This study was motivated by various problems of dissatisfaction felt by the society to the less qualified service from employees in the public sector. This study aims to determine whether the competence of employees influence the quality of services in the District Integrated Administration Services (PATEN) in Kuranji Subdistrict, Padang City. This is a quantitative study. The population in this study consisted of 96,098 people with the sample of 398 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional sampling technique. The data of this study were analyzed with simple linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis showed that the competence of employees had a positive and significant influence on the quality of PATENT service in Kuranji Subdistrict, Padang City with total influence of 53.7%. This showed that the higher the competence of the employees would be the higher the quality of service PATENT in the Kuranji Subdistrict.

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of Quality of Service Against Consumer Loyalty on Shine Holiday. The sample of this study is the consumer who purchases each item on Shine Holiday, PT. Sinar Duta Wisata Medan. Sampling using probability random sampling technique. Probability sampling is a sampling technique that provides the same opportunities. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test using determination test (R2) and partial test (t test), while data processing using SPSS program. The results showed from the results. (R2) variable The quality of service is able to explain the variations that occur in consumer loyalty variables, in addition partially.

This research was conducted to determine that the decision to save in Islamic cooperatives is influenced by several factors such as promotion, service quality and products. Variables used in this study are as follows promotion (X1), service quality (X2), product (X3) and decision to save (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach which is one of the methods used to assess a particular population or sample by using a purposive sampling technique using a solvin count so that 88 respondents who are already members of BMT Surya Dana Makmur can be taken. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires online to members using a Likert scale to make it easier for respondents to fill out. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Researchers used a tool called SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) to see the results of the data obtained. The results of this study promotion have a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to save in Islamic cooperatives. Then the quality of service and products has a positive and significant effect on the decision to save in Islamic cooperatives.

Bamboo Coffee and Resto become a restaurant that is great demand because it serves a variety of menu choices that continue to improve the quality of service to stay afloat and compete. This study discusses analyzing how to affect service quality on customer loyalty in Bamboo Coffee and Resto in Lhokseumawe. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 94 consumers and multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique. SERVQUAL Theory is a theory used to measure the quality of services, namely the dimensions of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), guarantee (X3), empathy (X4) and tangible (X5). The results of this study indicate the facts both simultaneously and simultaneously, this dimension has a very significant influence on customer loyalty.

The puskesmas must still be able to maintain the quality of services supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure and be supported by the creation of a clean, beautiful, neat and pleasant environment so as to meet the expectations or needs of patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the quality of services, facilities and the environment for patient satisfaction at Pujon Health Center Malang Regency.The type of research used is explanatory reset. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were patients who came to treatment (at least 2 times treatment) or patients who had used services to the Health Center as many as 150 respondents. Collecting data uses observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study prove the existence of a significant influence between the quality of service, infrastructure and environment on patient satisfaction in Health Center (p-value 0.034

This study aims to find out how much influence the Physical Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfacion (Study of the Bima City Library Departement employees). While the formulation of the problem of this research is whether the Work Environment affects the Employee Job Satisfacion (Study of the Bima City library staff). The research instrument used a questionnaire. The type of research  used Associative, this study was conducted at the Bima City Library Office, the population in this study was a total of 43 employees and the sample used in this study amounted to 30 employees using purposive sampling technique (sampling based on criteria). Data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis using the equation, namely: Y = a + bx. The results of the initial analysis show that the indicators used are valid for measuring existing variables. The result of subsequent analyzes show that the Physical Work Environment variable influences the regression coefficient of 0.752Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Employee Job Satisfacion

This study aims to determine whether Product Quality has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest. Speaking with quality and buying interest is certainly very tied to marketing. The essence of marketing according to Daryanto (2011) "marketing is a social and managerial process where individuals and groups get their needs and desires by creating, offering, and exchanging something of value with each other". This type of research is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using a skla likert research instrument, test validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study the influence of product quality is a variable that does not affect consumer buying interest. Then it can be concluded that product quality does not significantly influence consumer buying interest. If the quality of the product is good, there will be buying interest and consumers will feel satisfied. In this case, Pia Deisy's business must further improve product quality so that it will be more attractive and will have a good impact on Pia Deisy's home business.

Citilink Indonesia is a low-cost carrier that has a large number of enthusiasts. An increase in public purchasing interest for low-cost airlines, especially for Citilink, is certainly due to Citilink has different characteristics with other low-cost airlines, namely satisfying services. The purpose of this study is to determine whether quality of service affects consumers’ purchasing interest on Citilink Airlines at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, Jakarta. This study used data taken from a questionnaire distributed to Citilink customers, in this case passengers who have an official boarding pass from Citilink Airlines in the waiting area of the International Airport. Respondents in this study were service users consisting of 100 respondents. This data is then processed using the SPSS 15.0 program using Simple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which is indicated by F = 399,790 with a 0,000 <0.05, which means there is a significant effect of the quality of service on consumers’ purchasing interest at Citilink Airlines at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, Jakarta. The results of simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program showed an effect of 80.3% which was shown by the Model Summary table and 19.7% was influenced by other factors

The study describes the quality of service, namely Tangible Responsiveness, Reliability (Reliability) and Assurance (Assurance) against Customer Satisfaction CV. AHASS Kabul Lembeyan Magetan Subdistrict motors. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative method while sampling technique in this research is quota sampling technique that customer in Kabul AHASS Lembeyan Magetan Subdistrict motorcycle that comes to CV. AHASS when distributing questionnaires were 30 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires, documentation. Analysis of data using linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service on the CV. AHASS Kabul Motor Magetan Subdistrict Lembeyan well. It can be seen from the results of the analysis with the amount of data as much as 30 customers results above the average value (62) as many as 17 customers or 57% below average, while as many as 13 or 43%. Customers CV. AHASS Kabul Motor Lembeyan Magetan satisfied with the services that have been received. It can be seen from the results of the analysis with the amount of data as much as 30 customers angketnya value customers results above average above average (42.90) as many as 18 or 60% of customers while below average as many as 12 customers or 40%.

This study aims to describe and determine the effect on employee performance behavior of leaders in Kendari city GAPENSI Office. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique, namely by taking all of the total population to be sampled totaling 38 people . Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the behavior of the leader of a significant effect on the performance of employees in the office GAPENSI Kendari city. That is the behavior change towards a better leader by providing support and encouragement, response to complaints subordinate leader, the leadership of the response on the advice of subordinat , facility leadership to the creation of a cooperative relationship between subordinate , the response of the leadership over the work of subordinates and fault -led response to the success of the work of subordinates can improve employee performance when observed from the indicators work, the development of competenc, commitmen , additional tasks and critical events.

This study aims to determine the effect of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and  sharia compliance on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. This study used quantitative method and sample used is some community members who reside around BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that variable of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and sharia compliance both simultaneously and partially has significant effect on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Percentage of contributions of the three variables on the intention of filing of mudharabah financing amounted to 62% and the balance of 38% influenced by other factors which is not included in this study.
