The purpose of this Field Practice Activity is to assess the efficiency of the COVID-19 task force's implementation in Selaawi District in dealing with COVID-19 and residents who have been proven positive for COVID-19. The Garut Regent's Decree establishes a Task Force for the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions in Selaawi District, Garut Regency. The technique that was used a Literature Review and the roadblocks that it faces, including measures to restrict the spread of the corona virus, which have not been maximized. People are progressively disobeying 3M's health recommendations, such as wearing masks, cleaning their hands with soap, and keeping a safe distance. The large-scale social restriction (PSBB) strategy has aided the implementation of physical distance in Indonesia since the start of the pandemic. The remedy to this problem is to enforce 3M (masks, distance, and hand washing) in a systematic manner, as well as passively 3T (testing, tracing, and treatment) and raise public awareness about the necessity of health procedures through the COVID-19 task force. In this method, the handling efforts can yield the best results and have been successful in lowering positive numbers and lowering deaths. Keywords: COVID-19, Emergency, Society, Implementation

This research focuses on how leadership has a major role in addressing environmental issues, especially through the garbage bank program as a form of case study. Furthermore, the problems that occur in the midst of society are often rely solely on political will or political desire to solve them. The research is to know and learn Lurah's (head of village) leadership in the management of waste banks specifically. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques through structured interviews, documentation and observations. Researchers conducted an analysis using leadership theory from Yukl, where the theory discusses leadership comprehensively. Researchers only focus on five parts of the concept that are considered relevant, namely: visionary, guidance, affiliative, democratic and communicative concepts. The results of this study based on these dimensions are good enough Lurah (head of village) leadership. But there are several things that are considered able to optimize the running of the program through the role of Lurah (Head of village) leadership, namely: first, involving active knots and community leaders such as MUI, academics to support scientific aspects, and professionals in the field of practical management. Pembatasan pemberlakuan kegiatan masyarakat is one of the government's programs in tackling and breaking the chain of covid-19 spread that continues to grow in Indonesia. Covid-19 is rapidly developing and becoming a global issue that impacts all lives in different countries. This makes the government both central and village level must think about various strategies in an effort to prevent its spread. In addition to strategic from the government, participation from the community is also indispensable in efforts to prevent its spread. In addition, we also found participation from the people of Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut who participated in the prevention of Covid-19 by implementing policies that have been set by the government. The purpose of this research is to know in detail the form of community participation in the handling of Covid-19 in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut. The research method is descriptive and uses qualitative methods. Meanwhile, for data collection is used library studies derived from data sources derived from scientific journals, book literature, and official websites that are then described through analysis that describes the application of government policies, namely with Pembatasan pemberlakuan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) in the response to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut. The results of this study explain that the application of government policies through PPKM in the district of Banjarwangi, Garut includes participation in planning, participation in the implementation, with the use of masks when traveling, restrictions on community activities without clear purpose, and restrictions on the operating hours of vehicle activities and business activities (shops). The implementation of PPKM activities in countering the Covid-19 pandemic in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut seems to have been running effectively. With the involvement of the village community is very petrified this government program in tackling Covid-19, because the villagers are very understanding of the situation and conditions of the community in the environment. After the involvement of other agencies such as the TNI / POLRI is also very helpful smoothly this program with the creation of security and order during the activities. The purpose of restrictions on the implementation of community activities is to suppress and stop the positive number of Covid-19 in Kecamatan Banjarwangi, Kabupaten Garut. Subak is a traditional organization in the field of agriculture and irrigation of rice fields in indigenous peoples in Bali that is socioeconomic, religious, economical that historically continues to grow and develop and has been awarded World Cultural Heritage status by UNESCO on June 29, 2012. However, along with the development of the times, the conversion of agricultural land functions are increasing which results in agricultural land continues to decrease and the existence of Subak is increasingly threatened. This research uses the foundation of Empowerment Theory according to Totok Mardikanto. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this study are by observation, interview, and documentation. While data analysis used in processing the data obtained is by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.  The observations showed that the empowerment process for Krama Subak has been running well but there are still obstacles that cause conversion of agricultural land function to continue to occur, such as the resources of heterogeneous farmers, farmers not owners of agricultural land, and farmers who are still tempted by rising land prices. Efforts made in addressing this is by holding the Hita Lalu Program, improving the intensification of subak administrators as well as the preparation of the Regulation on Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B). The pandemic that is endemic throughout the world is making every country work hard to eradicate it. has been declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a Global Public Health Emergency which is known to spread to all corners of the world very quickly. Coronavirus is a new virus that causes illness ranging from mild to severe symptoms. There are at least two types of corona viruses that cause serious illness, namely Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new disease that has never been identified in humans. The virus that causes is called SarsCoV2. COVID-19 is a new disease and there is very little research on it. Evidence-based information is required for the care, treatment and other information related to this disease. The Indonesian government later declared the Corona problem as an unnatural or non-natural national disaster. The President of the Republic of Indonesia, regional governments and their staff work together in various efforts to prevent the spread of the virus in the community. Every day the number of cases caused by the Covid-19 pandemic continues to grow. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to formulate policies to reduce the number of its spread. With various policies made by the government, community activities and information dissemination are limited. This paper aims to find out strategies for handling the Covid-19 pandemic through optimizing information technology. We need to know that the Covid-19 pandemic continues to increase every day, which requires people to limit their environment and implement social distancing. Information Technology has the goal of solving a problem, opening up creativity, increasing effectiveness and efficiency in doing work. Information technology innovations continue to be developed as the number of Covid-19 patients increases. Many countries have used information technology to find out information on the development of Covid-19 over long distances by using internet media in preventing Covid-19. The internet also helps Covid-19 patients with doctors, and helps make it easier for people to complete work. Garut Regency, West Java is one of the districts that experienced a significant increase in the number of cases. The local government has also pursued a strategy to deal with Covid-19 by optimizing information technology through the internet. Geologically, Indonesia is located at the confluence of three of the world's main plates, namely the Indo-Australian Plate, the Eurasian Plate, and the Pacific Plate, which often cause disasters, for example drought. Central Lombok Regency is one of the regencies in West Nusa Tenggara, with these two seasons, most often hit by drought disasters, considering that the rainfall in Central Lombok is very small. So that disaster education and preparedness are needed for residents. This article uses qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that climate field schools have an important role in disaster education. Climate field school is a form of education for farmers that is very useful especially in understanding the weather and climate combined with new agricultural techniques that will allow farmers to plant different crops at different times of the year. Meanwhile, for preparedness, it is carried out through several programs in the form of urging and asking farmers to be disciplined in carrying out cropping patterns according to the zoning in which they are located (rice-padi-palawija or padi-palawija-palawija), mapping of land related to cropping patterns, planting rice parity that requires little water, namely the Situpagendit variety, and urges farmers to insure their rice plants, which is Rp. 36.000/ Ha for one planting season at PT. The COVID-19 pandemic that has emerge and attacked Indonesia since the beginning of 2020 has intensified the demands for the role of the government to formulate a specific kind of policies that can address and accommodate social, economic, and political problems that arise as a consequence of this non-natural disaster. In an effort to cope with this disaster, the government has given a mandate to BNPB to take the strategic steps needed so that this pandemic is quickly finished, not least in Garut Regency, West Java. By implementing a qualitative descriptive research method, this study aims to methodologically and comprehensively analyze the role of BNPB in handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Garut Regency. The Covid-19 pandemic is increasing throughout Indonesia. Due to this, the handling of covid-19 is very important to do to overcome the spread of the covid-19 virus because if there is no handling of this virus it will endanger public health. As we know COVID-19 can cause mild to severe symptoms. There are about 80% of mild symptoms (runny nose, sore throat, cough, and fever) that do not require special treatment but there are also people who suffer from severe symptoms, such as with pneumonia or difficulty breathing, which usually appear gradually. One of the efforts to deal with COVID-19 is to implement the PPKM (Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions) policy. None other than the goal is to foster public compliance with health protocols, prevent covid-19, and suppress the spread of COVID-19, so that the tourism and creative economy sector (tourism and creative economy) will bounce back and the economic sector will recover soon. Garut Regency is one of the regencies in Indonesia that also applies this PPKM regulation. This is the background of the author to examine the participation of the people of Garut Regency during the implementation of PPKM in an effort to handle COVID-19. This study aims to find out how the role of the people of Garut Regency and what changes occur during the implementation of PPKM in Garut Regency. The research method used is a literature study by elaborating research that is relevant to the concept of empowering local communities. In one related study, it was stated that community participation in the implementation of emergency PPKM in Garut Regency showed significant results. Therefore, through this program-based idea, we are able to achieve optimal implementation of emergency PPKM so as to increase the health status as high as possible.   Keywords: Covid-19, Community Participation, PPKM, Health protocol

This research aims to explain the large scale social restriction (PSBB) on informal workers in DKI Jakarta province, and to formulate what efforts should be made to mitigate the negative impact of the PSBB. The collection of data in this study uses literary study methods whereby data retrieval is taken from existing media, such as online media and social media. Some of the things that have become the impact of the implementation of social restriction on large scale (PSBB) for informal workers in DKI Jakarta province is the number of workers who are in the paint to reduce the company spending, the buying power in the community is reduced so that the economic Theravada, and for workers who get money from working daily. From the conclusion of the results of this analysis is the government of DKI Jakarta play an important role in the service to the community in fulfilling the life of the community.  Key words: Impact evaluation, large-scale social restrictions, Informal sector
