His study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of placement and job training on employee performance, (2) the effect of placement on employee performance, (3) the effect of job training on employee performance. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The validity test instrument uses Collected Item-Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. Prerequisite tests were carried out by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) Job Placement and Training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) Placement had a positive influence and significantly affected the performance of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) Job Training had a positive effect and significant to the performance of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Keyword: placement, job training, employee performance

This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of physical work environment and internal communication on employee morale, (2) the effect of physical work environment on employee morale, (3) the effect of internal comunication on employee morale. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) physical work environment and internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) physical work environment had a positive influence and significantly affected the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) internal communication had a positive effect and significant to the morale of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Keyword: physical work environment, internal communication, employee work spirit

This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) for the length of the plant. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique. The research subjects used were PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with a total sample of 67 employees as respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is t test. To get the test results in this study, a classic assumption test is done, namely the normality test. Then hypothesis testing is performed. Based on the results of T-Test the results of the study concluded that discipline has a positive influence and relationship on employee performance. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation, Competence, Work performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Semen Baturaja (persero) tbk panjang plant. Teknik pengambilan  sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik nonprobability sampling. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah PT. Semen Baturaja (persero) Tbk dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 karyawan sebagai responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t. Untuk mendapatkan hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini maka dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan uji t hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin memiliki pengaruh dan hubungan yang positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. This study aimed to determine the effect of job training, career development and work environment on the performance of employees in Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in the sampling is purposive sampling, the sampling was based on the consideration to fit the study criteria in order to increase the accuracy of the sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the significant level (α) 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the positive effect of job training on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.031 is less than 0.05. Career development positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The work environment positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Job training, career development and work environment simultaneously affects the performance of employees in the Department of Human Settlements Banyumas regency, with a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Advice for leaders should work to improve the training of civil servants stationed appropriate initial education field and conducted the training as well as suggestions for training held in accordance with the needs of employees so that employees fully understand their duties and functions. To enhance the career development of employees should know the position / employee positions will get next. To improve the work environment should provide a place of their own to save the document to make it look more presentable. To improve the performance of the three points above should be met then the performance of employees will increase. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of managerial effectiveness to employee performance, task commitment to employee performance, work ethic on the performance of employees, managerial effectiveness to task commitment, managerial effectiveness to the work ethic and the work ethic of the commitment of the employee's duties Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. This research was conducted using the method suryey with path analysis in hypothesis testing. In this study, employees were selected as sample there are 96 employees who selected a random sample by strata or stratified random sampling from a total population of 127 respondents. Took this instrument before being used for the data to test the validity and reliability. The results of this study are as follows: There is a direct positive influence on employee performance managerial effectiveness. There is a direct positive influence on employee performance task commitment. There is a direct positive influence on employee performance work ethic. There is a direct positive influence on the effectiveness of managerial task commitment. There is a direct positive effect managerial effectiveness to the work ethic. There is a direct positive effect on the work ethic of commitment to the task.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

Work discipline can improve company progress. This study aims to determine the influence of employee work discipline on employee performance at PT Bridgestone Pondok Bandar Jambu, Simalungun Regency.This research is a quantitativestudy using all employees as the sample. Data collection techniques is done by distributing questionnaires, observation,and documentation.The results of the data were obtained by using SPSS, the data were tested by validity test, reliability test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, normality test, and simple linear analysis. From the research results, there is a significant positive effect of work discipline on employee performance where the magnitude of the influence of the discipline variable is 51.6% while the remaining 48.4 % is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study such as work environment variables, leadership style,and others.Keywords: Disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan

The purpose of this study is to test and find out and determine the effect of perceived security and information quality on online purchase intention through trust in a reliable online store. The effect of perceived security on trust in Sorabel, the effect of information quality on trust in sorabel, the effect of perceived security on online purchase intention, the effect of information quality on online purchase intention and the influence of trust on online purchase intention. This research is quantitative. The population is Sorabel consumers in Yogyakartas. Samples were taken using a probality sampling technique with a total questionnaire of 100 respondents. Primary data collection techniques using questionnaires. The method of data analysis using multiple linear regression previously conducted a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroxidation test and multicolonierity test. The results showed that there was a positive effect on perceived security, a positive influence on information quality, a positive influence on trust and online purchase intention. Significant positive effect of perceived security on trust; significant positive effect of information quality on trust; significant positive effect of perceived security on online purchase intention; significant positive effect of trust on online purchase intention.

Employee performance is the results achieved and the achievements shown by employees that help the company achieve the goals it sets. One way that can be done to print these professional resources is to conduct or include employees in a training. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training on employee performance at PT. Publisher Erlangga Branch Samarinda. Data processing in this study used SPSS 17 for windows software, while for testing using a questionnaire in the validity test and reliability test before the study.
