Although there is no strong confirmation of the direct link between teachers? attitudes towards and opinions on inclusion and teaching outcomes, they do predict the undesirable manifestations, such as teacher burnout. The aim of this paper was to determine the extent to which teachers? opinions on the education of students with different disabilities predict burnout, over and above the basic personality traits. In order to measure teachers? opinions, the MSK questionnaire was constructed. Personality characteristics were measured by the Big Five Inventory, and burnout was measured by the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory. The sample consisted of 645 primary school teachers from the Republic of Srpska. Using exploratory factor analysis, two MSK factors (60.87% variance) were obtained: (1) the feasibility of teaching the students with psychological difficulties, and (2) the feasibility of teaching the students with sensorimotor difficulties. The factors explained a small amount of variance of burnout. However, the first factor showed significant incremental predictability for burnout, in addition to personality traits, which suggests a small but significant contribution of the opinions on the education of students with disabilities to understanding the teacher burnout syndrome in the context of inclusion. At the same time, the results imply that, from the point of view of potential prevention, the knowledge of teachers? personality is probably much more important than their opinions on this topic.

Despite the fact that the process of inclusive education implementation has been taking place in Poland for a few years now, it still encounters a lot of obstacles relating to, among other things, the readiness of mainstream settings, including teachers, for inclusion. For this process to be successful, teachers’ attitudes to the idea of inclusive education are also important. The primary purpose of the study was to explore the opinions of mainstream preschool teachers on selected aspects of inclusive education for students with disabilities. The study covered 76 preschool teachers. A diagnostic survey was used in the study. The findings showed that mainstream preschool teachers (generally) supported the idea of inclusive education for students with disabilities to a small extent only (i.e., a little bit below the average). This opinion correlated positively with a sense of readiness for specific tasks relating to the education of students with disabilities and providing it in an educational setting as well as with having formal teacher education in this area. The study also showed that mainstream preschool teachers were relatively most favorably inclined (however, only around the average) toward inclusive preschool education for students with mild intellectual disabilities, and least favorably - for students with multiple disabilities and blind students. The findings confirmed the reports found in the literature regarding significant gaps in preparation for tasks relating to the education of students with disabilities felt by mainstream preschool teachers. They also confirmed the fact that the vast majority of teachers saw many obstacles to the implementation of inclusive education in preschool, in particular relating to: specialists (mainly lack of specialists), too large preschool groups, and school space (mainly architectural barriers). Moreover, the findings showed that only a small number of teachers saw advantages of inclusive education - subject to specific conditions, though. The study findings suggest that it is necessary to provide more effective, specialist support for mainstream preschool teachers in their work with students/children with disabilities and to introduce changes in preschool teacher training at the college level.

In this article the actual questions arising at the organization and carrying out of discipline of physical education of students of special medical groups in higher education institutions are considered. The authors, based on many years of experience in the University, propose to develop and implement a model of formation of the profile-developing environment for students of special medical groups. Ways to increase the interest of students with disabilities (with diseases of the musculoskeletal system) to systematic physical education are divided into blocks and studied from a scientific point of view. The General model consists of three blocks. In each block, the issues of rehabilitation of students with diseases of the musculo-skeletal system are comprehensively studied.

Nowadays, many changes have affected, act on the whole of vocational training, which also impact the teachers working in the system. In my research, I am interested in the extent to which personality traits (eg empathy, duty, openness, dedication) that make a person fit into the teaching profession play a role in their burnout. My questionnaire package was completed by 300 of my vocational training teacher staff and all 44 centers of vocational training were affected. In my study, I present burnout syndrome, including the phenomenon of teacher burnout, and then summarize my research and results. I compare the results of my research hypotheses and statistical indicators with previous results, then consider the possibilities of teacher burnout prevention and possible solutions. In my work, I highlight the points from which the burnout process can be reversed and introduce several intervention methods through the preventive stress management model.

The Ombudsman as an external oversight body for official performance, in Fikih Siyasah (constitutionality in Islam) is included in the supervision stipulated in legislation (al-musahabah al-qomariyah). Supervision is done so that public service delivery to the community is in accordance with the rights of the community. This is done because in carrying out its duties, officials are very likely to conduct mal administration, which is bad public services that cause harm to the community. The Ombudsman is an institution authorized to resolve the mal administration issue, in which one of its products is by issuing a recommendation. Although Law No. 37 of 2018 on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia states that the recommendation is mandatory, theombudsman's recommendations have not been implemented. This is due to differences in point of view, ie on the one hand in the context of law enforcement, but on the other hand the implementation of the recommendation is considered as a means of opening the disgrace of officials. Recommendations are the last alternative of Ombudsman's efforts to resolve the mal administration case, given that a win-win solution is the goal, then mediation becomes the main effort. This is in accordance with the condition of the Muslim majority of Indonesian nation and prioritizes deliberation in resolving dispute. Therefore, it is necessary to educate the community and officials related to the implementation of the Ombudsman's recommendations in order to provide good public services for the community, which is the obligation of the government.

The author considers the questions relating to the formation of lawyers’ professional traits from the point of view of the significance which human capital and investment in this capital hold in contemporary times. It follows from the analyses, which were carried out, that the dire need for taking up actions with the aim to shape lawyers appears one of the most vital tasks. This requires taking into account visible trends in the changing job market. Another aspect results from the need for multilevel qualifications and conditions behind lawyers’ actions and their decisions. Thus, colleges of higher education which educate prospective lawyers, as well as lawyers’ corporations, are confronted by challenges of forming, in young people, features that are indispensable for them to be valuable lawyers and not only executors of simple activities. The author points to the fact that lawyers need shaping because, among others, during their whole social lives and realization of professional tasks their personality traits and potential related to communication will constantly manifest through accepting and following or rejecting and opposing values, principles, reflexions, empathy, sensitivity, the farthest-fetched imagination, objectivism, cooperation, dialogue, distancing themselves from political disputes, etc. Students of the art of law should be characterized by a changed mentality, new vision of law – service to man, and realization of standards of law, as well as perception of the importance of knowledge, skills, attitudes and competences.

The paper provides a review on the joint Russian-Belarusian tutorial “History of the Great Patriotic War. Essays on the Shared History” published for the 75th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. The tutorial was prepared within the project “Belarus and Russia. Essays on the Shared History”, implemented since 2018 and aimed at publishing a series of tutorials, which authors are major Russian and Belarusian historians, archivists, teachers, and other specialists in human sciences. From the author’s point of view, the joint work of specialists from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in such a format not only contributes to the deepening of humanitarian integration within the Union state, but also to the formation of a common educational system on the scale of the Commonwealth of Independent States or the Eurasian integration project (Eurasian Economic Union – EEU). The author emphasises the high research and educational significance of the publication reviewed when noting that the teaching of history in general and the history of the Second World War and the Great Patriotic War in particular in post-Soviet schools and institutes of higher education is complicated by many different issues and challenges (including external ones, which can be regarded as information aggression by various extra-regional actors).
