Malang Waste Bank, or commonly called Bank Sampah Malang (BSM), is a legal entity of incorporated cooperatives built by the Malang municipal government serving as a container of waste management, especially dry waste. During this time, the customer service process conducted in BSM has been not optimal, especially its online service. Some services have been accessible online through website but the information is limited only to the list of prices and types of waste received by BSM. While other necessary information needed by the customers such as balance checking, garbage collection schedule checking, and information about the types of saving managed by BSM has not been covered by the existing online system yet. This research has built an online customer service system based on mobile applications and SMS gateways for BSM. The purpose of the system is to facilitate the customers of BSM to obtain information about the garbage bank, especially for customers having high mobility. Interviews and observation are used as the method of the analysis of the system requirements. Meanwhile, the applications such as MySQL database, Web service, PHP CodeIgniter, SMS Gateway and Android as a language programming are used to develop the system. This system integrates android applications with web based applications by using web service. This system is made so that customers get better service. Evaluation results show the system that has been built has been successfully tested.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

High mobility in the era of globalization has resulted in the service system in a company being demanded to be faster to meet customer needs. Responsiveness or responsiveness is one aspect of service quality that serves as a benchmark in achieving customer satisfaction. Banking as a financial service in dealing with customers is closely related to the speed of services provided to customers, sometimes whether or not fast customers are constrained by unpredictable queuing times. BRI Bank as the bank that has the largest units that are spread almost all over Indonesia, BRI Bank has been committed to creating excellent service in serving its customers, so that the queuing system in a banking service is crucial to be noticed so that customers can be well served. The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimal teller service queue system for minimizing queue waiting time using queuing theory methods. Data collection with a determined time-based observation and recording of activities that occur directly by researchers to be carried out at BRI Cibadak Branch, Sukabumi. The data to be taken is the time to the teller the service queue system which is the time between the arrival of the customer and the time of customer service. The results showed an optimal number of tellers of 6 with an average server utilization of 67%, an average number in the queue of 0.57 customers, an average number in the system of 4.57 customers, an average time in the queue of 0.01 hours and an average time in the system of 0.11 hours.

<p>Abstrak<br />Setelah mengaplikasikan sistem layanan jasa service CV. Natama Enterprise untuk lebih meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan membuat aplikasi pelaporan layanan jasa service yang merupakan layanan pengaduan atas pelayanan service yang telah diberikan. CV. Natama Enterprise merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dan jasa perawatan komputer, melayani instansi pemerintah dan swasta. Setelah menggunakan sistem aplikasi layanan jasa service ada kendala bagi manajemen untuk memberikan pelayanan pengaduan terhadap layanan jasa service yang telah dilakukan disamping sebagai fungsi kontrol terhadap mutu layanan juga untuk mempermudah pelanggan menyampaikan keluhan terhadap manajemen atas kualitas layanan yang telah diterima. Setelah mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi maka dibuat suatu rancangan aplikasi pengaduan Jasa service. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibangun sebuah aplikasi layanan pengaduan jasa Service dengan metode Zachman Framework Berbasis Web sehingga dapat diperoleh informasi secara mendetail bagaimana sistem informasi itu dirancang, segala kebutuhan baik data, sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur yang mendukung berjalannya sistem layanan jasa service.<br />Kata kunci :Pengaduan, Zachman Framework, Perancangan<br />Abstract<br />After applying service system service. After knowing the problems that occur, an appraisal application design service is created. There are still many elementary schools that have not implemented an information system for processing student grades online because of the assumption that this is still not needed, even though in fact the use of computerized information systems can help schools in improving the academic process to be more effective and efficient. Information systems with web-based applications that are now often found still have shortcomings, namely the mobility of their use is still lacking compared to Android-based applications which are now easier to use and access anywhere. The use of web applications as a means for teachers to input values as well as an android application as a means for parents to be able to monitor their children's academic scores is considered to be the most appropriate solution in implementing this information system, but differences in platforms between Android and the web make it difficult for data to be integrated with each other. Therefore we need an interoperability system in order to integrate applications from different platforms. Then an android based academic score monitoring application was made with RESTful web service. The selection of the RESTful web service system itself is because this system applies the concept of a client server where the server to be created is a web-based application that is used by the school to input student grades, and the client application is an android application intended for parents / guardians of students to get information regarding the value of his child. The output of this research is an application system for monitoring the academic scores of elementary school students by implementing the RESTful web service system in its application as well as the results of the application testing questionnaire based on the usability aspect of the application with the final result of the application eligibility percentage of 87%.Keywords: Monitoring Student Values, Platforms, Information Systems.

The increasing business competition between buying and selling shops to get customers has caused building shops to compete to provide the best service for their customers. Consumer satisfaction is the key to building long-term relationships between customers and building stores. Sumber Mulyo Shop which is four in Ds. Piji Rt.1 Rw.2 Dawe Kudus is engaged in buying and selling building materials. The customer service system that is currently available at the Sumber Mulyo Shop is still utilizing for the process of buying and selling and service manually, namely when in the store to respond to customer complaints. Therefore, complaints are not confidential to building shops. The registration process is still done by recording documents, in recording documents causing the customer service takes longer if one day is needed. In making the registration data report member marketing will be difficult in managing store data so that in recording member transaction data there will be many errors. The method of applying the system used in this study is the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and using a web-based programming language, PHP. This CRM service system makes it easy for customers to register members, provide input in the form of criticism and suggestions, and can provide convenience for Sumber Mulyo Shop owners for web-based data processing. In this study using this system needs analysis through a SWOT analysis.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.
