At this time the technology has been developing rapidly, as well as means of payment. If the first payment can only be done with cash, current payment already can be done by credit card. When the first buyers and sellers have to meet directly, unlike with the current buyers no longer have to meet with the seller directly. A credit card is a plastic card issued by a bank that provides credit services. But many cases credit card used another person, which is possible because the card is missing or scams online, these problems can be analysed as follows: 1) What kind of legal protection for customers according to credit card Consumer Protection Legislation? 2) How the legal consequences if a credit card were used by someone else? This presentation uses research methods are normative, legal rules and legal norms according are the norm in the form of orders or prohibitions it in accordance with the principle of the law and whether one's actions is in compliance with legal norms with the approach of legislative and conceptual. This research requires a source of secondary legal materials as primary legal materials. Form of legal protection given by the Government in the form of legislation, but the legislation has not been effective. Legal consequences if the credit card used another person's credit card, the customer must still pay the Bills that go up to the customer to report in writing. The Government should streamline the laws and make special laws about credit cards as well as the bank and the customer must be open.

The change of the society in the sector of social and economy has encouragedthe need for application of plastic card system. The problems in this thesisare related with the legal relation between bank as card issuer and the card holder,rights and obligations of the bank and the customer as card holder, and protection tothe card holder from the perspective of Act Number 8 of 1999 concerning ConsumerProtection. Utilization of a credit card not only gives benefit, but also finally it maybring about problems and complaints from the customers. Thus, legal protection tothe customers in the utilization of the credit card. The legal issues of this thesis arehow the legal relation between customer, bank, and merchant are, and how the legalprotection is provided to the customer as the user of credit card for cash drawingtransaction through merchant and why the said transaction is prohibited by Bank ofIndonesia. The utilization of credit card arises different legal relation among bank,customer, and merchant. Customer as consumer of credit card is placed in a weakbargaining position. The method used in this is normative legal research by collectingdata through library research, using primary, secondary, and tertiary resources,namely by studying various reading resources such as books, literatures, statutoryregulations, and through electronic media (internet). This research recommendsthat the marketing of banking products and services should pay more attention in theobligation of the card holder and the bank, procedure and requirements in issuing acard must conducted selectively, and Bank of Indonesia as central bank should playmore role as supervisor to the banking products particularly credit cards.

<p>Abortion is the fifth highest cause of maternal mortality. Legal abortions are called <em>abortus provocatus medicinalis</em> and those that are illegal are called <em>abortus provocatus criminalis</em>. Indonesian law prohibits abortion except indications of medical emergencies and the consequences of rape. This study aims to determine the legal consequences of someone who failed an abortion and the legal protection of the doctor who treated her.</p><p>This legal research uses a juridical normative with a conceptual and legislative approach.</p><p>The results of the perpetrators and those who helped the abortion that caused medical emergencies to be threatened with Criminal Code Article 53. They cannot be convicted if in accordance with professional standards and standard operating procedures.</p><p>The conclusion and suggestion are the doctor cannot be convicted as a criminal offender or as an assistant to an abortion crime if it can be proven that an abortion is carried out in emergency condition to save mother or fetus and prevent disability. The phenomenon of Foreign Exchange (Forex) that runs in the investment sector and can help the development of Indonesia. Currently forex is a trend that is endemic and attracts the attention of many parties, both investors and the public in general. Foreign exchange or forex is a type of trade or transaction that trades the currency of a country against the currencies of other countries involving the main money markets in the world for 24 hours continuously, so in this case a legal protection is needed. The purpose of this research is to analyze legal protection in Forex transactions and legal sanctions imposed by the government on illegal Forex broker activities. This research uses a normative method that with a statutory approach. Sources of data used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. After primary legal data and secondary legal data are collected, the data will then be processed and analyzed using systematic legal data processing methods. The results showed that the alleged fraudulent investment fraud case under the guise of forex trading involved illegal brokers from the Guardian Capital Group (GCG) Asia, which harmed consumers. In line with that, the government issued a legal rule, namely Law No.8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The Consumer Protection Law that has been set by the government is the legal basis that is accurate and full of optimism in protecting consumer rights.

Development of information technology through legal infrastructure and its regulation so that the use of Information Technology is carried out safely to prevent its misuse by taking into account the religious and socio-cultural values of the Indonesian people. . The research method uses normative legal research and problem approaches using statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that consumer legal protection in online Electronic Commerce business transactions is regulated through online sale and purchase agreements based on conventional formal and material terms accompanied by buying and selling transactions carried out electronically through computer media. Settlement of disputes in e-commerce business transactions via online, is carried out both non-litigation and litigation. The suggestion is to the Government, it is hoped that participation in solving problems is very important, if a case like this occurs between different countries, then the settlement of this problem must be determined which legal rules will be used to solve it. The purpose of this study is to determine legal protection for consumers in electronic commerce business transactions through online, and how to resolve disputes that occur in electronic commerce business transaction agreements through online

The purpose of this study is to know how the legal protection for consumers on the circulation of illegal drugs and how the accountability of business actors on the circulation of illegal drugs. By using normative juridical research method this study found that the legal protection to consumers on the circulation of illegal drugs conducted by the government through the Agency of Drugs and Food. The Agency highlighted that the attention that the government has run its supervision. In addition, the protection of consumer law arising from the existence of rights and obligations set forth in Article 4 letters a and c, article 7 letters a and d, article 8 paragraph 1 letter a, d and e of Law Number 8 Year 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The fulfilment of consumer rights over security, the right to be heard, the correct, clear, and honest information regulated in the UUPK is still not fulfilled. Article 98 paragraph 2, Article 106 paragraph 1 and 2 of Law Number 36 Year 2009 on Health. The business actor is responsible as the manufacturer of the goods because the importer of the goods is not an agent or official importer. The business actor who is an individual shall be liable for the losses incurred even if only as an importer not as a producer of the goods.

Lagu-lagu tradisional Aceh merupakan bagian rezim hak cipta dan termasuk dalam ekspresi budaya tradisional masyarakat Aceh, kekayaan dan identitas bangsa. Untuk memajukan lagu-lagu tradisonal sebagai bagian kebudayaan Aceh, diperlukan langkah strategis melalui perlin-dungan, pengembangan, pemanfaatan, pembinaan untuk mewu-judkan masyarakat Aceh yang berdaulat secara politik, berdikari secara ekonomi, dan berkepribadian dalam Kebudayaan. Hal lainnya, lagu-lagu tradisional Aceh merupakan hak milik yang dapat beralih melalui warisan. Dalam praktiknya ahli waris pencipta lagu-lagu Aceh tidak memahami dan belum mendapatkan hak ekonominya  sebagai-mana diatur dalam Pasal 16 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Budaya masyarakat komunal berbeda pandang dengan filosofi konsep hak kekayaan Intelektual, bersifat eksklusif monopoli, dan lemahnya implementasi penegakan hukum hak cipta merupakan persoalan yang harus mendapat perhatian pemerintah di Aceh dalam melestarikan budaya tradisonalnya. Tujuan penulisan menjelaskan perlindungan hukum terhadap lagu tradisional Aceh yang merupakan ekspresi budaya tradisional, menjelaskan perlindungan kepada ahli waris pencipta lagu Aceh melalui warisan menurut Undang-Undang Hak Cipta, Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata, dan Hukum Islam menjelaskan kendala pengalihan pencipta hak ekonomi lagu-lagu tradisional Aceh melalui warisan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder sebagai data utama, atau yang disebut penelitian yuridis normatif yang menguji norma hukum sebagai objek penelitian. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan hukum komparatif. Tulisannya disajikan dalam bentuk analisis deskriptif. Aceh Traditional Cultural Expression and Its Inheritance Model Traditional Acehnese songs which are part of the copyright regimes are one part of the expression of traditional Acehnese culture, wealth and national identity. The promotion of Acehnese culture through traditional songs requires a strategic step through protection, development, utilization, and coaching to realize an Acehnese society that is politically sovereign, economically independent, and has a personality in culture. Other things Traditional Aceh songs are property rights that can be transferred through inheritance. In practice the heirs of Acehnese songs creators do not understand and obtain economic rights from the commercial use of Acehnese songs as stipulated in Article 16 paragraph (2) of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The communal society's culture is different from the philosophy of the concept of intellectual property rights that is exclusively monopoly and the weak implementation of copyright law enforcement is an issue that must be gotten the attention of the government, especially in Aceh to preserve the traditional Acehnese culture which is the expression of its people. The purpose of writing is to explain the legal protection of traditional Acehnese songs which are expressions of Acehnese cultural identity, explain the protection to the heirs of the creators of Aceh songs through inheritance according to the 2014 UUHC, the Civil Code and Islamic Law and explain what constitutes obstacles to the transfer of rights economic creator of traditional Acehnese songs through inheritance. This type of research uses secondary data as the main data, or so-called normative juridical research that tests legal norms as the object of research. The approach used is the conceptual approach and comparative legal approach. This writing is presented in the form of descriptive analysis.

The procurement of an apartment is strengthened by Sales and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) between the buyer and the developer, but the practice in the field are often found that developers does not handover the physical terms in accordance with the agreed time (default/breach of contract), and resulting in losses for the buyer. This study aims to determine the responsibility of the developer to the buyer due to default/breach pf contract matter and legal protection for the buyer in terms of buying Pluit Sea View apartments based on Sale and Purchase agreement. Research data were analyzed using descriptive-qualitative analysis methods which were tested with legal norms. The result of analysis shows that: 1. PT.  Binakarya Bangun Propertindo (as developer) does not fulfill their responsibilities as in agreement of the PPJB regarding the rights of consumers. 2. Weak of Consumer Protection Sarusun Belonging to Pluit View Sea , as consumer do not have bargaining positions.

Health workers who are handling patient of SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus 2) or better known as the Coronavirus are legal subjects who carry out their obligations properly at their leader command, ruled accordance with the legal corridors, obtained the law right and protected from positive legal norms. This narrative research aims juridical review for protection the health workers during coronavirus pandemic. Using literature that obtained by looking materials and sources that match the theme and related them. Protection of health workers as the frontline in efforts to accelerate the handling of the coronavirus pandemic. Civil Servants who served during the Covid-19 pandemic will get a promotion one level higher. The incentive budget for medical personnel comes from a budget reallocation that has been set by Mr. President Joko Widodo for 16.63 trillion in 2020. This award is in the form of compensation and for health workers who fail, the government awards “Bintang Jasa Pratama” and “Bintang Jasa Nararya”. The government provides protection by issuing various policies to protect health workers as the frontline in efforts to accelerate the handling of coronavirus disease 2019.   Keywords: Health workers, legal protection, Covid-19.

Electronic contracts are one of the new forms of contracts that get special protection in Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. In general, electronic contracts are very different from ordinary (conventional) forms of contract, therefore it will be very difficult to directly apply the conditions for the occurrence of conventional contracts to this electronic contract (online contract). The purposes of this study are to reveal the validity of electronic contracts in credit card agreements and legal protection for credit card owners in e-commerce transactions. This research was conducted using normative legal research by applying a statutory approach. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by taking inventory of laws and regulations and recording techniques. This study uses primary and secondary legal materials which are then processed using deductive logic with analysis of legal interpretation and legal arguments presented descriptively. The results of the study reveal that in Law Number 8 of 1999 there are regulations that protect the parties who carry out E-Commerce transactions. Electronic contracts are basically the same as written contacts and have legal force and legal consequences as long as they meet statutory requirements. The legal protection provided by Article 26 of Law Number 8 of 1999 provides protection for consumers by requiring business actors who trade services to fulfill the agreed or/or agreed guarantees and/or guarantees.

Kemudian bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia guna melindungi hak-hak yang di miliki oleh Petani Kecil, lebih lanjut kita juga dapat melihat bagaimana pengaturan yang dilakukan oleh aturan hukum internasional guna melindungi Kepentingan Petani Kecil.Kata kunci : Perlindungan Hukum, Pemuliaan Varietas Tanaman, Pemuliaan, Petani Plant breeding to produce a new variety of plants is one part of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) which is regulated in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in Indonesia which start from the provisions of GATT / TRIPs. Then how are the efforts made by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to protect the rights of Smallholders.
