Tulisan ini menggali rasionalitas penggunaan tradisi sikep penglaris masyarakat Islam Aboge di dusun Tumpangrejo kabupaten Malang dalam perspektif Webberian. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam artikel ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dengan mendeskripsikan secara mendalam  data yang diperoleh melalui  reduksi, interpretasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa rasionalitas tradisional dan rasionalitas instrumental mengemuka dalam penggunaan sikep penglaris. Salah satu rasionalitas tradisional adalah sikep penglaris merupakan tradisi turun temurun dari nenek moyang sebelum membuka usaha. Tradisi ini menjadi kesadaran kolektif masyarakat Aboge. Secara instrumental, pilihan menggunakan sikep penglaris karena munculnya ketakukan akan gangguan magis yang menyebabkan kebangkrutan atau  usahanya tidak berjalan seperti yang diharapakan. Menariknya antara satu sikep penglaris dengan lainnya memiliki perbedaan. Perbedaan tersebut karena perbedaan guru spiritiual sekaligus media sikep penglaris. Bertahannya sikep penglaris tidak terlepas dari proses konstruksi yang terus berjalan secara dialektis dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat Tumpangrejo.      This paper explores the rationality of using the tradition of sikep penglaris in the Islamic community of Aboge in Tumpangrejo, Malang Regency, from a Webberian perspective. A qualitative descriptive approach is used with data collection techniques through observation and interviews in this article. Data analysis by describing in depth the data obtained through reduction, interpretation, and drawing conclusions. Research founds that traditional rationality and instrumental rationality come to the fore in the use of sikep penglaris. One of the traditional rationalities is that sikep penglaris is a tradition passed down from generation to generation before opening a business. This tradition has become the collective consciousness of the Aboge people. Instrumentally, the choice using sikep penglaris due to the fear of magical interference that will cause bankruptcy or the business does not well as expected. Interestingly, there are differences between one sikep penglaris cycle and another. This difference is due to differences in spiritual teachers as well as sikep penglais media. The persistence of sikep penglaris cannot be separated from the construction process that continues in the social life of the Tumpanrejo community dialectically.

AbstractNazir has a central role in management and development of waqf assets. A nazir’s method of managing waqf assets will decide the quality and quantity of the use of waqf assets, so that the existence of a professional work team will make the waqf assets more developed and productive. The purpose of this study was to determine the professionalism of waqf nazir by analyzing the management of productive waqf in the Daarut Tauhiid Bandung waqf institution. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing productive waqf management from three aspects, namely nazir, waqf assets, and finance at the Daarut Tauhiid waqf institution. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used interactive model analysis by Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study indicate that productive waqf management at the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf Institution, which is reflected in three aspects, namely nazir, asset management, and financial reporting has gone well. This is supported by professional and competent nazirs in managing and developing waqf assets productively through collaboration with various parties; as well as management of waqf finances in a transparent and accountable manner through reporting to BWI, the community and waqif. AbstrakNazir memiliki peran sentral dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan aset wakaf. Cara nazir dalam memperlakukan aset wakaf akan menentukan kualitas dan kuantitas pemanfaatan aset wakaf, sehingga keberadaan tim kerja yang profesional menjadikan aset wakaf akan semakin berkembang dan produktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profesionalitas nazir wakaf dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisa manajemen wakaf produktif dari tiga aspek, yaitu nazir, aset wakaf, dan keuangan di lembaga wakaf Daarut Tauhiid. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen wakaf produktif di Lembaga Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid yang direfleksikan melalui tiga aspek yaitu nazir, pengelolaan aset, dan pelaporan keuangan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini didukung oleh para nazir yang profesional dan kompeten dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan aset wakaf secara produktif melalui kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, dan juga pengelolaan keuangan wakaf secara transparan dan akuntabel melalui pelaporan kepada BWI, masyarakat dan waqif.

<p>Topeng Sinok dance is the characteristic art of Brebes regency. This dance tells about the typical women in Brebes who are hard-working. Beauty, flexibility, and elegance do not reduce their love for nature and farming. This dance is a combination of Cirebon, Banyumas, and Surakarta style. The dance is basically aiming at showing that women from the border areas of Central and West Java are not spoiled, whiny, and lazy. Topeng Sinok dance is performed beautifully, elegant, and swift. This paper purposes to uncover the meaning behind Topeng Sinok dance movement. This study implements qualitative method that uses qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection process was conducted by using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. Further, the data were analysed by using dance data analysis by following the steps of (1) identifying and describing components; (2) understanding; (3) interpreting; and (4) evaluating. The data were then validated by using triangulation.</p>

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

The study of feminism is a literarytradition that leads tokan fokus analisis to female. One of the focuses of the study of feminism is the image of women. In the Qur'an there are many verses that tell about women, there is even one surah that tells the female character specifically, surah Maryam. The purpose of this research is to describe the image of women in the story of Maryam in the Quran including psychic imagery and social imagery. The data collection method that library studies use. The method of data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study are the text of surah Ali Imran, surah Maryam, and surah At Tahrim in the Qur'an. The result of this study is a psychic image ofa woman in the storyof Maryam in the Qur'an consisting of 1)a sincereperson,(2)a devout worshipter,(4)a worried person,(4)a fearful person,(5)a man who is inflicted in pain, and(6)a man who guards honor. The social image of women in the story of Maryamin the Qur'an in the family and community consists of (1)a nephew, (2a) mother, ( 3a child, (4) a sister, (5) a weak man rather than a man in worship (6) an exiled person, (7) a contested person, (8) an accused person, and (9) a man who is given to serve. The purpose of this study was to describe the French TV ads that contains a description ofvalue the characters, and its compatibility with character education in Semarang State University. This study using qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are the characteristics of the French in French-language TV ads which are downloaded from the site www.youtube.com. Data collection techniques in this study are techniques of documentation, see,and record. Data analysis technique used is the technique analysis of the message content. Theresults shows that in six French TV ads, there are fourteen characters and habits of the French:polite, willing to help, attentive and loving, vigorously, intelligent, individualistic, adventurous, conscientious or not careless, friendly, disciplined, obedient to the rules, romantic, custombises, and fashionable. Of the French characters and habits of the French appearing, there areeight in accordance with the value of character education in Semarang State University. Thecharacters that correspond to the value are: smart, responsibility, caring, tolerant, democratic,patriotism, firm, and politeness.

This research focuses on the gimmick in reality television shows, namely the Rumah Uya program which is broadcasted by ANTV station. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection uses purposive sampling techniques, and data analysis uses content analysis. The results showed that the gimmick added to this event was not only a sound effect, but also create the acting of talents with dialogues that tended to be vulgar and showed impolite behavior. This contradicts with the applicable broadcasting regulations, namely the policies set out in the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia) regulation. Adding gimmicks to the reality show program can be done as long as it does not conflict with decency, law, and applicable regulations.

The purpose of this research is to identify the protagonist character. This research explains about literary work which consists of intrinsic and extrinsic element. This research focuses on the protagonist character. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach. The data is taken from the novel Perang by I Gusti Ngurah Putu Wijaya which has ben read clearly. From the data collection, the analysis of the protagonist character are described. Based on the results of data analysis, there are 3 quotations found, they are: 3 quotations of generous aspect, 5 quotations of honesty aspect,  6 quotations of the humble aspect, 5 quotations of defender aspect. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that in the novel Perang by Gusti Ngurah Putu Wijaya, there are four aspects of proragonist character, they are: generous, honesty, humble, and defender.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo di Desa Loram Wetan Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah kesenian Barongan Kudus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo, penari barongan, dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata, serta perangkat desa Loram Wetan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik Keabsahan  Data menggunakan triangulasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut:1) Sejarah kesenian Barongan Kudus yang diambil dari cerita babat tanah Jawa; 2) Bentuk penyajian Kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo yaitu gerak, tata rias, tata busana, tempat pementasan/pertunjukan, properti, iringan music; 3) Bentuk pelestarian Kesenian Barongan yaitu melestarikan kesenian barongan yang dibutuhkan adanya kerjasama anatara pelaku kesenian dengan pemerintah terkait untuk melestarikan kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo yang hampir punah. Kata kunci : eksistensi, kesenian, barongan THE EXISTENCE OF SETYO BUDOYO BARONGAN ARTS IN LORAM WETAN VILLAGE, JATI DISTRICTS, KUDUS REGENCY  Dinda Putri Ayuningtyas14209241037AbstractsThe aim of this research is to describe the existence of Setyo Budoyo Barongan Arts in Loram Wetan Village, Jati Districts, Kudus Regency.This research is using qualitative descriptive approach. Abstrak Tulisan ini mencoba mengungkapkan realitas keberagaman sosial di Indonesia dengan segala problematika dan upaya perawatannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dan diikuti oleh analisis data untuk mendapat data yang relevan dan akurat. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif-analitis, tulisan ini mengkaji suatu perspektif al-Qur’an melalui ayat-ayat-nya tentang konsep satu pola mewujudkan moderasi hidup beragama melalui penguatan pada segi teologis hubungan muslim non-muslim dan pemahaman agama yang pluralis dan inklusif untuk mendukung upaya mewujudkan sikap keterbukaan dan toleran. Dengan demikian, aspek toleransi mempunyai peran penting dari kerja sama pemerintah dan para tokoh agama untuk mendukung akselerasi dari makna dan substansi toleransi yang ditransformasikan ke dalam kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan, sehingga konflik secara horizontal dapat dihindarkan dengan pola hidup yang moderat. Kata Kunci: Moderasi, Ekstremisme, Liberalisme, Toleransi, Inklusif   Abstract This study aims to reveal the social diversity reality in Indonesia with all its problems and solutions. The method in this research is used the qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the study results in accordance with the study objectives then followed by data analysis to obtain an appropriate and accurate research findings. With a qualitative-descriptive-analytical approach, this study examines the Qur’an perspective through its verses on the concept of a pattern for embodying the religious life moderation in order to promote unity of the nation and state through the strengthening theological aspects of Muslim and non-Muslim relations as well as pluralistic and inclusive understandings in accepting openness and tolerance. Tolerance has an important role of cooperation between the government and religious leaders to accelerate the tolerance implementation that is transformed into social life avoiding horizontal conflict in a moderate manner. Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro Tourism is one of those affected by Covid-19 pandemic. Due to that condition, the manager has to change the marketing strategy that has been carried out. The purpose is to analyze Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro-tourism marketing strategy employed in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic using the 7P marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process and Physical Evidence) and a SWOT analysis. This research used qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing managers, employee and visitors as research subjects. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique used triangulation to compare the results of data collection. The data analysis technique uses data reduction and data presentation to draw conclusions. The result of the research showed that the marketing strategy analysis carried out by the Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro Tourism is in accordance with the 7P marketing mix components. In addition, the implementation of health protocols carried out during the pandemic is used as an example by the Regional Government for other recreational facilities in Kendal Regency.
