This research is based on the high interest and participation of the participants of make up training because the tutor applies the principles of andragogik on Wardah Cosmetic training process in Padang City. So this study aims to illustrate the application of principles andragogik by Tutor seen from the performance, environmental management of learning environment, and implementation of learning evaluation. Type This research is a quantitative descriptive with the population is the trainer participants to be sampled by use cluster random sampling technique. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations. The result of the research shows that in general the Application of Andragogic Principle by tutor in Wardah Cosmetic make up training in Padang City has been running well, viewed from the performance of tutor, the management of learning environment atmosphere, the implementation of learning evaluation.

This research is motivated by the high interest and participation of participants in the Make-up training. It is suspected that participants still need Youtube media to support learning outcomes in terms of performance, management of the learning environment, and implementation of learning evaluation. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of 32 participants and a sample of 32 participants using total random sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire with percentage calculation data analysis. The research results show the following. First, the implementation of YouTube use and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the aspect of preparation, were carried out well. Second, the implementation of the use of YouTube and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the implementation aspect, was well implemented. Third, the implementation of the use of YouTube and make-up training by learning citizens at PKBM Sahabat, seen from the aspect of assessment, was carried out well. Researchers suggest that tutors in make-up training at PKBM Sahabat should give awards or rewards to learning citizens who have succeeded well and satisfactorily after the assessment of the make-up training is carried out.Keyword: youtube, make up, training

This research is motivated by the high participation of participants in participating in BKB activities, as seen from the number of participants who attend each month. This is allegedly due to good cadre service in providing each service to BKB participants. The purpose of this research is first to describe cadre work discipline in BKB program, secondly to describe cadre communication in BKB program, third to describe service facilities in BKB program in Kolok Mudik Village Barangin District, Sawahlunto City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 87 BKB participants. The sample was taken 50% of the population totaling 44 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that cadre service was very good according to BKB participants, this was seen from three aspects, including work discipline, communication, facilities. It is recommended to all those involved in the activities of the BKB Permata Bunda in Kolok Mudik Village, Barangin District, Sawahlunto City, to maintain the quality that has been carried out well. This research is motivated by the high participation of parents in following parenting activity. This is due to the smooth program parenting program by parents. This study aims to illustrate the benefits of parenting programs by mothers who participate in parenting programs that include: childcare, childcare, parenting, and child care. This research includes quantitative descriptive research that describes the data as it is. The population numbered one hundred seventy one people and the sample amounted to fifty two people determined based on sampling technique that is random sampling technique. The data collection tool uses questionnaires and data analysis using the percentage formula. The results found that; 1) a description of the benefits of the parenting program seen from the parenting time of the parent looking good, 2) description of the benefits of the parenting program seen from the parenting material according to the parent looking good, 3) the benefits of the parenting program seen from the parenting parents who look good, 4) a picture of the benefits of parenting programs see from parenting by the parents look good. Suggestions for the motivation of parents to want to enter their children into early childhood and participate in activities held by early childhood.

This research is motivated by the success of institutions in developing the quality of tutoring institutions for early childhood (AUD). This study aims to describe the performance of educators which include (1) planning learning, (2) implementing learning, (3) assessing learning outcomes, (4) guiding and training students, (5) carrying out additional tasks. This study includes quantitative descriptive research, which describes the data as it is. The population consisted of fifty-four people and a sample of thirty-eight people was determined based on the sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling technique. Data collection tools using questionnaires and data analysis using percentage formulas. The results showed that, the performance of Bimba AIUEO educators in Padang was relatively high. This can be seen in the aspects of (1) planning learning, (2) implementing learning, (3) assessing learning outcomes, (4) guiding and training students, (5) carrying out additional tasks. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between promotion and decision making learners in following the tutoring in BBC Limbanang Kecamatan Suliki Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study is the citizens learn BBC learning guidance. Sampling technique in this research is stratified random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool questionnaire. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. From the results of the study showed that: promotion done by the guidance of learning in BBC less good so that decision to follow guidance study in BBC considered less good also by learners.

This study aims to determine the differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comic media. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study is all students of class VII MTs. The State of Selong Model and the sampling was determined by using cluster random sampling technique to select the class and simple random sampling to select the students in that class. The second sampling technique is random sampling by drawing lots, cluster random sampling, namely the class is divided into experimental class I, namely the class that is taught using interactive multimedia drills model (class VII-E) and the experimental class II, namely the class that is taught using comic media. science (class VII-F), each of which consists of 36 students. And simple random sampling, where students are drawn after data collection to reduce the sample to 30 students to facilitate hypothesis testing. The data collection technique used post-test while the data analysis technique to test the hypothesis was the t-test. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that there were differences in student achievement who were taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who were taught using science comic media. This can be seen in the post-test results where t-count > t-table is 2.206 > 2.002. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comics

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri dan SMK swasta di Kabupaten Lamongan sebagai badan pertimbangan, badan pendukung, badan pengontrol, dan badan penghubung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Populasi sebanyak 61 SMK (enam SMK negeri dan 55 SMK swasta). Sampel sebanyak 42 SMK (empat SMK negeri dan 38 SMK swasta) ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pertimbangan, kemudian sebagai badan pendukung, dan sebagai badan penghubung, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. (2) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK swasta secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pendukung, kemudian sebagai badan penghubung, dan sebagai badan pertimbangan, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. THE ROLESOF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN LAMONGAN REGENCY, EAST JAVAAbstractThis study is aimedat investigating the roles of the school committee in the implementation of state vocational high schools (VHS) and private VHSs in Lamongan Regency, as anadvisory agency, supporting agency, controlling agency, and mediator agency.This study isanevaluation. The population was 61 VHSs (six state VHSs and 55 private VHSs). A sample of 42 VHSs (four state VHSs and 48 private VHSs) was established using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive analysis.The results show as follows. (1) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of state VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the advisory agency, then the role as the supporting agency, and the role as the mediator agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency. (2) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of private VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the supporting agency, then the role as the mediator agency, and the role as the advisory agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency.

 This research is motivated by the number of teenagers  in South Bungus Village shows behavior that is less good, which is suspected because of the way early married parents that has not seen the emotional stability in educational communication and behave in front of teenagers. This study aims to reveal the educational communication early married parents with teenagers, well behavior in early married parents, and the relationship between educational communication with teenagers well behavior in early married parents. This study used correlational research with population of all teenagers of early married parents in South Bungus  Padang City by using Area Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, data collection tool questionnaire with percentage data analysis using Product Moment formula to see the relationship of both variables. The results showed that educational communication of early married parents applied to teenagers is categorized low that can be seen from the highest score found in the scores rarely, the behavior of adolescent propriety in early married parents categorized low seen from the highest score is on the score rarely, and there is a significant relationship between educational communication with teenagers well behavior in early married parents in South Bungus Padang City. Suggestions for this research is to parents who marry early to be better communicate at the time of educating children so that they can behave well and politely later.Keywords: Educational Communication, Teenagers well Behavior

This research is motivated by the ability of early child in good toilet training activity. The purpose of this research is to describe about (1) describe the management of the learning environment (2) describe the learning media (3) describe the learning method. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative, population in research amount to 30 people. Samples were taken as much as 65%. The number of samples is 20 people. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. From the research result that (1) management of learning environment (class) on toilet training implementation in good category, (2) instructional media used by teacher in toilet training implementation in good category, (3) learning method used in toilet training implementation in category good. Background: Maternal unpreparedness in facing childbirth is one of the factors causing the high MMR,which is 306 per 100,000 live births in 2019. 90% of maternal mortality occurred around delivery and 95%of the causes of death were obstetric complications that were often not predicted beforehand. At the time ofdelivery, if obstetric complications are found and the mother does not understand the preparations neededfor delivery, the mother does not get appropriate and timely services, resulting in three delays in referrals.This study aims to describe the knowledge of primigravida pregnant women about preparation for childbirthin Wonorejo Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency.Methods: This type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research location is in Wonorejo Village,Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, the total sample is 30 people, with the sampling technique usingsaturated sampling. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariateanalysis.Results: The knowledge of primigravida pregnant women about preparation for delivery was in the moderatecategory as many as 21 respondents (70%).Conclusion: Most of the primigravida pregnant women had sufficient knowledge, namely 21 respondents(70%).
