Keterikatan kerja merupakan isu yang penting dalam suatu organisasi karena hal tersebut berdampak pada produktivitas individu maupun organisasi saat ini. Keterikatan kerja (work engagement) merupakan hubungan relasi individu ataupun kelompok terhadap suatu pekerjaan. Fenomena dalam dunia kerja saat ini masuknya generasi kerja milenial yang cenderung memiliki keterikatan kerja rendah yakni mudah merasakan adanya tekanan dalam pekerjaan hal tersebut berdampak pada penyelesaian tugas. Dalam penelitian ini, keterikatan kerja ditinjau dari segi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (transformational leadership) dengan komunikasi sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 371 partisipan karyawan milenial telah mengikuti survey yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja dan komunikasi terbukti berperan sebagai mediator.  Work engagement is important issue in organization due to it has an impact on the productivity of individuals or organization performance. Work engagement is relationship of individuals or groups to a job. The phenomenon right now is entry of millennial work generation which tends to have a low work engagement, and easy to feel the pressure in the work and it has an impact on task completion. In this study, work engagement is viewed in terms of transformational leadership style with communication as a mediator. This study used a purposive sampling method with 371 millennial employees who already participated. Based on the analysis of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) found that transformational leadership has a significant role in work engagement and communication is proven to act as a mediator.

<p>This study aims to analyze if transformational leadership and work motivation affect work engagement which in turn affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). We also analyze whether work engagement mediates the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on OCB. Using census method, our sample in this study is 73 civil servants in the Education Office in Surakarta Municipality. The sample taken for this study is all employees with census method, thus, resulting in 73 people as samples. From the analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), we find that transformational leadership positively and significantly affect OCB, this implies that leader’s attitude that inspires and motivates subordinate, stimulates creativity and innovation of subordinate, train and provide direction for subordinate, will improve subordinate OCB. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Employee’s work motivation affects the development of employee’s job attachment to their organization. If the work motivation is higher, the OCB behavior will be stronger. Thus extra role behavior will increase. Also, we also find that transformational leadership and work motivation indirectly affect OCB through employee work engagement. The implication this study brings to Surakarta Municipality Education Office is to improve transformational leadership style because the style has been proven to be able to improve work engagement and OCB. Thus, it is necessary for the leaders in the office to be open-minded or open to changes that will benefit the organization either in system or technology. Besides that, the result also brings implication to Surakarta Municipality Education Office to consider subordinate’s work motivation</p>

The shortage and aging of drivers are not problems limited to the truck industry, but are common in the broader commercial motor vehicle (CMV) industry of Korea. This study investigates the relationships between work situation, work–family conflict, depression, and work engagement of taxi, bus, and truck drivers. We extracted 512 CMV drivers from the 5th Korea Working Conditions Survey. A structural equation model (SEM) was used to investigate the impact of a work situation or work–family conflict on depression and work engagement. Results showed that 38.9% of all respondents had symptoms of depression. In the SEM, a poor work situation (standardized path coefficient = 0.250) and work–family conflict (0.117) significantly affected depression. ‘Enough time’ and ‘feeling well’ were influential variables of work situation. ‘Responsibility’ and ‘concentration’ were influential variables of work–family conflict. Additionally, depression affected work engagement (0.524). ‘Vigor’ and ‘dedication’ were influential variables of work engagement. These results show that the relationships between work situation, work–family conflict, depression, and work engagement of CMV drivers are intricately linked.

The purpose of this study acclaims the important of Auditory, Visual and Tactile in affecting consumer’s decision makingbehavior of buying, it is also to figure out it’s impact in Aqua. Thus, it is important to study “The Impact Of SensoryBranding’s Elements On Consumer’s Decision Making Behavior Of Buying Aqua With Neuromarketing Approach InJember”. The population in this study are Aqua’s consumers in Jember. Sampling is taken using purposive sampling methodfrom 100 respondents. Instrument analysis in this study is performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) withconfirmatory approach. The result shows that: 1) auditory significantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buyingAqua in Jember, 2) visual significantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buying Aqua in Jember, and 3) tactilesignificantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buying Aqua in Jember.

Service quality is one of the biggest factors in determining consumer loyalty. The aim of this study is to analyze how the Go-Jek service quality an influence customer satisfaction in shaping customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company. This research is quantitative and the variables examined in this study are website design, reliability, trust, customer satisfaction, to support consumer loyalty. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta and the data was collected using a questionnaire based on a Likert-scale, and the taking method uses purposive sampling with 300 respondents. Data were then analyzed using structural equation model (SEM) analysis with the help of WarpPLS software. The results of the study show that the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company were positive and significant.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh service encounter terhadap experiental value, serta pengaruh experiental value terhadap customer satisfaction. Responden adalah 115 orang yang pernah melakukan transaksi pembelian di Matahari Department store MATOS Malang minimal 1 kali dalam 1 bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan purposive sampling dan metode analisia data menggunakan Teknik Structural Equation Model. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan: Dari hasil pembahasan yang tertulis di atas, dapat ditarik beberapa kesimpulan yaitu : Personal Interaction Encounters berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efficiency, Personal Interaction Encounters berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Service Excellence, Physical Environment Encounters berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Aesthetic, Physical Environment Encounters berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap Playfulnes, Efficiency berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Service Excellence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Aesthetic berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan yang terakhir Playfulnes berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction.

The purpose  of this study is to determine. Structural Equation Model to Measure the Leveraging Factors of Research Productivity in Private Universities: Lecturers' Perceptions  This study was conducted to test the proposed hypothesis using quantitative research methods and was designed according to the variables to be studied. as well as data analysis techniques using SEM with IBM AMOS 2 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that a new model was found on the positive direct effect of the reward system, transformational leadership style, communication, and motivation on productivity.

This research is about “the impact of leadership<br />style on organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust on employed at bank<br />sectors”. The background of this research is to know the impact of leadership style on organization<br />commitment. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of leadership style on<br />organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust. The research is using primary<br />data by spreading questionnaires to 250 employes of banking sectors in DKI Jakarta, such as:<br />Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Jabar, Bank Bukopin and Bank Central Asia during<br />2015, however there are 201 questionnaires were returned. The method of data analysis used is<br />Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research concludes that there are positive<br />impacts of leadership style on organization commitment mediating by job satisfaction and trust.<br />Keywords: Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Trust, Organization Commitment, Banking Sectors.</p>

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji peranan perilaku inovatif dan motivasi berbagi pengetahuan dalam memediasi hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja wirausaha. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 156 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Inovasi merupakan kemampuan wirausaha dalam menerapkan kreativitas untuk memecahkan persoalan dan menangkap peluang, dan berbagi pengetahuan dinyatakan sebagai kunci untuk meningkatkan inovasi, dan inovasi juga sebagai senjata penting dalam menciptakan  keunggulan bersaing. Dengan demikian memberdayakan aset internal yang berupa motivasi berbagi pengetahuan dalam organisasi diperlukan, dan perlu pula dukungan dari top pimpinan dimana saling memberi dan menerima dapat meningkatkan inovasi sehingga berdampak kinerja perusahaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran literasi keuangan sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa yang menggunakan e-commerce. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang berjumlah 220 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 109 mahasiswa. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk kuisioner. Permodelan SEM atau Structural Equation Model digunakan sebagai teknik pengolahan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung kontrol diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif, (2)terdapat pengaruh langsung positif signifikan kontrol diri terhadap literasi keuangan, (3)terdapat pengaruh langsung positif signifikan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif serta (4)literasi keuangan mampu memediasi secara penuh pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa pengguna e-commerce di Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine affective events theory (AET) by testing the mediating effect of employees’ positive affect at work in the relationships of leaders’ use of positive humor with employees’ work engagement, job performance, and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs); and the moderating effect of transformational leadership style on the relationship between leaders’ use of positive humor and subordinate’s positive affect at work. Design/methodology/approach Data were obtained from 235 full-time employees working for a large information technology and business consulting corporation. Moderated mediation (Hayes, 2013) was performed to test the proposed model. Findings Leaders’ positive humor was related to creation of subordinates’ positive emotions at work and work engagement. Positive emotions at work did not mediate between leaders’ humor and performance or OCBs. In addition, leaders’ use of transformational leadership style made the relationship between leaders’ positive humor and employees’ positive emotions at work stronger. Research limitations/implications This study provides evidence of the positive relationship of leaders’ positive humor with employees’ positive emotions at work and work engagement. Such knowledge may help to inform the training workshops in humor employed by practitioners and potentially create a more enjoyable and fun workplace, which can lead to greater employee engagement. Originality/value AET helps explain effects of leader humor, but the effects of are complex. Leader’s use of even positive humor is most likely to have favorable effects mainly depending on their leadership style (transformational) and if their humor successfully leads to positive emotions among employees.
