Academic practice showed that the control work in an advanced instructive foundation gains an articulated scientific direction, which permits us to discuss a solitary control and insightful action of instructors. The point of this exploration is to consider the control and logical movement of educators as the intentional, educated cycle regarding acquiring data, contemplating the status and improvement patterns, recognizing the need to change the course of the instructive interaction, to guarantee the outcome - the nature of understudies' schooling. The work depends on perception, investigation of the control and scientific movement of educators, speculation, systematization, amalgamation, educational test, master appraisal technique, quantitative and subjective examination of exploration results, and testing. The adequacy of the control and insightful movement of educators is guaranteed by the execution of the fundamental elements of the instructive cycle throughout control and scientific action dependent on refreshing the abstract situation of a person. Also, the usage of focused preparing of educators for the excellent execution of control and logical exercises.

AbstractGaia's Radial Velocity Spectrometer (RVS) has been operating in routine phase for over one year since initial commissioning. RVS continues to work well but the higher than expected levels of straylight reduce the limiting magnitude. The end-of-mission radial-velocity (RV) performance requirement for G2V stars was 15 km s−1 at V = 16.5 mag. Instead, 15 km s−1 precision is achieved at 15 < V < 16 mag, consistent with simulations that predict a loss of 1.4 mag. Simulations also suggest that changes to Gaia's onboard software could recover ~0.14 mag of this loss. Consequently Gaia's onboard software was upgraded in April 2015. The status of this new commissioning period is presented, as well as the latest scientific performance of the on-ground processing of RVS spectra. We illustrate the implications of the RVS limiting magnitude on Gaia's view of the Milky Way's halo in 6D using the Gaia Universe Model Snapshot (GUMS).

Introduction: Educational systems as an engine of growth in social, political, economic and cultural dimensions play a role in different ecosystems. In the meantime, professional ethics is the cornerstone of education because educators play a key role in fostering creative, critical and responsible individuals with a global perspective. However, few studies in the field of professional ethics in education have been formulated. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to Meta-synthesis studies in the field of educational ethics and to classify and analyze its components in higher education system. Methods: This qualitative research using Meta-synthesis strategy written. So Keywords: Teaching Ethics, professional ethics in Higher Education, Teaching, Professor, Teacher In All Persian Databases of Magiran, SID, Ensani, Noormags During the period 2001-2019, a total of 64 articles were searched and finalized, The final 20 analyzes led to the final analysis. Result: In the first step, the key concepts were summarized separately in each article and then were subdivided into other categories that formed sub-components in terms of aspects of sharing and differentiation. Secondly, sub-components were also classified according to meaning similarities. In total, four main components of "Ethics in Scientific Performance, Ethics in Interaction, Ethical Personality and Ethical Character" were obtained with 15 sub-components. Finally, according to the studies in Iranian higher education, the status of each component was criticized and analyzed. Conclusion: With identifying the components of professional ethics in the academic system, it is necessary for authorities to base these components and their indicators in order to adopt specific planning and management policies in order to promote and improve professional ethics in higher education

Abstract Background:The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is spreading rapidly worldwide, bringing great challenges to infection control professionals (ICPs). The study aims to understand the status quo and the situation of work and physical and mental health of Chinese infection control professionals (ICPs) during the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), in order to complete hospital infection control work and respond to public health emergencies better.[1]Methods:The questionnaire was designed to conduct anonymous investigations onChinese ICPs relying on the questionnaire star applet during the epidemic of COVID-19.Results:A total of 1652 ICPs from 1265 hospitals were surveyed. 84.32% ICPs’ professional background was nursing; 33.9% could not be promoted in professional title; 62.65% ICPs’ daily income was lower than similar staff at the same level in the hospital; 98% thought that the hospital infection control discipline should be set up.During the epidemic, the ICPs did a lot of work, and most heads of the infectioncontrol department believed that the infection control department had a great role in this epidemic. During this epidemic, 90.47% ICPs worked more than 9 hours a day; the highest psychological stress score was 10 points(out of 10), accounting for 32.14%; 79.3% had worse sleep than usual. Most ICPs felt tired, frustrated and powerless frequently, but only 20.40% complained frequently or consistently. Conclusions:Chinese ICPs are facing difficulties in promotion of professional title, poor salary, high work intensity and high psychological pressure currently. They has undertaken a lot of work and played an important role in the prevention and control of COVID-19.

Can audio-visual practice be both a methodology and a form of dissemination for research? What are the particular issues for researchers working in media practice and what is the status of practice as research in terms of speaking for itself, or needing additional written documentation? How useful are the established definitions of practice research? In what ways is practice research pushing at the boundaries of documentary filmmaking? What is the relationship between academic practice research and the industry? These are the issues that arose in this very stimulating film panel, consisting of four presentations and screenings of practice research, each contributing to debates around the relationship between theory and practice.

One measure of the maturity of a device technology is the ease and reliability of applying contact metallurgy. Compared to metal contact of silicon, the status of GaAs metallization is still at its primitive stage. With the advent of GaAs MESFET and integrated circuits, very stringent requirements were placed on their metal contacts. During the past few years, extensive researches have been conducted in the area of Au-Ge-Ni in order to lower contact resistances and improve uniformity. In this paper, we report the results of TEM study of interfacial reactions between Ni and GaAs as part of the attempt to understand the role of nickel in Au-Ge-Ni contact of GaAs.N-type, Si-doped, (001) oriented GaAs wafers, 15 mil in thickness, were grown by gradient-freeze method. Nickel thin films, 300Å in thickness, were e-gun deposited on GaAs wafers. The samples were then annealed in dry N2 in a 3-zone diffusion furnace at temperatures 200°C - 600°C for 5-180 minutes. Thin foils for TEM examinations were prepared by chemical polishing from the GaA.s side. TEM investigations were performed with JE0L- 100B and JE0L-200CX electron microscopes.

Measurement of the egg's electrical activity, the fertilization potential or the activation current (in voltage clamped eggs), provides a means of detecting the earliest perceivable response of the egg to the fertilizing sperm. By using the electrical physiological record as a “real time” indicator of the instant of electrical continuity between the gametes, eggs can be inseminated with sperm at lower, more physiological densities, thereby assuring that only one sperm interacts with the egg. Integrating techniques of intracellular electrophysiological recording, video-imaging, and electron microscopy, we are able to identify the fertilizing sperm precisely and correlate the status of gamete organelles with the first indication (fertilization potential/activation current) of the egg's response to the attached sperm. Hence, this integrated system provides improved temporal and spatial resolution of morphological changes at the site of gamete interaction, under a variety of experimental conditions. Using these integrated techniques, we have investigated when sperm-egg plasma membrane fusion occurs in sea urchins with respect to the onset of the egg's change in electrical activity.
