Authority is what is called formal power, power comes from legislative power (given by law) or from executive administrative power. Authority, which usually consists of several powers, is power over a certain group of people or power over an area of ​​government. The purposes of this study are to analyze the arrangement of the prosecutor's authority in detaining the perpetrators of hate speech crimes on social media and the prosecutor's obstacles in detaining the perpetrators of hate speech crimes on social media. The research method applied in this research is normative legal research with a statutory and a conceptual approach. The technique of collecting legal materials is done by means of a literature study. The of used are primary, secondary, and tertiary sources of legal materials. After the legal material has been collected, it will then be processed and analyzed using the method of processing legal materials systematically and presented descriptively. The results of the study reveal that the prosecutor's authority is regulated in the criminal procedural law code, the prosecutor's authority law. Which includes several laws, among others, Law no. 16 of 2004 which regulates the prosecutor's office, so that from the law it can be ascertained about the rights and powers of the prosecutor so that law enforcers, especially the prosecutor's office, can make detentions in accordance with the rules that have been in force, so that there is no abuse of authority by law enforcers, especially prosecutors and as The prosecutor's office should be obliged to realize equality for all Indonesian citizens who are being entangled in criminal, civil and other cases.

Notary plays an important role in making authentic deed in Indonesia. Notaries are often referred to occupying honorary positions as general or state officials. As the holder of an honorary position trusted by the public to make an authentic deed, the Notary must comply with the applicable laws and the Code of Ethics. Obligations and prohibitions of Notaries have clearly been regulated in UUJN and Notary Ethics Code, but that does not mean there are no Notaries who violate these rules. In order to find out what the legal consequences of a notary who violated social media promotion, the authors conducted this research. The research method used in this study is normative legal research. Normative legal research is legal research conducted by examining materials derived from various laws and regulations and other materials from various literatures. Which means this research examines secondary data material or does a literature review. The approach used in this study is the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. The result of this research is the prohibition on promotion through social media which actually has been regulated in various rules regarding notaries along with the legal consequences if the Notary Public violates these rules.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaturan perubahan genre musik yang diunggah melalui media sosial “berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta” serta untuk menganalisa dan memahami sanksi bagi pelaku yang pelanggar perubahan genre musik yang diunggah melalui media sosial. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif karena “menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep.” Kesimpulannya bahwa pengaturan tentang perubahan genre atau aliran musik belum secara tegas diatur pada Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 Tentang Hak Cipta hanya dijelaskan, namun kegitatan mengaransemen suatu karya musik atau lagu ini terdapat dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 Tentang Hak Cipta yaitu dalam penjelasan Pasal 8 dan Pasal 9 serta sanksi bagi pelanggar yang mengubah genre music dan diunggah di sosial media ialah berupa sanksi pidana dan denda yang diatur dalam ketentuan Pasal 113 ayat 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 28 tahun 2018 Tentang Hak Cipta. This study aims to analyze the regulation of changing music genres uploaded via social media "based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright" and to analyze and understand the sanctions for perpetrators who violate changes in music genres uploaded via social media. The research used is the normative legal research method because it "uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach." The conclusion is that the regulation regarding changes in musical genres or genres has not been explicitly regulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright is only explained, but the activities of arranging a musical work or song are contained in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, namely in the explanation of Article 8 and Article 9 as well as sanctions for violators who change the music genre and uploaded on social media are in the form of criminal sanctions and fines as regulated in the provisions of Article 113 paragraph 3 of Law Number 28 of 2018 concerning Copyright.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persyaratan dalam permohonan perlindungan paten dan menganalisis pernerapan prinsip new and novelty dalam perlindungan paten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Dalam menunjang studi ini digunakan bahan hukum primer berupa peraturan perundang-undangan yaitu Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2016 Tentang Paten dan bahan hukum sekunder yaitu buku-buku dan literatur tentang paten yang menunjang studi ini. Pengumpulan bahan hukum menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan. Setelah bahan hukum terkumpul maka perlu dianalisa bahan-bahan hukum tersebut untuk kepentingan studi ini dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari studi ini menjelaskan bahwa (1) Persyaratan dalam Permohonan Perlindungan Paten termuat dalam Pasal 24 sampai Pasal 29 Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2016 Tentang Paten; dan (2) Penerapan prinsip new and novelty merupakan persyaratan substantive dalam permohonan perlindungan paten sehingga suatu invensi harus memenuhi prinsip tersebut agar memperoleh perlindungan Paten. This study aims to examine the requirements in applying for patent protection and analyze the application of new and novelty principles in patent protection. The research method used in this study is a normative legal research method with a statutory and conceptual approach. In supporting this study primary legal materials are used in the form of legislation namely Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning Patents and secondary legal materials namely books and literature on patent that support this study. Collection of legal materials using literature study techniques. After the legal materials are collected it is necessary to analyze these legal materials for the benefit of this study by using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study explain that (1) The requirements in the Patent Protection Application are contained in Article 24 to Article 29 of Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning patents; and (2) The application of the principle of new and novelty is a substantive requirement in an application for patent protection so that an invention must meet these principles in order to obtain patent protection.

Children are not only actively involved as beggars, but toddlers are also passively involved, where children under the age of two are carried in pathetic conditions to make other people feel sad and sorry, thus giving them money. This study aims to explain the qualifications of criminal acts of perpetrators who order children as beggars and examine criminal liability for perpetrators who commit acts of ordering children as beggars. This study used a normative legal research method with a problem and conceptual approach. Sources of data used were primary and secondary legal data. Data collection was done through a literature study by taking notes. The results of the study revealed that the act of begging is categorized as a violation of public order as regulated in Article 504 of the Criminal Code. Doing the act of ordering children as beggars can be classified as a crime and also as an act of violation. Everyone is prohibited from exploiting children in any form as regulated in Article 301 of the Criminal Code junto Article 76I and Article 88 of Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai manfaat bila suatu produk hukum daerah (Peraturan Daerah) telah memiliki, mengadopsi karakter/konsep Green Constitution dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk/karakteristik suatu produk hukum daerah (Peraturan Daerah) dapat dikatakan telah menerapkan atau mengadopsi prinsip Green Constitution. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan digunakannya pendekatan perundang-undangan (statue approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum menggunakan Teknik studi literatur. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa manfaat prinsip Green constitution jika di implementasikan kedalam produk hukum daerah (peraturan daerah) dapat menjadikan lingkungan hidup tetap lestari dan terjaga, karena dianggap memiliki kedaulatan lingkungan dan hak asasinya tersendiri sehingga meningkatkan derajat dari lingkungan hidup serta dapat mewujudkan pemerintah daerah yang ecocracy dan dapat mencapai tujuan nasional dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan yang berwawasan lingkungan hidup. Karakteristik jika suatu peraturan daerah telah menerapkan prinsip Green Gonstitution dapat dilihat pada saat penyusunan peraturan tersebut dengan menggali aspek-aspek lingkungan hidup dalam naskah akademik usulan suatu peraturan daerah dan setiap pasal yang menghormati aspek kedaulatan lingkungan seperti halnya hak asasi manusia. The purpose of writing this article is to provide an understanding of the benefits if a regional legal product (Regional Regulation) already has, adopts the character / concept of the Green Constitution and to find out how the form / characteristics of a regional legal product (Regional Regulation) can be said to have implemented or adopted the Green principle. Constitution. This writing uses a normative legal research method with the use of a statutory approach (statue approach) and a conceptual approach (conceptual approach). The technique of collecting legal materials uses literature study techniques. The results of this study show that the benefits of the Green constitution principle if implemented into regional legal products (regional regulations) can make the environment sustainable and preserved, because it is considered to have environmental sovereignty and its own human rights so as to increase the degree of the environment and can create a regional government that is ecocracy and can achieve national goals in environmentally sustainable development. The characteristics if a regional regulation has applied the principle of Green Gonstitution can be seen when drafting the regulation by exploring environmental aspects in the academic text of the proposed regional regulation and each article that respects aspects of environmental sovereignty such as human rights.

The amendment of the Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 positioned the Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat no longer as the highest state institution and the highest sovereign of the people. This has implications for the authority of the Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat to have a strategic position, namely to UUD 1945, to stipulate GBHN, to elect the president and vice president through amendment of its authority to be very limited and weak. This paper examines jurisdictionally how to restore the privileges possessed by the Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat through the amendment of the UUD 1945. A normative legal research method with statute approach and conceptual approach is used to analyze this problem.The results of the study indicate that the MPR's repatriation in the main and vital position in the Indonesian state administration system is very important, namely through amendments to the material content of the UUD 1945 which must be implemented on an ongoing basis.

Adanya ketidakseimbangan dalam penggunaan perjanjian baku dalam perjanjian sewa beli kendaraan bermotor pada perusahaan pembiayaan di Kota Banda Aceh memberi perlindungan hak kepada penjual daripada pembeli, sehingga lebih banyak risiko kerugian yang harus dipikul oleh pembeli. Pokok permasalahan dalam artikel ini adalah apakah klausula baku dalam perjanjian sewa beli kendaraan bermotor pada perusahaan pembiayaan melanggar ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan tentang perlindungan konsumen. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah jenis metode penelitian hukum normatif. Pendekatan penelitian hukum yang digunakan dalam artikel ini terdiri dari, pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian baku pada perusahaan pembiayaan PT ADMF bertentangan dengan ketentuan KUH Perdata, khususnya dalam Pasal 1266, Pasal 1267, Pasal 1337, Pasal 1338 ayat (1), ayat (2), dan ayat (3), Pasal 1339 KUH Perdata, dan juga bertentangan dengan ketentuan UUPK, khususnya dalam Pasal 4, Pasal 7, Pasal 18 ayat (1), dan ayat (2) UUPK. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan perjanjian baku dalam perjanjian sewa beli kendaraan bermotor pada perusahaan pembiayaan harus ditinjau dan disesuaikan agar tidak bertentangan dengan ketentuan undang-undang.  Standard Agreement in The Hir-Purchase Agreement for the Motor Vehicles in a Finance Company in Banda Aceh  The existence of an imbalance in the use of standard agreement in the hire-purchase agreement for motor vehicles in a finance company in Banda Aceh gives protection to the seller rather than the buyer, thus more risk of loss to be borne by the buyer. The main issue in this article is whether the standard clause in the hire purchase agreement of motor vehicles in the finance company violates the provisions of legislation on consumer protection. The research method used in this article was the normative legal research method. The legal research approaches used in this article consist of, statutory approach, case approach and conceptual approach. The results showed that the standard agreements used by PT ADMF was contradictory to the provisions of the Civil Code, particularly in Article 1266, Article 1267, Article 1337, Article 1338 Paragraph (1), Paragraph (2), and Paragraph (3), Article 1339 Civil Code, and also contrary to the provisions of UUPK, particularly in Article 4, Article 7, and Article 18 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) UUPK. Therefore, the standard agreements in the hire-purchase agreement of motor vehicles in the finance company should be reviewed and adjusted so as not violates the provisions of legislation.

The purpose of this research is to determine the constitutional complaint mechanism based on comparisons in other countries, practices, and adaptation of constitutional complaints under the authority of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia. Many cases with constitutional complaint substance have been submitted to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia even though they don’t have this authority. This research uses a normative legal research method using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, a comparative approach, and a case approach. This research indicates that the constitutional complaint mechanism in Germany, South Korea, and South Africa has been well implemented. In practice, cases with constitutional complaint substance are filed to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia by changing the form by using the legal means of a judicial review, such as case number 16/PUU-VI/ 2008, case number 140/PUU-XIII/2015 and case number 102/PUU-VII/2009. Due to the consideration of the structure, substance, and culture of law, adaptation of constitutional complaint within the authority of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia needs to be carried out by amending Law Number 24 of 2003 jo. Law Number 7 of 2020 concerning the Constitutional Court.

The relationship between the ruler and the land is closely related to obligations in the form of ayahan for village karma for both the banjar and the village. This study aims to determine the control of village coral and the legal consequences if there is village karma that neglects its obligations. The research method used in this research is empirical legal research with a conceptual approach. Data that has been collected through interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the right for village krama who has carried out their obligations is to legally obtain Karang Desa land protected by the village. If Krama Desa dies, he will receive land. Meanwhile, the obligation of the village manners who occupy the village reef is obliged to take part in the village temple during the odalan fee in the form of pepesan money (klangsah palpalan penjor) and must be present at the time of mutual cooperation activities. Through this research, it is hoped that the village officers will socialize more often about Karang Desa, especially regarding their rights and obligations so that one day the Krama Desa who violates them will not be given sanctions.
