Indonesia is a developing country which one of the aspects that greatly influence its development is in the field of economy, in this case covering the field of trade. The existence of free trade is not little among businesses conducting unhealthy competition, especially for traded products. This research discusses two problem namely first, how the legal protection for consumers against the sale of online sale products without clear information and secondly, how are business actors responsible for consumers who experience losses due to online sale product purchases. Normative research is a type of research used in this study using a statutory approach. With this phenomenon it is impossible for people to be separated from the influence of business and as a consequence, society is the consumer who is the target of the producers. the lack of knowledge of the consumer community regarding their rights and obligations, it is necessary to further socialize the various provisions in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. So that it is hoped that it can increase awareness, knowledge and independence of consumers to protect their interests, which in turn can foster an honest and responsible attitude of business actors, especially in terms of selling products through social media or online.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the form of responsibility of business actors to consumers who are harmed because the prices of goods listed on the goods display rack are different from those on the cashier's receipt. The method used in this research is empirical juridical. The technique of this research approach is a qualitative approach by emphasizing aspects in depth (in depth analysis) on a problem. The data collection technique in this research is by conducting interviews aimed at consumers of Ria Swalayan Mojosari. The existence of supermarkets adds to the satisfaction of consumers in shopping because of its advantages compared to traditional markets. But behind these advantages, self-service also has several disadvantages, one of which is the difference in the price listed on the display rack with the price to be paid at the cashier. This is of course detrimental to consumers, because the consumer does not get certainty on the price of an item. Therefore, there is a need for regulation regarding this matter to protect consumer rights which have been regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Where business actors must provide clear information to consumers. Consumers need to get legal protection and certainty regarding how consumer rights are regulated in the Consumer Protection Act.Keywords: consumer; price; responsibilityAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk tanggung jawab pelaku usaha terhadap konsumen yang dirugikan karena harga barang yang tertera di rak display barang berbeda dengan yang ada di struk kasir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu yuridis empiris. teknik pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan menekankan aspek secara mendalam (in depth analysis) pada suatu persoalan. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara yang ditujukan kepada konsumen Ria Swalayan Mojosari. Adanya swalayan menambah kepuasan para konsumen dalam berbelanja karena kelebihannya dibandingkan pasar tradisonal. Namun dibalik kelebihannya tersebut swalayan juga memiliki beberapa kekurangan yang salah satunya adalah adanya perbedaan harga yang tertera pada rak display dengan harga yang harus dibayar di kasir. Hal ini tentu saja merugikan konsumen, karena pihak konsumen tidak memperoleh kepastian atas harga suatu barang tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pengaturan mengenai hal ini untuk melindungi hak-hak konsumen yang sudah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Dimana pelaku usaha harus memberikan informasi yang jelas kepada konsumen. Konsumen perlu mendapatkan perlindungan dan kepastian hukum mengenai bagaimana hak-hak konsumen yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen.

The digitalization of the economy sector in the industrial revolution 4.0 needs to be approached with a smart attitude so as to not bring loss to both the consumers and the business holders, by transforming the instrument of consumer rights in an updated and a better way. The development of technology has spoiled human beings in all aspects, including in muamalah. like transaction. The society’s rapid consumptive behavior becomes a business opportunity for the investors to invest their capital in the field of trade, which is also rapidly developing. The increasing demand of consumptive products pushes the popularity of online transaction. There exist hundreds of online shops, either official shops or those undergoing transaction through social media. Anyone can be owners of online shops, and the consumers can be adults, teenagers, and even children. This condition causes some problems, such as the misuse of online transaction for deception, offering products which are not the same as the real items, or worse, not sending the products after the consumer has transferred the money. The results show that in online transactions, there are many dishonest sellers who legalize all methods to practice deception, so there needs to be a connection between online transaction and religion with the hope to minimize the chance of harm for both the consumers and the sellers.

"Muggle Division" is engaged in convection production services,founded 5 years ago, so far using Instagram promotion media.However, when social media cannot provide clear and completeinformation, problems arise such as when consumers are about toorder and have to wait for customer service to respond for quite along time. Therefore we need media to answer these obstacles,namely the website, to provide more complete, clear information andorder input services without having to wait for customer serviceresponses. This study aims to design a "Muggle Division" websiteequipped with a self-service order feature. The user experiencedesign method used is the five planes user experience elementsmethod followed by writing HTML, CSS, and Javascript tags. Theresult of the design is a "Muggle Division" website with UI and UXrules. The use of UI methods includes color, layout, typography,whitespace, icons, and animation. The use of the UX method is in thestep by the step payment system and page login which provides theoption of page register for visitors who are not yet a member of the"Muggle Division".

Body Shaming is a term that is currently trending, where criticizing or commenting on someone's physical in a negative way or with speech that intends to mock or insult someone's physical or appearance falls into this category. Legal protection for victims of body shaming needs to get very serious attention in order to deal with the phenomena that are currently happening on social media in particular. This study examines the regulation of the criminal act of insulting body image (body shaming) in terms of positive law and explains the legal protection provided to victims in the crime of insulting body image (body shaming). This study uses a normative research method by applying the legislation approach which refers to primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The regulation of criminal acts of insulting body image (body shaming) in terms of positive law in general can be seen from the element of humiliation which is regulated in Chapter XVI of the Criminal Code and is grouped into 6 parts, namely from article 310 to article 318 and besides that, there are also other legal rules that regulate it implicitly in Article 27 paragraph (3). Article 45 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law. With sanctions in the form of criminal sanctions. The form of legal protection given to victims in the crime of body shaming is the making of policies by the State regarding prohibitions and strict sanctions for violators such as criminal sanctions and fines, through the established witness and victim protection institution

Which in practiceis to use SMSBroadcast which is one method of sending messagesto many numbers from one source with the same message with one number to another consumer number. From the statement, there are 2 problems, namely How to set the law of telecommunicationservice users in the field of advertising and How to protectthe lawfor consumers with the existence ofpersonaldata breaches through SMS Broadcast.The method to be used is a method of normative legal research. The conclusion outlines that Article I of the Consumer Protection Law Serves as the legal basis for the protection of telecommunication service users, while in Article 26 of the /TE Law is used as the legal basis for the use of personal data, which in this case is SMS Broadcast

The phenomenon of Foreign Exchange (Forex) that runs in the investment sector and can help the development of Indonesia. Currently forex is a trend that is endemic and attracts the attention of many parties, both investors and the public in general. Foreign exchange or forex is a type of trade or transaction that trades the currency of a country against the currencies of other countries involving the main money markets in the world for 24 hours continuously, so in this case a legal protection is needed. The purpose of this research is to analyze legal protection in Forex transactions and legal sanctions imposed by the government on illegal Forex broker activities. This research uses a normative method that with a statutory approach. Sources of data used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. After primary legal data and secondary legal data are collected, the data will then be processed and analyzed using systematic legal data processing methods. The results showed that the alleged fraudulent investment fraud case under the guise of forex trading involved illegal brokers from the Guardian Capital Group (GCG) Asia, which harmed consumers. In line with that, the government issued a legal rule, namely Law No.8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The Consumer Protection Law that has been set by the government is the legal basis that is accurate and full of optimism in protecting consumer rights.

  This study aims to examine and analyze how the legal protection and supervision of the banking world for customers using internet banking facilities.  This study uses a form of normative legal research, namely research that is based on written rules and legislation and various literature related to the problems that will be discussed in this study.   Some forms of legal protection for customers using internet banking facilities are the existence of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.38 / POJK.03 / 2016 concerning Application of Risk Management in the Use of Information Technology by Commercial Banks (POJK IT Risk Management). The existence of Article 1 number 12 of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE), electronic signatures are signatures consisting of electronic information that is attached, associated or related to other electronic information used as a verification and authentication tool . Another thing that can be done by customers who use internet banking facilities is to conduct customer complaints. Customer complaints are a manifestation of the protection of rights owned by customers, namely the right to be heard. This right is regulated in Article 4 letter d of Law 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection of the PK Law). Whereas in the financial services sector, there is Article 32 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 concerning Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector (POJK PK) which stipulates that financial service sector business operators must have and carry out customer service and settlement complaints.  The supervision policy carried out by Bank Indonesia towards banks aims to protect the interests of the community and to maintain the continuity of the bank's business as a trust and as an intermediary institution, the supervision is carried out either directly or indirectly

The purpose of this study is to know how the legal protection for consumers on the circulation of illegal drugs and how the accountability of business actors on the circulation of illegal drugs. By using normative juridical research method this study found that the legal protection to consumers on the circulation of illegal drugs conducted by the government through the Agency of Drugs and Food. The Agency highlighted that the attention that the government has run its supervision. In addition, the protection of consumer law arising from the existence of rights and obligations set forth in Article 4 letters a and c, article 7 letters a and d, article 8 paragraph 1 letter a, d and e of Law Number 8 Year 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The fulfilment of consumer rights over security, the right to be heard, the correct, clear, and honest information regulated in the UUPK is still not fulfilled. Article 98 paragraph 2, Article 106 paragraph 1 and 2 of Law Number 36 Year 2009 on Health. The business actor is responsible as the manufacturer of the goods because the importer of the goods is not an agent or official importer. The business actor who is an individual shall be liable for the losses incurred even if only as an importer not as a producer of the goods.
