This study aims to evaluate the OSC Program in terms of the mechanism of obtaining scholarships through the online scholarship competition program, and the obstacles faced when screening scholarship candidates. Field observations and interviews are used to collect data, and PESTEL and SWOT techniques are collaborated to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results show that this program has legitimacy and is officially supported by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. Futhermore, OSC has a very clear, segmented and national target market. For private universities and sponsorships that are incorporated can raise the brand image of PTS and scholarship fund companies.

Research on this journal ontology that many private higher education institutions in Jakarta cover the impact of the policies of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia as public officials to make and issue regulations that are very burdensome for the management of private higher education institutions. The purpose of this research is to criticize for improvement to the government of the Republic of Indonesia. This research used a qualitative method, while the research object was private universities in Jakarta that lack resources. The research subjects were resource persons who were aware of the constraints of the bankruptcy of private universities in Jakarta. The results of the study show that it has been proven that the state, in this case, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, makes and issues regulations that are very detrimental to the management of private higher education which is minimal in resources. The suggestion from this research shows that the government, by the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, must be able to provide resource assistance efforts for private universities that are deficient.

Online learning in higher education is a necessity. This is in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. Nahdlatul Ulama University Surabaya is one of the private universities in Surabaya. Since a few years ago, online learning has been implemented by UNUSA. The type of learning applied is blended / hybrid learning. However, Pandemic Covid-19 forced UNUSA to implement online learning fully. The application of online learning in educational institutions often presents challenges. Successful change requires an understanding of the current conditions. This study aims to identifying the current condition of online learning implementation in UNUSA based on Prosci ADKAR Model. This study is conducted into three steps, namely mapping the stakeholder, identifying the list of change , and identyfing the current state of the university. The current conditions are mapped to activities that must be carried out for each ADKAR element.

It is necessary and feasible to develop core competencies for busniness majors of private universities. The purpose of this study was to apply business management theories, especially marketing theories to researches on busniness majors, along with the higher education theories. We trace back core competence theory, point out the essential elements and the interpretations of core competencies on disciplines and majors. It must conform to the law of higher education development, and the interdisciplinary theory should also be taken as an important analysis perspective. Good talents training mode is the key. This paper studies the way to optimize the mode in the perspective of target marketing. We should follow three steps: segmenting, targeting, positioning. We can use multitudinous variables such as age, preferences, interests, etc. to segment education market, employ indifference marketing, differentiated marketing or focus marketing to choose the suitable target market on the basis of our own strengths and weaknesses. And then, offer the tailored talents training plans. Private universities should position themselves properly, it will directly result in school-running ideas, funding, curriculum development, types of talents etc. The training objective is core of training mode, also the cornerstone and guidance of other elements. The curriculum system gives support to achieving training goals, it affects the coordinated development of students’ knowledges, abilities, quality structure. The paper uses product theory to inquire into curriculum orientation, curriculum modes and teaching methods. It also expounds the structuring of practical teaching system. School, discipline, and major images intensively embody the core competence, image-building is a process of brand shaping and communicating. Some specific marketing measures are applied to promote business majors development. The measures include internal branding and other three strategies: brand image speaker, affections, cultural charm. Finally, the research conclusions and relevant suggestions are put forward.

In this study, the Best Private Universities in Medan will be discussed with the TOPSIS method (Techniques for Other References with Similarities to Solutions). TOPSIS is one method of Decision Support Systems that is used to accept decisions that have many criteria. The general objective of this study is to use the TOPSIS method which is expected to be able to provide optimal results in determining the best universities. And specific targets of this study can provide estimates or indicators that can be used by Universities in Medan in determining whether the College is the best or not. The criteria used in this study were Institutional, Student Activities, Lecturer HR, Research and Community Service, and Innovation. In the future these criteria can be added according to the needs and requirements provided by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. By applying the TOPSIS Method to Decision Supporters in the selection of the Best Private Universities in Medan City can provide optimal results based on the criteria and weighting that has been determined.

One of nicknames that given to Bandung is city of students. It called that way, because of many institutions both public and private in Bandung. Some study estimates that higher education’s demand will increase about four times in 2025. Students that sign up to Parahyangan Catholic University Master of Management had a declining tendency. That delcining tendency is allegeldy because marketing program and promotion that used by Parahyangan Catholic University didn’t go well. The purpose of this research is generally to determine the effect of Parahyangan Catholic University’s brand knowledge on prospective student’s brand preference.The analysis of this research using multiple regression to determine the effect of Parahyangan Catholic University Master Management’s brand awareness and iamge on prosprective student’s brand preference. The findings of this result show that Parahyangan Catholic University Master of Management is recommended to enhance their marketing program and promotion. Marketing program and promotion need to be increase in order to enhance prospective student’s brand awareness and brand image, which leads to increase number of student that sign up for Master Managemen itself. Service rules make it easier for an institution to pursue higher education. In order to ensure quality education, it is essential that educational institutions have service rules. The service rules of university employment are considered to be conducive to the higher education system. On this article discusses the importance of service rules. Each step of the service rules is shown with the help of diagrams and each of the steps is discussed separately. To certify higher education has played a noteworthy part in Bangladesh. The rules clearly specify the rights and duties of workers and employers where every institution must have its own service rules regulating any employment but cannot be contradictory to any establishment of the labor laws. Job satisfaction is considered as a vital determinant of job activities. Some of the universities are providing quality education but rests of them are not quality concerned, most of them are depending on Daily basis teachers, poor infrastructures, without service rules etc. The trial was taken on a random basis from four private universities in Bangladesh. The sample size is forty-five. The result of this study shows that about job satisfaction level of employees in the selected universities. In the end, based on results, researchers have offered some suggestions that can be taken into thought in strategy level.

The development of higher education in Indonesia is increasingly evident. It is characterized by many private colleges are spread all over Indonesia. But in recent years the government did not give permission to those who want to establish a college. One reason is the government not only menginginkankan development in terms of quantity alone, but must be accompanied by good quality of any existing college.The number of colleges that exist today is already growing its own competition. The high level of competition among private universities is happening now requires every college has the right strategy to attract the interest of new students. Each college offers the advantages of each. However, not all universities have a particular brand image compared with other universities.One of the determining factors of brand image is the satisfaction of its customers. While satisfaction itself arises as a result of service perceived by the customer.College is not only required to provide a good quality education, but they also must be able to provide good service to students as well. Good service is expected to provide satisfaction for students. Of course in the long term, the impact of satisfaction that will form a good image for the college concerned anyway.STIE IBBI Medan is one of the private high school that has a good image in the city of Medan. However, STIE IBBI still have to further improve the quality of services provided to students. It is necessary to maintain the good image that has been owned STIE IBBI today.The plan of the research will be conducted in STIE IBBI Medan. The population is all students STIE IBBI. The long term goal of this research is to STIE IBBI to increase public confidence in higher education that will take in high school applying good quality excellent service. Expected from the results of this study, STIE IBBI can also implement appropriate marketing strategies to improve the quality of service to students. In addition, the results of this research can be a good reference for prospective new students who will pursue higher education in the STIE IBBI Medan.
