Abstract. The paper considers the issue of optimizing the movement of an industrial robot used in additive manufacturing in the technology of direct metal deposition of parts. The developed mathematical model that takes into account the joint work of a six-axis robot manipulator and a two-axis positioner is described. The algorithm for calculating the motion based on the relative position of two adjacent points of the working tool trajectory relative to the rotary axis of the positioner with a given accuracy is described. The simulation of processing is carried out both when working only with the manipulator, and when working together with a two-axis positioner, and control programs with recalculated coordinates and rotation angles of the positioner are obtained.

We analyze the potential to generate critical collaborative and pedagogical practices from Design, which contribute to processes of community artistic and cultural development in contexts of marginal, informal and peripheral urbanism with respect to production centers. We start from the experience of joint work since 2016 between a faculty of fine arts and a nearby self-construction neighborhood; Las Moraditas de Taco, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The evidence that "professors are fed up with the classrooms spaces and students lack more experiences in the streets" joins the neighborhood claim; "we live on a mountain but nobody sees us", to explore models of living labs for creation and service-learning, in the recovery and valorization of collective memory, intangible cultural heritage, sense of belonging, dignity and beautification of public space or the external projection of positive values. Special attention is paid to designers’ emerging roles and competencies, such as facilitator, catalyst or mediator. We highlight the relevance of adopting methodological frameworks based on participatory action-research, thus reorienting the traditional, institutional and top-down culture project, towards  iterative process cultures of citizen innovation, from which to generate, stimulate and root transformations within the community and the territory.

The article on the basis of archival sources, most of them introduced into scientific turnover for the first time, examines the legal regulation and realities of involvement of civilian population in demining of territories in the West of the Russian Soviet Republic in 1942–1946. Demining was the most important measure of the authorities, a condition for the establishment of peaceful life, the revival of the economy, the implementation of state plans. The scarcity of material and human resources available to the state led to the mobilisation of civilians for this task, especially – young people of pre-conscription age. Despite the voluntary participation in demining, regional and district authorities widely used their administrative resources both in the recruitment of demining teams through the Osoviakhim grassroots structures and military enlistment offices, and to facilitate their work. Faced with the inability of district teams of the Society for the Assistance of Defence, Aircraft and Chemical Construction (Osoaviakhim) to complete demining alone, the leadership of the western regions of the Russian Soviet Republic insisted that the most difficult areas be cleared by sapper units of the Red Army. By the end of 1946, the joint work of Osoaviakhim deminers and military sappers had completed the clearance of the territories of the West of the Russian Soviet Republic.

Section I of the monograph is devoted to an urgent problem - forecasting the durability of port reinforced concrete structures, the destruction of which is associated with corrosion of steel reinforcement caused by chloride aggression and carbonation of concrete. The analysis of models for calculating the service life of structures and experimental data is carried out, the life cycles for the main degradation processes in concrete and reinforcement, the periods of initiation and propagation of corrosion are considered, the influence of environmental factors (temperature, humidity) and the quality of concrete (In/C, cement consumption, diffusion coefficient) on the kinetics of chloride penetration and the movement of the carbonation front is taken into account. Probabilistic models of basic variables are considered, the limiting states of port reinforced concrete structures for the durability of reinforced concrete structures based on the reliability coefficient for service life are formulated. Sections II and III describe modern methods of restoration and restoration of reinforced concrete port structures subjected to corrosion destruction using nanofibrobeton. The concept of multilevel reinforcement has been implemented. Methods of experimental fracture mechanics were used to evaluate the joint work of exploited concrete and reinforcement nanofibre concrete. It is intended for scientific and engineering staff of universities, research and design organizations.

The problem of changing the size of the reactive pressures perceived by a strip at use of various models of the soil foundation and at various indicators of flexibility of the “strip-soil” system is investigated. The aim of the work is to obtain the form of plots of reactive pressures produced by the soil foundation on a strip loaded along its entire length with a uniformly distributed load. In determining the values of reactive pressures and values of bending moments, the data of a previously published work of one of the authors of the article, based on V.N. Zhemochkin method, is used. Analysis of the obtained calculation results showed that the shape of the plot of reactive pressures largely depends on both the index of flexibility of the foundation and the index of flexibility of the “strip-soil” system. The novelty of the research is that the calculation results are obtained using the traditional method of calculation (i.e., without taking into account the joint work of the “strip-soil” system and using 3 models of the soil base: linearly deformable half-plane, linearly deformable layer of finite thicknesses and the Winkler model. The obtained results of calculation will allow to design ground structures on the elastic foundation.

Polymer composite reinforcement (PCR) and its use to produce high-quality concrete with the right design and technological and formulation solutions can demonstrate the results obtained with the steel rebars. This article discusses the synergistic effect from the combined reinforcement of concrete with traditional polymer rods and dispersed fiber, which, as a result, lead to an increase in strength and deformation characteristics and an improvement in the performance of compressed and bent structural elements. The synergistic effect of the joint work of polymer rods and dispersed reinforcement is considered in the context of relative indicators (structural quality factor CSQ), showing the relationship between strength characteristics and concrete density. The behavior of glass fiber in a cement matrix and the nature of its deformation during fracture were studied by scanning electron microscopy. It is shown that the use of PCR and dispersed reinforcement makes it possible to increase the strength characteristics of concrete in bending. In quantitative terms, the achieved results demonstrated that the CSQ values of a beam reinforced with a PCR frame with the addition of glass fiber were 3.4 times higher compared to the CSQ of a beam reinforced with steel reinforcement frames. In addition, for a beam reinforced with a PCR frame with no fiber addition, the CSQ values were three times higher.
