Industrial Era 4.0 changed the entire chain and management of all branches of industry with various technologies. All financial-based services are developing rapidly in Indonesia marked by the emergence of many start-up companies. Rapid changes to digital banking and financial technology show that technology can play a strategic role in providing financial services that can be accessed quickly. The availability of digital banking services and products is highly valued by customers, both individuals and business people, especially in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). The large selection of digital banking products is certainly intended to motivate customers to love and be loyal customers and become part of the modern lifestyle. The presence of the digital economy is a new opportunity as well as a serious threat to the banking industry that is churning into digital banking in order to retain customers and attract new customers from millennials.

Development of the physical sector which continues to advance along with the rapid advancement of science and technology needs to be balanced with the progress of society in nonphysical aspects. So far the progress of science and technology still leaves the community behind on non-physical aspects. Higher Education plays an important role in participating in the success of the National development program. The main objective of national development is the formation of modern Indonesian society but still adhering to the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. In Indonesia, the definition of micro small and medium enterprises is regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning micro small and medium enterprises. In the formation of this modern society, universities are tasked with creating experts who must have high knowledge and be able to develop their knowledge through technology that can ultimately be utilized by the Indonesian people as a whole. By following the pace of increasingly dynamic development steps to improve human resources both in the utilization and processing of natural resources and human resources. In implementing the knowledge possessed from various disciplines which henceforth can be applied in the midst of the community especially the Tenggayun village in terms of building and developing and enhancing micro, small and medium businesses.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the condition of the development of virtual use in the marketing of MSME products in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in Kudus, the extent of the realization of e-marketplaces in MSMEs, inhibiting and supporting factors of MSMEs in implementing e-marketplaces in Kudus, and the application of sharia values </em><em></em><em>in practice the use of e-marketplaces by SMEs in Kudus. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data sources used are primary and secondary data. The informants of this research are the officials of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Manpower Office and Small and Medium Enterprises as well as SMEs and consumers. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. The results of the study show: 1) In the era of digitization, the Kudus District Trade Office created a platform; 2) The inhibiting factors for the implementation of E-Marketplace in Kudus are (a) Media limitations for online; (b) Limited Manpower; (c) Limitations of Internet Connection; (d) Duration of Delivery; (e) Limited human resources owned by MSME in Kudus to enter the digital market; (f) Lack of Coordination among Departments in Kudus Regency; (g) Competitive Atmosphere of Competitors. Factors supporting the implementation of e-marketplaces at MSMEs in Kudus are (a) the uniqueness of Kudus MSME products; (b) Ease of Technology in Kudus; (c) Government support for MSMEs facing the era of digitalization; 3) SMEs in Kudus have applied the principles of Islamic entrepreneurs, namely the principle of monotheism, justice, the existence of maslahah activities and the principle of taawun.</em><em></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

Yogyakarta is a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of tourism, education and culture. Yogyakarta is one of the foremost cultural centers of Java. This region is located at the foot of the active merapi vulcano. Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. This study attempts to narrow the gaps that exist in the literature about branding in the context of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research method used is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with Owners, Managing Directors, and Human Resource Managers in MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the UMKM employer branding is still limited to intention. It can be seen from the absence of programs or activities that support employer branding programs that are felt directly by their employees. This is induced by the focus of MSME businessmen who are still on fundamental issues such as financial constraints and the absence of loyal consumers. The results of this study can be used by educators or stakeholders in Indonesian MSMEs as a reference for formulating employer branding approaches and strategies that are in line with the characteristics of MSMEs in Indonesia. ABSTRACTThe current adoption of financial technology (fintech) payment by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is motivated by the trend of using digital money. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze empirically the factors that influence the intention of SMEs to use fintech payments. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing surveys to 94 MSMEs in the Magelang using convenience sampling technique. The test results with SEM-PLS show that the perceived usefulness and the perception of trust have an effect on attitudes. Risk perception and trust affect the intention to use fintech payment. Meanwhile, for ease of use, perception and risk perception have no effect on attitudes and perceived usefulness. Attitudes have no effect on intentions to use fintech payment. Based on the calculation of the path value, the most powerful factor to influence the intention to use fintech payment is the perception of trust.Keywords: fintech payment, TAM, MSMEABSTRAKAdopsi terkini mengenai pembayaran melalui financial technology (fintech) oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dilatarbelakangi oleh tren penggunaan uang digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan survei kepada 94 UMKM di Magelang dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Hasil pengujian dengan SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap sikap. Persepsi risiko dan kepercayaan mempengaruhi niat untuk menggunakan pembayaran fintech. Sedangkan untuk kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi dan persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap dan manfaat yang dirasakan. Sikap tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan fintech payment. Berdasarkan perhitungan path value, faktor yang paling kuat mempengaruhi niat menggunakan fintech payment adalah persepsi kepercayaan.Kata kunci: fintech payment, TAM, UMKM

This research is to find out the perceptions of micro, small and medium enterprises to modern stores, MSME partnerships with modern stores, constraints, and the role of the government in overcoming the problems of modern shops and MSMEs in Padangsidimpuan City. This research is a descriptive qualitative study by conducting in-depth interviews. The results showed the perception of MSMEs towards modern stores had a negative and positive impact. The negative impact, the income of MSMEs has decreased. The positive impact, the presence of modern stores motivates MSMEs to evaluate themselves from modern stores. The partnership established by MSMEs with modern stores is the use of business locations provided by modern stores. The constraints of MSMEs are business capital, human resources, business legality, business permits and products, while the constraints of modern stores are business permits, human resources and partnerships with MSMEs. The role of the City Government of Padangsidimpuan is for modern stores, namely to give an appeal not to add to modern store outlets and to call for partnerships in terms of marketing local MSME products. For MSMEs, facilitate MSMEs with banking institutions in terms of providing venture capital, training and guidance to MSMEs, and making packaging houses.

Commercial Banks worldwide are identified to be one of the key players in the financial industry that have positively affected individuals involved in business, and the economy at large, through the functions they perform in the economy. However, inadequate financing in the activities of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is still the major constraint faced by people involved in business activities. Even though the Government of Rwanda has made effort to improve the accessibility to credit, entrepreneurs still have some challenges to access financial services in order to improve their businesses. The purpose of this research was to assess the contribution of commercial banks in financing SMEs in Rwanda. A sample of 60 SMEs was selected in Kigali and Southern Province of Rwanda. Data was collected from the respondents through a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequencies and percentage distributions. A Pearson Chi-Square Test was used to analyze the relationship between commercial banks and SMEs in Rwanda. The results indicated that the main purposes of loan application were start-up capital, working capital and expansion of businesses. The results also revealed that there was positive relationship between commercial banks and SMEs in Rwanda. The results revealed as well, that commercial banks in Rwanda played a crucial role in contribution to SME’s economic development and small and medium entrepreneurs who got credit from commercial banks expanded their businesses and increased their income.

Murabaha Financing have potentially lower risk than other financing product. It chosen by USP Kopontren XYZ to fulfill members financing demand both for business development and consumptive purposes. Termination of Employment Relationship, working cycle and Bad characters some members cause of the collectibility default in Murabaha Financing.This study using qualitative approach and case studies. The collection of primarydata through in-depth interview, while secondary data obtained from the AnnualMembers Meeting report Kopontren XYZ . Explanation building analysis techniques are use to explain the results of in-depth interviews in order to explain the handling of murabaha financing collectibility default.The results explained to handling collectability default adopt according to The Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 35.3 / Per / M.KUKM / X / 2007, executing from cash collateral, financial penalties for those who deliberately, and converts the contract.
