The research method is qualitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at SDN 55/1 Sridadi, class I of the 2016 school year, namely in 2 first-class guardian teachers. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. The results of the study describe the views of teachers on aspects of attitude assessment and aspects of skills assessment which after the implementation of Regulation No. 53 of 2015 was very well looked at by the teacher from the old regulations. The results of interviews in a structured way are obtained by the opinion of the teacher agreeing / good towards the new revision and the overall results of the distribution of the teacher questionnaire are already in a very good stage of understanding. So the teacher's perception of the new assessment system is good because the teacher can easily understand the implementation and implementation of the 2013 Curriculum with the issuance of Permen No 53 year 205, but the teacher still has problems in processing student grades which are considered complicated. Therefore, further training needs to be done so that the teacher's understanding of the assessment in the 2013 curriculum gets better.

Background: The objective of this mixed-methods study was to determine interpersonal continuity (the ongoing therapeutic relationship between patient and health care provider) experiences of family medicine residents and preceptors, and explore their perceptions of interpersonal continuity. Methods: Quantitative data on resident and preceptor encounters were extracted from the electronic medical record (EMR). Opportunities for developing interpersonal continuity were determined using the Usual Provider Continuity (UPC) Index. A qualitative descriptive research method was used for the qualitative portion. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and constant comparative analysis was used to determine emerging themes. Results: Residents were found to have low UPC rates; preceptor rates were higher. Qualitative findings showed variable experiences with interpersonal continuity not apparent from UPC rates. Both preceptors and residents expressed perception of “ownership” of patients as a significant barrier to interpersonal continuity. Conclusion: This study suggests that a perceived lack of individual “ownership” of a patient panel was a significant barrier to developing interpersonal continuity. This might conflict with current changes towards team-based health care delivery. Understanding perceptions and changing them through a multi-faceted approach including resident teaching and faculty development might help improve interpersonal continuity which are core to both family medicine curricula and current models of health care delivery.

To face market structure, companies in different strategic groups need to design different strategies. Especially concerning competitive oligopolies, many studies focus on large companies in the core of sectors. We consider that the analysis of strategies of companies in the margin of large companies, i.e. in the “fringe” of those markets, are also relevant, since strategic choice and performance of firms in the “fringe” influences sectorial dynamics. Based on Industrial Organization and Structure-Conduct-Performance paradigm, this papers aims to analyze how strategies of companies in the “fringe” are aligned to the market structure of non-OEM automotive battery. This qualitative descriptive research comprised semi structured interviews with managers of four non-OEM battery manufacturers. Results revealed the importance of market structure for firms’ conduct: the need to compete on price make firms to combine different strategies. Besides price strategies to support price competition, typical for companies in the “fringe” of competitive oligopolies, firms set a combination of different strategies, such as innovation and quality, which indicates complexity in terms of strategies. Thus, price competition is largely supported by non-price strategies. Firms’ diversity, a remarkable feature in competitive oligopolies, is also observed in the “fringe”, which includes differences in terms of techniques, technologies and scale, and the existence of informal market. Thus, high competition complexity indicates the need of public policies to foment non-price strategies even for firms in the “fringe” and to reduce market failures from informal firms’ competition.
