AbstrakBelakangan ini hampir seluruh universitas yang ada di indonesia memiliki sistem informasi alumninya sendiri-sendiri. Sistem informasi alumni mampu memberikan informasi tentang kondisi alumninya setelah menyelesaikan masa perkuliahannya. Alumni merupakan aktor yang berperan penting dalam pendidikan. Saat ini jurusan Informatika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang telah memiliki website alumni. Permasalahannya belum adanya sistem yang memberikan alumni rekomendasi grup pada sistem, sehingga para alumni mampu saling bertukar informasi didalamnya. Dengan adanya data alumni dan juga di dukung dengan adanya tracer study, dapat di bentuk suatu rekomendasi grup dari data tracer study. K-medoid adalah metode pengelompokan data ke  dalam  sejumlah cluster  tanpa  adanya  struktur  hirarki antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Algoritma k-medoid memiliki nilai coefficient yang lebih tinggi di bandingkan dengan k-means dalam penelitian ini. Yang mana k-medoid mendapatkan nilai rata-rata Silhouette Score 0.7325888099 dalam pengujian dengan jumlah cluster 5 dan perulangan sebanyak 10 kali. Jika dibandingkan dengan k-means yang hanya memiliki nilai rata-rata Silhouette Score 0.6872873866.AbstractLately, Almost all universities in Indonesia have their own alumni information systems. The alumni information system is able to provide information about the condition of its alumni after collage graduation. Alumni are actors who play important role in education. Currently, the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Malang has an alumni website.  The problem is the absence of system that gives alumni group recommendation on the system, so that alumni are able to exchange information in this website. With the alumni data and also supported by the existence of a tracer study, it can be formed as group recommendation from the data tracer study. Clustering is one of tools in data mining that aims to group object into clusters. K-medoid is a method of grouping data into a number of clusters without hierarchical structure from one another. The k-medoid algorithm has higher coefficient value compared to k-means in this study. This K-medoid gets an average value of Silhouette Score 0.7325888099 in testing with the number of clusters 5 and repetitions 10 times. When compared with k-means which only has an average value of Silhouette Score 0.6872873866.

INTISARISistem informasi dibuat untuk membantu kegiatan di suatu organisasi dan pengambilan keputusan para pimpinannya. Sistem informasi sudah banyak dibuat organisasi namun data atau informasi yang dihasilkan selalu berdiri sendiri sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan mendapatkan informasi yang terkait antar sistem informasi pada organisasi tersebut, terjadi duplikasi informasi dan menjadikan informasi tidak berupa kesatuan yang lengkap dan utuh.Web sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi yang sederhana dari satu tempat ke tempat lain melalui jaringan komputer. Web dapat dimanfaatkan pula sebagai sarana interoperabilitas dan berbagi informasi antara sistem informasi di suatu organisasi. Suatu klien sistem informasi yang berada pada jaringan komputer dapat meminta layanan data berupa web services kepada server sistem informasi yang menyediakan layanan data yang diminta dengan cara mudah.JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) merupakan seperangkat aturan untuk memformat data berbasis teks yang ringan digunakan pada pertukaran data. Layanan web (web services) pada komunikasi antar sistem informasi untuk bertukar informasi dapat menggunakan JSON agar mendapatkan kemudahan mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dan untuk mendapatkan integritas data yang dihasilkan dari berbagai sistem informasi pada organisasi tersebut.Peneliti melakukan pengembangan web services untuk berbagi data antar suatu sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem informasi yang lainnya dengan format menggunakan JSON. Peneliti mengharapkan adanya web services dengan format JSON yang dapat membantu sistem informasi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dan mendapatkan integritas data yang dihasilkan antara sistem informasi tersebut.Kata kunci— web services, JSON, interoperabilitas, sistem informasi. ABSTRACTInformation systems are made to assist activities in an organization and the decisions of its leaders. The web can also be used as a means of interoperability and information sharing between information systems in an organization. An information system client located on a computer network can request data services in the form of web services to an information system server that provides requested data services in an easy way.JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) is a set of rules for formatting lightweight text-based data used in data exchange. Web services (web services) on communication between information systems to exchange information can use JSON to get the ease of getting the information needed and to obtain data integrity generated from various information systems in the organization.The researcher develops web services to share data between information systems needed by other information systems in a format using JSON. Abstract - in this era of disruptive like nowadays, information systems are becoming staples in every area that we do. Almost all jobs have an information system that is used to help complete the work so that it becomes more effective. Library processing a lot of data that should be processed well and fast that can give you maximum service to our customers. Besides information system built to manage all data, the security of information systems should be a major concern so that data can be stored safely and avoid attack or deface from people who are not responsible. One way to secure information systems we make is by separating the model view and the controller so that the system will be difficult to hack or on disable. With the CodeIgniter Framework then we would be easier in making a website that is secure because in the CodeIgniter has the concept of the Model View Controller (MVC). The presence of information systems today can be felt by almost all elements of society. In the elements of government, education, public and private industry, even UMKN has started to use information systems in carrying out their activities. The development of information system technology has not fully touched the current field, one of them is the element of the profession as a lawyer. In the 4.0 revolution era, lawyers should use a website-based information system. This is done to make easy for clients to get information quickly and accurately. Making information systems using the waterfall method can run effectively, because it has phase of system requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing. With the support of the HTML, PHP, Javascript, and CodeIgniter programming languages ​​so that the process of creating a lawyer information system at NurhadiSigit Law Officer runs as expected and can be implemented optimally.

Summary Objectives: To discuss the advantages and disadvantages of an interfaced approach to clinical information systems architecture. Methods: After many years of internally building almost all components of a hospital clinical information system (HELP) at Intermountain Health Care, we changed our architectural approach as we chose to encompass ambulatory as well as acute care. We now seek to interface applications from a variety of sources (including some that we build ourselves) to a clinical data repository that contains a longitudinal electronic patient record. Results: We have a total of 820 instances of interfaces to 51 different applications. We process nearly 2 million transactions per day via our interface engine and feel that the reliability of the approach is acceptable. Interface costs constitute about four percent of our total information systems budget. The clinical database currently contains records for 1.45 m patients and the response time for a query is 0.19sec. Discussion: Based upon our experience with both integrated (monolithic) and interfaced approaches, we conclude that for those with the expertise and resources to do so, the interfaced approach offers an attractive alternative to systems provided by a single vendor. We expect the advantages of this approach to increase as the costs of interfaces are reduced in the future as standards for vocabulary and messaging become increasingly mature and functional.

Posyandu is one form of Community-based Health Efforts (UKBM) that are managed and organized from, by, for and with the community in the implementation of health development. Yandu Post has an important role in providing information about the demographics of the community in a rural area, this is only conveyed through the form of records in tiered reporting so that information that should be absorbed quickly by policy makers requires considerable time. Along with the development of increasingly rapid technology with the development of increasingly sophisticated hardware it is necessary to report for the Yandu post blinded by an application that can accelerate the flow of information for those who are solid and have policies.Engineering and designing an information system for these needs is an absolute thing that must be immediately realized so that reporting can immediately be used by people who have interests and policies in making decisions so that there are no more problems that can occur due to lack of speed in taking action to finish. The results of the engineering design of the system in the form of an Android-based application because Android is already a common item that almost all people have. Information systems can control the implementation of the work and the implementation function by producing information according to predetermined provisions.

Information is very important and required in almost all areas and fields. It is close to some of the areas viz. Data, Content and Knowledge. The system is also another concept that deals with the group of interrelated and connected entities, objects, tools, or facets. In other words, combinations of some subsystems are called Systems. Therefore, Systems in respect of the Information is called Information Systems. Information Systems is the way, tools, connected entities that are dedicated or responsible for the information related activities ranging from the collection, selection, organization, processing, management and dissemination. There are different contexts regarding Information Systems, in some contexts, it is also the electronic systems dedicated to information management and delivery to the organizations, institutions. In some contexts, it is the Computational way to preserve and deliver content and information. Information Systems in another context are the apex controlling mechanism of some of the divisional information systems such as Executive Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, etc. which helps in Information related activities to the organizations. Even Information System is also considered as a branch or field of study internationally. Sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik atau e-Government ditujukan untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel, serta pelayanan publik yang berkualitas dan terpercaya. ISO/IEC 25010 merupakan standar internasional dalam mengevaluasi sistem informasi. Penggunaan ISO/IEC 25010 untuk mengevaluasi kualitas sistem informasi dengan menggunakan product quality, dimana prosesnya mengacu pada karakteristik dari sebuah produk sistem informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kualitas Sistem Informasi Pengukuran Prestasi Kerja berdasarkan ISO/IEC 25010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kualitas SIRANSIJA berada pada kategori Berkualitas dengan nilai rata–rata 73. Karakteristik Portability memiliki persentase tertinggi dengan nilai 76%, Usability 75%, Reliability 74% Security 73%, Maintainability 73%, dan Performance Efficiency 73%. Karakteristik dengan nilai terendah yaitu: Functional Suitability 71%, dan Compatibility 71%. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat dijadikan pertimbangan atau rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas SIRANSIJA dengan melihat karakteristik yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna atau sebaliknya. The electronic-based government system or e-Government is aimed at actualizing clean, effective, transparent, and accountable governance as well as quality and reliable public services. ISO/IEC 25010 is an international standard in evaluating information systems. It is used to evaluate the quality of information systems by using product quality, where the process refers to the characteristics of an information system product. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Work Performance Measurement Information System based on the ISO/IEC 25010. However, this study employs a descriptive quantitative method. The results show that the SIRANSIJA quality level is in the excellence category with an average value of 73. Portability characteristic has the highest percentage with a value of 76%, Usability is 75%, Reliability is 74%, Security is 73%, Maintainability is 73%, Performance Efficiency is 73%, the lowest score is Functional Suitability of 71%, and Compatibility is 71%. These results can also be used as considerations or recommendations to improve the quality of SIRANSIJA by considering the characteristics that have a significant effect on user satisfaction or vice versa.

Perpustakaan Kab. Karawang dikelola oleh Dinas Arsip dan Dokumentasi Kabupaten Karawang. Dalam melaksanakan Tugas Pokok dan Tanggung Jawab perlu di dukung adanya Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi yang memadai untuk menjamin sistem Informasi dapat digunakan dengan baik dan memberikan kemudahan bagi staf perpustakaan atau anggota perpustakaan. Untuk mengetahui kesiapan dalam menerapakan sistem informasi diperlukan Analisa Tata kelola Teknologi Informasi dengan menggunakan Cobit 4.1. Kerangka kerja Cobit 4.1 adalah kerangka kerja yan tepat untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan tata kelola teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil evaluasi berdasarkan tingkat kematangan dan menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki tata kelola teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat kematangan dalam pengelolaan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Dari Nilai Rata-rata maturity level dari Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Kab Karawang adalah 2.84 berada pada level 3 (Defined). Untuk mencapai level 4 : 3.50 – 4.49 (Managed) sehinga masih terdapat kekurangan minimal sebesar 0.66. Untuk memenuhi leve 4, perlu meningkatkan tata kelola yang baik. Sedangkan Nilai maturity level terendah adalah DS4 seebsar 1.86, ini perlu ada usaha yang keras untuk mencapai level 3. Untuk nilai maturity level tertinggi adalah pada sistem layanan informasi Perpustakaan Kab Karawang pada Proses DS01 “Mendefinisikan dan mengelola tingkat layanan” adalah 4.18 berada pada level 4 (Managed) yaitu : 3.50 – 4.49. Hasil maturity menunjukan bahwa pengukuran dan pemantaun terhadap kepatuhan dengan prosedur, serta pengambilan tindakan jika proses tidak berjalan secara efektif, dapat dilakukan perbaikan proses dilakukan secara konstan. Implementasi proses dilakukan secara baik. Otomasi dan perangkat yang digunakan terbatas. Kata Kunci : Audit, Tata Kelola, Cobit 4.1 Maturity, Sistem Informasi District Library. The Cobit 4.1 framework is an appropriate framework to determine the maturity level of information technology governance. The purpose of this study is to obtain evaluation results based on maturity levels and produce recommendations for improving information technology governance. Based on the results of the analysis of the level of maturity in the management of Information T echnology Governance, the average value of the maturity level of the Karawang Regency Library Information System is 2.84, which is at level 3 (Defined). To reach level 4: 3.50 - 4.49 (Managed) so that there is still a minimum deficiency of 0.66. To meet level 4, good governance is needed. While the lowest maturity level value is DS4 of 1.86, this requires hard effort to reach level For the highest level of maturity is the information service system of the Karawang District Library on the DS01 Process "Defining and managing service levels" is 4.18 at level 4 (Managed), namely: 3.50 - 4.49. The results of maturity show that measurement and monitoring of compliance with procedures, as well as taking action if the process is not running effectively, can be carried out continuously. <p><span style="font-size: medium;">The classic problem that is quite common and often encountered in almost all university in Indonesia is at the time of preparation of the list of subjects that are routinely done at every semester turn, either the odd semester or even semester for filling the Study Plan Card (KRS) done by every students. The constraints that caused the problem to occur were due to the limited factor of the classroom (theoretical class and lab lab), the ratio factor of the number of lecturers to the students taking the course and then the lecturer availability factor that could teach for each course offered by every course available at Matana University. Because of the factors that make the list of courses along with the schedule of the day and time becomes complicated and not easy to do, because the preparation of the optimal course schedule is to avoid the occurrence of incompatibility or clash between the schedule of 1 course with other courses, then avoid using the same room in the same day and time as the same lecturer or with different lecturers. Based on these matters, the management of University of Matana through Senate meeting decided to arrange planning for the development of Academic Information System (SIAKAD) using SQL Optimization method that can be used to assist the smoothness of lecturing process and academic and administration service activities at Matana University.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Key words<strong>:</strong>courses scheduling, KRS, SQL Optimization, Academic Information Systems</span></p>

Healthcare is a vital portion of today's medical environment, and it is necessary for medical providers to do their work in an efficient and effective manner. Everyday, hundreds of thousands of patients visit medical amenities stimulating the administration to run smoothly. Almost all hospitals and the health centers in Fiji are now heavily dependent on a patient information system (PATISplus) that helps the employees to manage all the medical and administrative information. In this chapter, the authors analyse the ethical issues of a patient information systems (PATIS) using the PAPA model. This is in terms of privacy, accessibility, accuracy, and property. This chapter reviews current policies within the Ministry of Health and Medical Services in Fiji and also if there is a need of development of standard operating procedures in view of the PAPA model.
