Thesis is a scientific essay that must be written by students as part of the final requirements of their academic education. Thesis is one of the problems that are usually faced by students. Two supporting factors in completing the thesis are internal and external factors. This study was aimed to determine the influence of internal factors, namely student self-efficacy on the ability to complete their thesis. Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in estimating his ability to carry out a task to achieve certain results (Rustika, 2016). This research is a case study on students of the Islamic Counseling Guidance Study Program - Abdullah Said Institute Batam in the 7th semester of 2021. Using a quantitative approach to Pearson product moment correlation using the topics of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 20. There is a strong correlation between self-efficacy. and the ability to complete the thesis with a correlation coefficient of -0.834. In this study, there is a strong influence between students' self-efficacy on the ability to write a thesis. ABSTRAKSkripsi merupakan karangan ilmiah yang wajib ditulis oleh mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari persyaratan akhir pendidikan akademisnya. Skripsi menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang biasanya dihadapi mahasiswa Dua faktor pendukung dalam penyelesaian skripsi adalah faktor intern dan ekstern. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh faktor intern yaitu efikasi diri mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan skripsinya. Efikasi diri adalah keyakinan individu dalam memperkirakan kemampuannya dalam melaksanakan suatu tugas untuk mencapai hasil tertentu (Rustika, 2016). Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam - Institut Abdullah Said Batam pada semester 7 tahun 2021. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasi Pearson product moment dengan menggunakan topik-topik IBM SPSS Statistics Versi 20. Didapatkan hasil korelasi korelasi yang kuat antara efikasi diri dan kemampuan menyelesaikan skripsi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,834. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara efikasi diri mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan menulis skripsi.

The purpose of this study was to develop knowledge about the influence of Spiritual Guidance activities for Youth in Tanjung Raja District. Islamic religious knowledge is very shallow among adolescents so that it is less prominent in the religious field. With this research, the problem can be resolved.This type of research uses a quantitative approach, by first looking at the correlation value of this Spiritual Guidance activity using the High, Medium and Low methods. Total population 122, the sample size is 30 adolescents. Research Location in Tanjung Raja Subdistrict. Data analysis used hypothesis testing, data were analyzed using Product Moment correlation, using r tables and consultation with interpretation tables.The results of the study were 10 respondents were in the high category (33.3%), 15 respondents were in the medium category, namely (50%), and 5 respondents were in the low category (16.7%), thus the Rohanidi Tanjung Raja Guidance activity was the relationship is in the medium category, namely 15 people (50%). The learning achievement of 7 adolescents is in the high category (23.3%), and 18 people are in the moderate category, namely (60%), and 5 people are in the low category (16.7%), so the authors conclude that on average -The average achievement of Tanjung Raja Islamic religious education lesson is in the medium category, namely 18 people (60%).The results of the calculation of the Product Moment correlation that rxy (0.50) is greater than r table = 0.374 at the 5% significant level, while at the 1% significant level the r thickness is 0.478 so it can be concluded that 0.374 0.50 0.478, it turns out that the price r count is greater than the price of r table so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion is that there is a significant influence between the influence of activeness following Spiritual Guidance activities on the learning achievement of adolescents in Islamic religious education lessons in Tanjung Raja.Keywords; Spiritual Guidance, Study Achievement, Youth

This study aims to analyze the use of the counseling laboratory as a learning resource for counseling guidance study program students. This study uses a qualitative research method based on library research (library research). Collecting data using documentation techniques derived from library sources. Data analysis uses content analysis techniques where each source or literature used is adjusted and the context is seen for its suitability with other literature from books, journals or other research. In relation to learning resources, the counseling laboratory functions as (1) to provide completeness for the theoretical lessons that have been received so that theory and practice are not two separate things. The two of them are mutually examining and looking for the basis of each other; (2) providing scientific work skills for students/students; (3) provide and cultivate the courage to seek the essence of scientific truth from an object in the natural and social environment; (4) increase skills in using available tools and media to seek and find the truth; (4) fostering student curiosity as a capital for the scientific attitude of a prospective scientist.

Little is known about the influence of parental values, preferences, and child achievement and health expectations on parent choices for their child’s rearing practices. We aimed to explore parents’ perceptions of immediate and future impact of health behavior decisions for their child and to understand factors associated with child-specific health behavior decisions. This pilot study included interviews with 25 parents of 9–24-month-old children attending well child care visits at a primary care practice. Questions assessed parental perceptions and attitudes in making health behavior changes now for their child’s future health. Themes suggest parents perceive many factors are involved, and intricately connected, in health behavior decision-making. Although almost all parents believed there is a connection between the foods they feed their child and achieving their goals, only half are willing to make a change. In addition, parents failed to consider the impact of the health practices they currently have with their children to influence the future acquisition of life skills and of healthy versus obesogenic behaviors. Our results add to the understanding of the process of health behavior change through anticipatory guidance. Study findings will be used to guide next steps towards refining our understanding of health and lifestyle change decisions made by parents.

<p style="direction: ltr;" dir="RTL">There is quality management with education subject who teach and guide college students in Arabic learning. Mushrifs is the santri’s companion in the first and second semester in Mahad Al-Jami’ah. In particular program, they teach Arabic in Mahad and conduct Arabic learning. The quality of Mushrifs of Language in improving Arabic learning is one of the objectives in order to generate good and success mushrifs in Mahad Al-Jami’ah.        The research problems were: 1) How is the planning quality of language guidance in improving Arabic learning in mahad al-jami’ah, 2) how is the organization quality of language guidance in improving Arabic learning in mahad al-jami’ah, 3) how is the implementation of quality Supervision of language in improving the Arabic learning in mahad al-jami’ah, 4) how is the supervision quality of language guidance in improving Arabic learning in mahad al-jami’ah. This study aimed to describe the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of quality management of mushrifs in improving the Arabic learning in Mahad Al-jam’ah. This study used descriptive analysis design, and the data collections were through observation, interview and documentation, and through all those things to research in data’s about the quality management of language guidance. The results of quality management of language guidance study in improving the Arabic learning were: 1) in the planning stage, the first process was opening the registration for mushrifs’ candidates with a very strict selection, 2) in the organization aspect was the cooperation relationship between the mahad director, murabbi, and mushrifs of language with their tasks, 3) in the implementation aspect was through PSDM, language enrichmen, shabah al-lugah, gebyar bahasa competition and bilingual seminar; 4)  and in the supervision aspect was the supervision was conducted once in two weeks by murabbi of language.</p>

This research aims to develop learning  materials for  mental health which be designed by Metacognitive approach. The development  model of  learning materials using Research and Development (R & D) methods who be developed by Borg and Gall and be combined with teaching development model Dick and Carey. The population for the product trials are UMSU students majoring in counseling guidance study programme. The instrument which be used is questionnaire . This products trials have three steps including personal gruops, small gruops and the field. Before products trials, the researcher does the expert validation trial for the content and design of learning materials for mental health using questionnaires according to the indicators that have been determined. Then the questionnaire be analysed to see the percentage and the validation criteria of Learning materials. The results of this research is a mental health diktat be designed used metacognitive approach.

As a professional, teacher should find best strategies in encouraging students’ motivation in learning. Students who are learning English also believe that learning English is learning how to speak. Teaching speaking means employ some strategies, methods and approaches to encourage students’ mood and motivation to speak. In On the other hand, the comprehensibility between participants in the conversation also becomes significant.  Based on the observation during the teaching and learning process in the study programs of counceling and guidance at STKIP Bima, it was found that the students’ abilities, motivations, and curiosities in speaking English decreased. They were afraid to practice their speaking ability. Therefore, Asset Based Thinking (ABT) was proposed as in motivating the students to practice and improve their speaking ability. ABT Method is a method that focuses on how lecturer motivated the students to find their strength (potential, skills, knowledge and ability) and how they use the strength as an asset in reaching their target of learning. the participants were 30 students from Counseling and Guidance Study Program of STKIP Bima. The data were Collected by observing the students’ pre activities and post activities, and oral Interview was conducted in getting the information about the students’ speaking ability. The data were analized by using IBM SPSS Ver. 23. Through the analysis it was found that For the reason, the statistic count  < statistic table (6.00 < 152). The analysis promoted that the students’ motivation in practicing their speaking ability after taught by using ABT would significantly increase rather than students’ motivation before they were taught by using ABT.
