This research is motivated by the ability of early child in good toilet training activity. The purpose of this research is to describe about (1) describe the management of the learning environment (2) describe the learning media (3) describe the learning method. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative, population in research amount to 30 people. Samples were taken as much as 65%. The number of samples is 20 people. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. From the research result that (1) management of learning environment (class) on toilet training implementation in good category, (2) instructional media used by teacher in toilet training implementation in good category, (3) learning method used in toilet training implementation in category good. Suggestions from this research so that the management of learning environment, learning media and learning methods on the implementation of toilet training can be improved by the school.Keywords: Implementation, Toilet Training

This research is motivated by the high attendance of the Paket B equality program and the success of the Paket B education program in PKBM Legusa. This research also purpose to describe the tutor's professional competence in the management aspects of the classroom environment, the use of learning methods, the use of instructional media, and the implementation of learning evaluation. This research use descriptive quantitative approach. For supporting this approach, researcher take 50% of the population is 34 people with a sampling technique that is stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the professional competence of tutors in classroom environmental management aspects was very good, the aspects of using the learning method were very good, the aspects of using the learning media were very good, and the evaluation aspects were very good. This research is motivated by quite high aggressive behavior in Jorong Alahan Panjang Kabupaten Solok. This study aims to find parenting levels, aggressive behavior of adolescents, and the relationship between Parenting Parenting with Aggressive Behavior teenagers in Jorong Alahan Panjang Solok District. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The population in this study amounted to 74 people. The number of samples in this study amounted to 37 people taken 50% of the population using Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, and data collection tools sheets of statements. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage and Product Moment. The results of the study found that parenting in Jorong Alahan Panjang Solok District is in the less good category, Aggressive Behavior of adolescents are in high enough category, and there is a significant relationship between Parenting Parenting with Aggressive Behavior of adolescents in Jorong Alahan Panjang Solok District.Keywords: Parenting, Aggressive Behavior

Cooperative business entities have the main goal not to seek profit but to serve members of the cooperative to be more prosperous based on the principle of family. The savings and loan cooperative "Karya agung" collects funds from its members who then redistribute the funds to its members. This study aims to provide an overview of the effect of cooperative use on the level of welfare of citizens. The taking technique used in this research is random sampling technique. The method of data collection used is to use questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis method uses correlation analysis techniques with the product moment. Calculation of the value of  which states that there is an influence between the use of savings and loan cooperatives to the level of welfare of citizens.

This study aims to determine the differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comic media. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study is all students of class VII MTs. The State of Selong Model and the sampling was determined by using cluster random sampling technique to select the class and simple random sampling to select the students in that class. The second sampling technique is random sampling by drawing lots, cluster random sampling, namely the class is divided into experimental class I, namely the class that is taught using interactive multimedia drills model (class VII-E) and the experimental class II, namely the class that is taught using comic media. science (class VII-F), each of which consists of 36 students. And simple random sampling, where students are drawn after data collection to reduce the sample to 30 students to facilitate hypothesis testing. The data collection technique used post-test while the data analysis technique to test the hypothesis was the t-test. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that there were differences in student achievement who were taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who were taught using science comic media. This can be seen in the post-test results where t-count > t-table is 2.206 > 2.002. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comics

<p>The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of learning models to student achievement. Learning models compared between NHT-CTL, NHT and direct instruction. Method of research used quasi experimental with the factorial design of 3x1. Population of this research was all students class VIII in SMP Negeri at Madiun City. The sampling technique using a stratified cluster random sampling. Samples in this research were 266 students with 91 students as experimental class I, 88 students as experimental class II and 87 students as control class. Data collection methods used documentation and test.Hypothesis testing was performed using one-way analysis of variance with unequal cells. Based on the results of hypothesis testwere concluded that NHT-CTL learning model gave better achievement than NHT learning model and direct instruction, while NHT learning model and direct instruction gave the same achievement. </p>

This research is based on the high interest and participation of the participants of make up training because the tutor applies the principles of andragogik on Wardah Cosmetic training process in Padang City. So this study aims to illustrate the application of principles andragogik by Tutor seen from the performance, environmental management of learning environment, and implementation of learning evaluation. Type This research is a quantitative descriptive with the population is the trainer participants to be sampled by use cluster random sampling technique. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations. The result of the research shows that in general the Application of Andragogic Principle by tutor in Wardah Cosmetic make up training in Padang City has been running well, viewed from the performance of tutor, the management of learning environment atmosphere, the implementation of learning evaluation.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) manakah yang memberikan prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, metode ceramah atau metode diskusi; (2) manakah yang memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, mahasiswa laki-laki atau perempuan; (3) pada masing-masing model pembelajaran, manakah yang mempunyai prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, mahasiswa laki-laki atau perempuan; (4) pada masing-masing jenis kelamin, manakah yang memberikan prestasi yang lebih baik, metode ceramah atau metode diskusi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa semester 5 di kelas pagi Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika IKIP-PGRI Pontianak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified cluster random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi metode dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan nilai MID mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi tahun akademik 2015/2016 sebagai data kemampuan awal dan nilai UAS mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi untuk data prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. (1) Pembelajaran matematika ekonomi menggunakan metode ceramah menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang sama dengan metode diskusi. (2) Mahasiswa laki-laki maupun perempuan memiliki prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. (3) Pada masing-masing metode pembelajaran, mahasiswa laki-laki maupun perempuan memiliki prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. (4) Pada masing-masing jenis kelamin, pembelajaran matematika ekonomi menggunakan metode ceramah dan metode diskusi menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. Kata kunci: metode ceramah, metode diskusi, jenis kelamin Abstract The aims of this study were to investigate: (1) which learning method produces student’s better mathematics learning achievement, speech method or discussion method; (2) which student’s have better mathematics learning achievement, male or female; (3) viewed from learning methods, which student’s have better mathematics learning achievement, male or female; (4) viewed from gender, which learning method produces better mathematics learning achievement, speech method or discussion method. This research used quasi experimental method with its population included all of students of 5th semester in morning class Program Study of Mathematics Education IKIP-PGRI Pontianak. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The size of the sample was 68 students. The data collection technique was include the documentation method to get the 2015/2016 MID Test of Economy Mathematics subject for initial capability data before the experiment and Final test of Economy Mathematics subject for mathematics student’s achievement data. The data was analyzed using analysis of variance. Based on these results it can be concluded as follows. (1) Economy mathematics learning using speech method produced the same mathematics achievement as using discussion method. (2) For male or female students have the same mathematics achievement. (3) Viewed from learning method, male or female students have the same mathematics achievement. This research is based on the low learning interest of students at TPQ Masjid Baiturrahman Kelurahan Koto Lalang Kota Padang. This study aims to see the description of the atmosphere of the learning environment, description of interest in learning and see the relationship between the atmosphere of learning environment with learning interest of students at TPQ Masjid Baiturrahman. This research is a quantitative research with correlational type. The population in this study is 43 people. Samples were taken as many as 32 people using stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, and data collection tools are the percentages for viewing the description. And to see the relationship using product moment formula. The results showed: (1) the atmosphere of student learning environment is less conducive; (2) student interest is classified as low; and (3) there is a significant relationship between the atmosphere of the learning environment with student learning interest. Suggested to: TPQ management is expected to improve the physical condition of mosque building so that the learning process at TPQ become conducive, and to the teacher expected to create a conducive learning environment atmosphere, and the teacher is expected to make the students feel close to the teacher.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kemampuan berhitung dan kemampuan menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Populasi penelitian seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika IKIP PGRI Pontianak yang mengambil mata kuliah Trigonometri tahun akademik 2017/2018 sebanyak 100 orang yang terbagi menjadi 3 kelas yaitu kelas AP, BP, dan CP. Sampel adalah mahasiswa kelas AP dengan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em>. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan menghitung, menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar, dan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri dalam bentuk esai yang terdiri dari 5 butir soal untuk masing-masing tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji parametrik. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kemampuan berhitung terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri sebesar 23,4%; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kemampuan menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri sebesar 19,9%; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif secara bersama-sama antara kemampuan berhitung dan kemampuan menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri sebesar 29%.</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research aims to measure the effect of the ability to count and to simplify the form of algebra on the ability to solve Trigonometric problems. The research method was descriptive with a form of relationship study research. The research population was all students of Mathematics Education of IKIP PGRI Pontianak taking Trigonometry courses in the academic year 2017/2018 were 100 people divided into 3 classes, namely AP, BP, and CP classes. Samples are AP class students with a cluster random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used the ability to calculate tests, simplify the form of algebra, and solve Trigonometry problems in the form of essays consisting of 5 items for each test. Data analysis techniques used parametric. The results of the research: (1) There is a positive influence between the ability to count on the ability to solve Trigonometry problems by 23.4%; (2) There is a positive influence between the ability to simplify the form of algebra to the ability to solve Trigonometry problems by 19.9%; and (3) There is a positive influence jointly between the ability to count and the ability to simplify the form of algebra on the ability to solve trigonometric problems by 29%.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p>

The low interest in entrepreneurship of graduates of BLK Padang barista training, which is thought to be due to the low achievement of barista training graduates at BLK Padang, is the background of this research. Objectives (1) aim to excel (2) describe interest in entrepreneurship (3) describe the relationship between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial interest for barista trainer graduates. The approach in this study is a quantitative correlational type. In this study, the population was 64 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, the 50% sample consisted of 32 people. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used theoretical theory, percentage and Spearman Rho. This study found that (1) achievement motivation was categorized as moderate. (2) the entrepreneurship interest of the barista training students is categorized as moderate. (3) There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and the interest of graduates of barista training at BLK Padang.
