Lecturers play an important role in carrying out tasks that are neatly packaged in the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi which consists of conducting research, writing, and publishing the results of their research in reputable journals and providing service to the surrounding community according to the subject specialization of individuals. The purpose  of this study is to determine. Structural Equation Model to Measure the Leveraging Factors of Research Productivity in Private Universities: Lecturers' Perceptions  This study was conducted to test the proposed hypothesis using quantitative research methods and was designed according to the variables to be studied. as well as data analysis techniques using SEM with IBM AMOS 2 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that a new model was found on the positive direct effect of the reward system, transformational leadership style, communication, and motivation on productivity.

<p>This research refers to the previous research which has done by Chiang and Wang (2012)<br />and also completed by Kalber and Cenker (2007). This research is about “the impact of leadership<br />style on organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust on employed at bank<br />sectors”. The background of this research is to know the impact of leadership style on organization<br />commitment. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of leadership style on<br />organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust. The research is using primary<br />data by spreading questionnaires to 250 employes of banking sectors in DKI Jakarta, such as:<br />Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Jabar, Bank Bukopin and Bank Central Asia during<br />2015, however there are 201 questionnaires were returned. The method of data analysis used is<br />Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research concludes that there are positive<br />impacts of leadership style on organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust.<br />Keywords: Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Trust, Organization Commitment, Banking Sectors.</p>

This study intends to provide an overview of the consistency of research results with theoretical and empirical points of view, it is done because many research results are inconsistent with the theory. Quantitative research methods are used to make generalizations using a sample of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia with time series data collection techniques for 5 years. The data analysis technique used is multivariate analysis using the Warp PLS structural equation model. The results showed that the level of profitability of Islamic banks is always overshadowed by the occurrence of credit risk that causes non-performing financing from financing of the type of natural uncertainty contracts because it is type of financing is a financing that does not provide certainty of results. The results of this study are consistent with agency theory that explains the existence of information asymmetry, and consistent with the theory of mixing that by providing opportunities to manage business to business managers (mudharib/mustyarik) without interference from the owner of the fund (shaibul maal) can lead to the risk of default and thus affect the ability of Islamic banks to obtain profitability.

This study aimed to construct structural equation model of students’ competence in mathematics through selected students profile variables.  This study employed quantitative research design. The publicized PISA Mathematics Test was used to determine the competency of students in mathematics. The data was analyzed using Analysis of MOment Structures (AMOS). Findings revealed that structural model of students’ competence in applying mathematics in real world problems revealed interesting influence of the profile variables to the competency in mathematics.   It can be conveyed that better mother’s work status, higher educational level expected to complete, more confident and did not repeat kinder, have better competency in mathematics. The four variables that directly influenced the competence variables were also influenced with other profile variables such as family background. The family background and confidence level consistently had the highest total effect and indirect effect to the competence in mathematics.  Hence, this model can be used as guide in making programs in the classroom or curriculum in mathematics to develop students’ competency in mathematics.

This research examines the influence of price fairness and product quality on satisfaction and repurchase on Tokopedia. This is a quantitative research that used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS and Lisrel software for data analysis. Purposive sampling is used to select samples, though it is limited to certain respondents. The minimum sampling size is 10 times the number of research indicators, with a total 149 respondents analyzed. Findings. The results showed that Price Fairness and Product Quality had significant and positive impacts on satisfaction. Furthermore, Product Quality and Satisfaction have significant and positive effect on repurchase, while Satisfaction mediates price fairness to Repurchase and Product Quality.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dasar teori model konseptual resolusi kepemimpinan dan konflik, mengamati pengaruhnya untuk kepuasan kerja, komitmen dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini melakukan tes empiris mengenai hubungan antara variabel-variabel, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan adaptif, resolusi konflik, kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model teoritis empiris sebagai dasar untuk menguji dan menganalisis konflik substantif dan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif integratif dan juga implikasinya terhadap otonomi tugas, kerja sama tim, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan efektivitas program studi di universitas. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah program studi utama dan atau departemen dari PTS di Kota Semarang. Path Analysis dengan Structural Equation Model digunakan untuk menganalisa dan menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini telah mengungkapkan temuan baru, yaitu kemampuan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif integratif menjadi mediasi antara hubungan kepuasan kerja dan efektifitas organisasi.</p><p><br />The objective of the research is to develop a conceptual model of the basic theory of resolution leadership and conflict, to observe the influence of job satisfaction, commitment and organizational effectiveness. It is an empirical study to test the relationship of the variables such as adaptive leadership style, conflict resolution, job satisfaction, affective commitment and organizational effectiveness. The study develops an empirical theoretical model as a basis to test and analyze the substantive conflict and integrative adaptive leadership style and also the implications for task autonomy, teamwork, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and study programs effectiveness at the university. The samples of the<br />study are the main study programs or departments at private universities in Semarang. The data were analyzed by Path Analysis with Structural Equation Model to analyze and test the hypothesis. The result of the study shows the new finding; it is the ability of integrative adaptive leadership style becomes the mediation between job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.</p>

This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of leadership and spirituality styles on organizational commitment and performance of Balai Yasa Surabaya. The population were all staff in the production unit that were determined using non-random sampling. The technique sampling was saturated sampling; and the samples were 155 respondents. While the analysis technique applied SEM (Structural Equation Model). As the results, this study indicated that the leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, that the spirituality had a sigificant effect on organizational commitment, that the organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, that the leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, and that the spirituality had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the organizational commitment mediated the effect of  leadership style on employee performance; and the organizational commitment mediated the effect of spirituality on employee performance.              Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan spiritualitas terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh, semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak 155 responden. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan penentuan non random sampling dimana respondennya merupakan karyawan bagian unit produksi dan unit penunjangnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, spriritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan spiritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh spiritualitas terhadap kinerja karyawan

Investasi adalah kegiatan investasi aset untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 230 responden dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi di Surabaya yang memiliki galeri investasi di kampusnya. Studi ini berfokus pada jenis kelamin perempuan karena dalam empat tahun terakhir investor perempuan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan investor laki-laki, padahal tingkat pengetahuan keuangan perempuan lebih rendah dibandingkan laki-laki. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, overconfidence, herding, toleransi risiko dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan investasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu Galeri Investasi sebagai lembaga untuk sering melakukan sosialisasi seperti pemahaman finansial, manfaat berinvestasi, cara mengantisipasi risiko untuk berinvestasi sehingga pemahaman tentang investasi dapat menyeluruh dan dapat menarik calon investor baru nantinya.  Investment is an asset investment activity to get a profit within a certain period. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence investment decisions. This study uses quantitative research with a sample of 230 respondents using the analysis method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The object of this research is female students in Surabaya who have an investment gallery on their campus. This study focuses on the female gender because in the last four years female investors have experienced a significant increase compared to male investors, even though the level of financial knowledge of women is lower than that of men. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, overconfidence, herding, risk tolerance and risk perception have a positive effect on investment decisions. The results of this research can help the Investment Gallery as an institution to conduct socialization frequently such as financial understanding, the benefits of investing, how to anticipate risks for investment so that an understanding of investment can be comprehensive and can attract new potential investors later.

Recent literature discusses two aspects that improve HR performance, namely organizational justice and organizational pride. Employees who are treated fairly and have pride in the company will exhibit increased job satisfaction and job performance in private universities in the Kalimantan and West Java Region, Indonesia. This study analyzes the relationship between organizational justice and organizational pride on job satisfaction and job performance among employees of private universities in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach through administering a questionnaire to 200 respondents. The replies are then analyzed by Structural Equation Model method. The results show that organizational justice and organizational pride can positively and significantly influence job satisfaction and job performance.

Abstract The purpose of this research was to study the leaders’ characteristics, situation management, behaviors and roles affecting sustainable leadership development and examine the compatibility of the structural equation model regarding sustainable leadership for vocational education administrators, as developed from the empirical evidence and determined influence of each factor. The quantitative research utilized questionnaires, given to a sample of 404 vocational education principals and vice-principals, derived using a multistage sampling method from 413 vocational public schools in Thailand. To test the confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model were conducted. This research findings suggest that the structural equation models for sustainable leadership development of vocational education administrators were in accordance with the empirical data. The leaders' characteristics factors had the weight of the maximum gross effects towards the sustainable leadership development. This study suggest that the sustainable leadership development for vocational education administrators can be carried out by developing leaders’ characteristics.
