The research aim to analysis the affects of: (1) the leadership style; (2) the organization culture; (3) the carrier development toward organization commitment and (4) the leadership style; (5) the organization culture; (6) the carrier development; (7) the organization commitment toward performance. This research applied on Regional Government Makassar City. Population all of medic employees as amount 590 persons. Sample as amount 382 respondents  with analysis used Structural Equation Model with aim AMOS 18 program.The result of research found that the leadership style have positive affect and insignificant toward commitment. This mean that the application of leadership style such as forced, autocracy, affiliation, quickly, democracy and trainer cannot do implementation of work totality by employee in commitment to progress the organization. The leadership style have ngative and significant affect toward performance through commitment. This show the application of leadership style not yetable to increase the performance, because the employee have low commitment. The carrier development give dominant, positive and significant affected toward organization commitment, which mean that the employee very desire, opportunity to increase the job carrier, so get affected of work commitment.

<p>This research refers to the previous research which has done by Chiang and Wang (2012)<br />and also completed by Kalber and Cenker (2007). This research is about “the impact of leadership<br />style on organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust on employed at bank<br />sectors”. The background of this research is to know the impact of leadership style on organization<br />commitment. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of leadership style on<br />organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust. The research is using primary<br />data by spreading questionnaires to 250 employes of banking sectors in DKI Jakarta, such as:<br />Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Jabar, Bank Bukopin and Bank Central Asia during<br />2015, however there are 201 questionnaires were returned. The method of data analysis used is<br />Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research concludes that there are positive<br />impacts of leadership style on organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust.<br />Keywords: Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Trust, Organization Commitment, Banking Sectors.</p>

We examined the impacts of emotional intelligence and self-leadership on coping with stress, and assessing the mediating roles that positive affect and self-efficacy play in this process. Participants were 575 students at 2 Chinese universities, who completed measures of coping with stress, self-leadership, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and positive affect. The structural equation model analysis results indicated that self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between emotional intelligence and active coping, as we had predicted. Further, self-leadership had a direct effect on active coping. However, positive affect and self-efficacy did not mediate the relationship between self-leadership and coping with stress. Implications are discussed in terms of theoretical contributions and interventions for coping with stress.

The purpose  of this study is to determine. Structural Equation Model to Measure the Leveraging Factors of Research Productivity in Private Universities: Lecturers' Perceptions  This study was conducted to test the proposed hypothesis using quantitative research methods and was designed according to the variables to be studied. as well as data analysis techniques using SEM with IBM AMOS 2 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that a new model was found on the positive direct effect of the reward system, transformational leadership style, communication, and motivation on productivity.

Objective - This paper analyses the sustainability of cooperatives in the West-Bandung Regency from the perspective of entrepreneurial personality and intention. The aim of this paper is to see whether the viability of cooperative can still be maintained and whether it can still be taken as the foundation of the people's economy, seen from the perspective of the aspect of its members' entrepreneurship. Methodology/Technique - The method used is quantitative in nature using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) as the tool of analysis. Findings – The results show that the variable with the highest influence is entrepreneurial personality on intention, and the variable with the lowest influence is entrepreneurial intention on value creation. Novelty - This paper holds strong implications with one indicating that the regional government is strongly advised to facilitate and guide cooperative sustainability through formal programs such as through guided consultations on cooperative management or through seminars, workshops and trainings to develop qualified cooperative members. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dasar teori model konseptual resolusi kepemimpinan dan konflik, mengamati pengaruhnya untuk kepuasan kerja, komitmen dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini melakukan tes empiris mengenai hubungan antara variabel-variabel, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan adaptif, resolusi konflik, kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model teoritis empiris sebagai dasar untuk menguji dan menganalisis konflik substantif dan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif integratif dan juga implikasinya terhadap otonomi tugas, kerja sama tim, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan efektivitas program studi di universitas. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah program studi utama dan atau departemen dari PTS di Kota Semarang. Path Analysis dengan Structural Equation Model digunakan untuk menganalisa dan menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini telah mengungkapkan temuan baru, yaitu kemampuan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif integratif menjadi mediasi antara hubungan kepuasan kerja dan efektifitas organisasi.</p><p><br />The objective of the research is to develop a conceptual model of the basic theory of resolution leadership and conflict, to observe the influence of job satisfaction, commitment and organizational effectiveness. It is an empirical study to test the relationship of the variables such as adaptive leadership style, conflict resolution, job satisfaction, affective commitment and organizational effectiveness. The study develops an empirical theoretical model as a basis to test and analyze the substantive conflict and integrative adaptive leadership style and also the implications for task autonomy, teamwork, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and study programs effectiveness at the university. The samples of the<br />study are the main study programs or departments at private universities in Semarang. The data were analyzed by Path Analysis with Structural Equation Model to analyze and test the hypothesis. The result of the study shows the new finding; it is the ability of integrative adaptive leadership style becomes the mediation between job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.</p>

This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of leadership and spirituality styles on organizational commitment and performance of Balai Yasa Surabaya. The population were all staff in the production unit that were determined using non-random sampling. The technique sampling was saturated sampling; and the samples were 155 respondents. While the analysis technique applied SEM (Structural Equation Model). As the results, this study indicated that the leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, that the spirituality had a sigificant effect on organizational commitment, that the organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, that the leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, and that the spirituality had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the organizational commitment mediated the effect of  leadership style on employee performance; and the organizational commitment mediated the effect of spirituality on employee performance.              Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan spiritualitas terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh, semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak 155 responden. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan penentuan non random sampling dimana respondennya merupakan karyawan bagian unit produksi dan unit penunjangnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, spriritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan spiritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh spiritualitas terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the existence of fiscal illusions in the form of flypaper effects and debt illusions in regional government spending and examine its effect on regional economic growth in Sulawesi. The number of samples is 78 based on the completeness criteria of data and information covered in the consolidated balance sheet of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The utilized analytical tool is partial least square analysis assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software based on the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study show that there is a fiscal illusion in the form of flypaper effects and the illusion of debt in regional government expenditure. Furthermore, the results of the study show that the existence of fiscal illusions in regional government expenditure has a positive and significant effect on regional economic growth. Keywords: Fiscal illusion detection and economic growth.Keberadaan Ilusi Fiskal dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Sulawesi Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keberadaan ilusi fiskal dalam bentuk flypaper effect dan ilusi hutang dalam belanja pemerintah daerah dan menguji pengaruh ilusi fiskal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah di Sulawesi. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 78 berdasarkan kriteria kelengkapan data dan informasi yang terdapat dalam neraca gabungan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis parsial kuadrat terkecil dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0 berdasarkan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada ilusi fiskal dalam bentuk flypaper effect dan ilusi hutang pada belanja pemerintah daerah. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan ilusi fiskal pada belanja pemerintah daerah berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah.  Kata kunci: Deteksi ilusi fiskal dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Training, and Physical Work Environment on Motivation and its impact on The Performance of Employees of National Cyber and Crypto Agency. The analysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of this study showed that Leadership Style, Training, and Physical Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Motivation. In addition, Leadership Style, Training, and Physical Work Environment through Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Keterikatan kerja merupakan isu yang penting dalam suatu organisasi karena hal tersebut berdampak pada produktivitas individu maupun organisasi saat ini. Keterikatan kerja (work engagement) merupakan hubungan relasi individu ataupun kelompok terhadap suatu pekerjaan. Fenomena dalam dunia kerja saat ini masuknya generasi kerja milenial yang cenderung memiliki keterikatan kerja rendah yakni mudah merasakan adanya tekanan dalam pekerjaan hal tersebut berdampak pada penyelesaian tugas. Dalam penelitian ini, keterikatan kerja ditinjau dari segi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (transformational leadership) dengan komunikasi sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 371 partisipan karyawan milenial telah mengikuti survey yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja dan komunikasi terbukti berperan sebagai mediator.  Work engagement is important issue in organization due to it has an impact on the productivity of individuals or organization performance. Work engagement is relationship of individuals or groups to a job. The phenomenon right now is entry of millennial work generation which tends to have a low work engagement, and easy to feel the pressure in the work and it has an impact on task completion. In this study, work engagement is viewed in terms of transformational leadership style with communication as a mediator. This study used a purposive sampling method with 371 millennial employees who already participated. Based on the analysis of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) found that transformational leadership has a significant role in work engagement and communication is proven to act as a mediator.
