The main purpose of the study predetermines the main issue of the article: to show the importance of formation of a culture of working with information among students during distance learning, which means the ability to evaluate, perceive information, prevent manipulation, distinguish truth from falsehood. The main task is to assess the existing and desired level of this competence, to develop an organizational model of its formation which consists of the following components: goals and objectives, pedagogical conditions and evaluation criteria. The model was implemented simultaneously at the Drahomanov National Pedagogical University and National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” by teachers of humanities in experimental and control groups (16 people) in three stages: ascertaining, formative and final. A questionnaire and a self-assessment map of the formation of the culture of working with information were developed for the ascertaining stage; purposeful work with students was conducted (special tasks, discussion conversations, discussions) at the formative stage the results before and after the experiment were compared at the final stage in particular. Positive dynamics in the experimental group was noted, the average rate of formation increased. The proposed evaluation criteria – motivational, cognitive and activity ones have demonstrated practical value. It is advisable to recommend their use at other faculties. It is concluded that the organizational model is effective. The prospect of the study is the scientific substantiation of the implementation of the model among a wider range of students and the development of a distance specialized course.

Profit is the main goal and the ultimate financial result of the business. Profit is an absolute indicator of the business operations of an enterprise and the main source of formation of its financial resources. Profit provides a characterization of the economic result obtained by enterprise as a result of its activities and, as a key indicator for assessing the activities of the enterprise, profit contributes to an increase in production, sales and product quality. The analysis of profit indicators allows us to draw important conclusions, but does not show the level of use of economic resources by the company. It is noteworthy that the starting point of a company's financial conditions and its stable business development largely depends on the efficient use of the economic resources. For these purposes, the relative rate of return – profitability - is used, which is calculated on different bases, for example: indicators of operating expenses, total expenses, average annual value of assets, capital employed, etc. The profitability analysis improves the results of the performance analysis, since it is the profitability ratios that characterize the level of efficiency of the resources used. Considering all the above, we can say that profitability is also a strong indicator of the quality of the assessment of the management of enterprise, since it determines how purposefully the management uses the economic resources of the company. Thus, the main task of management is to guide and control the indicators of the profit and profitability. In this article, a study of the main issues of the analysis of profit and profitability was carried out on the basis of the audited financial statements of the JSC “Badagoni” for the production of Georgian wine for 2018-2019. The document outlines the directions for improving the company's financial results and outlines measures for increasing profitability. Keywords: Profit; Earnings, Operating Profit; Advanced Capital; Profitability, Profitability Factor Analysis.

The article reveals the essence of the concept of «management» and analyzes scientific approaches to its interpretation in the restaurant industry. In the work the authors consider the concept of «management» as a process of planning, organization, motivation and control in order to achieve goals and to improve efficiency of activity. Based on this, it is determined that the restaurant management is an effective management of the restaurant, the main purpose of which is to maintain the stability of operation, competitiveness and improvement of the restaurant. The current state of the restaurant business in Ukraine and its future prospects are analyzed, which speaks of the dynamic development of the industry, despite the rather difficult situation that has arisen due to the spread of the COVID-19 threat around the world. It is proved that the key to the effectiveness of restaurant management is the implementation of the basic functions of management: planning, organization, motivation and control. The use of the proposed functions is necessary to solve common management problems and the whole management process. The influence of functions and management methods on the restaurant business and on the efficiency of the restaurant industry is substantiated. It is shown that all functions of management are dialectically connected with methods of management as the main task of functions of management as kinds of administrative activity is formation of methods of management (economic, organizational-administrative, social-psychological). The article announces the important components in the management restaurant, such as: the strategy of institution development, effective financial management, personnel management, service improvement, marketing, promotion of the institution, the choice of a convenient management system of the institution, following which will ensure the achievement of goals, reaching a new level, increasing competitiveness in the market of restaurant services.

AbstractBackground and Purpose. Although gait asymmetry in rehabilitation has been documented, little is known about propulsion and control tasks performed by each limb and how these tasks are managed between the lower limbs. The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesis that the leading limb contributes mainly to forward progression, whereas the trailing limb provides control and propels the lower limb to a lesser extent. Subjects. Nineteen men with an average age of 26.2 years (SD=3.2, range=21–34) and no history of orthopedic ailments participated in the study. Methods. Muscle power was determined using an 8-camera high-speed video system synchronized with 2 force plates. The principal-component analysis method was applied to reduce and classify 52 gait variables for each limb, and Pearson correlations were used to determine the interactions within the data sets for each limb. Results. Gait propulsion was initiated by the hip of the leading limb shortly after heel-strike and was maintained throughout the stance phase. Control was the main task of the trailing limb, as evidenced by the power absorption bursts at the hip and knee. Conclusion and Discussion. Within-limb interaction further emphasized the functional relationship between forward progression and control tasks and highlighted the importance of frontal- and transverse-plane actions during gait.

In the past, the main task of the Armed Forces was primarily to ensure military security in terms of defense of independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the state. However, nowadays, in the national and international dimension, their scope of tasks has been expanded to include projects in the field of supporting public administration bodies and society in crisis situations. That is due to the fact that the Armed Forces have unique, unprecedented in other response forces, opportunities to take effective action in the event of various crises. Thus, they have become an important enhancement of the crisis management system and civil protection. They can often constitute the main element of support for public administration bodies (central and local government) in solving emerging crisis situations. An important factor in the effectiveness of their actions in helping the society is the so-called crisis management system in the Ministry of National Defense. The structure of this system is closely related to the functioning control and command system.

This paper presents the research of model-base design and control of Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) built in VietNam Automation & Mechatronics Laboratory (VIAMLAB). This is one of the most important types of underwater robots used in water environments for many purposes, especially for navy and marine industries. The design keeps our tethered ROV self-stabilized in the horizontal plane. It is also equipped with thrusters and sensor feedbacks, allowing 6 degrees-of-freedom motion. Moreover, cameras and grabber integrated into ROV support underwater survey tasks. In addition, the paper also simulates controllers with the main task of keeping depth for ROV. The controllers designed and surveyed here include: PID, optimal control (LQR), standard model control (MRAC) and combination controller between LQR and MRAC. The performance of the algorithm will be evaluated through simulation results using Matlab / Simulink.
