The introductory part provides a review of modern information technologies and presents terms and definitions, including own author ‘s definitions. The main part analyses a current status of the information management system (IMS). Based on the results of the analysis performed, a schematic diagram is constructed, and critical shortcomings are revealed. Furthermore, the results obtained allowed us to develop restrictions, principles, automation areas, information system architecture, and also to assess the human resources desirable for its implementation. The final part gives recommendations for further IMS development and for advanced technologies to be implemented at the enterprise.

Introduction: The information society generates new forms of organization of the educational process, including the process of passing student practice. Organization and passing of practice requires both practitioners and students to take certain actions that can be accelerated and optimized with the usage of modern information and computer technologies. Recently, the considerable attention has been given to  the issue of organizing the process of student practice by both Ukrainian and foreign scholars. However, the very use of information technology in the organization of student practice data from scientists was not considered. The authors of the article focused on the study of the Internet technologies usage in the organization and practice of students of higher education institutions. The article proposes a new approach to improving the quality of information support for the organization and conducting of student practice. Purpose: Research of the problem with organizing the students' practical training in the system of professional training students at educational levels "Bachelor" and "Master"; Demonstration of the functional capabilities of the created web-based information system "Practice" as an example of the application of modern technologies for information support, analysis and optimization of organizational decision making while undergoing internship in a higher educational institution. Methods: The method of parsing analysis and the method of social modeling for analyzing problem issues in the organization of the  student's practice process and the creation of an appropriate IT project has been applied. Results: A variant of innovative solution and optimization of information provision of the process of organizing various types of student practice with the use of modern information technologies is offered - web-oriented information system. The functionality of the created web-based information system "Practice" has been prepared, tested and described. Web-IP Practice is developed as a web application, the server part of which is implemented on the basis of the AMP software package, which includes: Apache, MySQL, PHP. The components of this complex are distributed with free licenses, thus, the Web IP Practice can function without the usage of expensive software. The modular structure of the system makes it possible to set up access, registration and authentication and manage user data, manage events and generate reporting documents for organization and practice. The proposed web-IP Practice provides opportunities for the following tasks: - informing students about organization and passing of practice; - preparation of documentation package on organization and passing of practice; - management and control of the process of passing the practice; - formation of reporting materials. Conclusion: Application of information technology in the organization of student practice is effective and provides the ability of  automatically formation and control the database, manage and control the process of organizing practices using web technologies. Monitoring the practice of remote access provides cost savings and time optimization. Elaboration of all worksheets (journal of practice) in electronic form and by sharing allows to supervise and effectively organize the close cooperation of the leader and the student during the practice.

Modern information technologies enable information systems to record the changing history of information units, and then play back such histories under users requests. This paper proposes a scenario paradigm equipped with a scenario-oriented approach to support the idea of replaying day-to-day activities. The proposed method attempts to organize related information and knowledge elements as a context (scenario) so that the history of daily activities can be recorded, and then be queried and replayed as a flow of information scenarios for a specified interval of time. Thats Your Life Information System (TYLI) is employed as an example in this paper for evaluating the usability of the scenario paradigm and the scenario-oriented approach.

One of the defining directions of the enterprise logistics system in the transport industry in the region is the organization of its activities, which requires the introduction of new progressive ideas in the enterprise management system. It is advisable to design, implement, apply and develop modern information technologies for the practical implementation of complex theoretical approaches to the transport enterprises management in the region. The purpose of the article is to study the process of information technologies implementation in the management system of the transport industry in the region to create a qualitatively new information environment for the provision of transport services. The current state of transportation companies does not meet the growing needs of society and European quality standards, which requires the creation and implementation of an effective integrated automated management system. The content of each stage of the complex automated system creation of enterprise management in the transport branch is revealed. The project of construction of the management information system, its adjustment and necessary adaptation is being prepared in the course of the stages. The functioning of Qguar TMS (Transport Management System) is considered and its advantages are highlighted. It’s defined that the information management system of a transport enterprise is an interaction of management information, subjects of management activity and information technologies. Formation of a complex system of automation of management of entities of the transport industry is one of the existing directions of use of modern information technologies. The implementation results of the selected management information technology at Qguar TMS (Transport Management System) are evaluated in two directions: the first involves an assessment of the financial and economic performance and effectiveness of an investment project for the implementation of management information technology; the second direction is related to the analysis of changes in indicators that characterize the implementation of client-oriented enterprise development strategy: increase of the customer base, market share, regular customers in the total customer base. Keywords: information technologies; management system; transport industry; region; computerization; logistics systems.

Current trends in modern Information System development are more and more based on the exploitation of the experience gained in previous developments of similar systems. While in the early years of Information System development each system was analyzed and designed from scratch, it alreadybecame clear in the 1980s that developing a system which meets user expectations implies being widely aware of the characteristics of the specific application domain and being able to build upon previous experience. Such “reuse of experience’’ was initially performed informally. Meanwhile, in recent years, systematic approaches based on reuse of code and design experience have appeared in the literature of software engineering and in various commercial development environments (Biggerstaff, 1989; Krueger, 1992). For example, application frameworks (Johnson, 1997), seen as code and related specification and design artifacts, are typical structures that have been studied in various projects as large-grained components or application skeletons (see for instance (Fusaschi and Montini, 1997) and (D’Souza and Wills, 1998).

Waqf is one of the important economic instruments in Islam. Waqf is known as an endowment consist of donating a building, a sum of money or plot of land for charitable purposes. Various relevant aspects with  the field of waqf have been studied and debated by scholars in the area of socio-political studies, economic, accounting as well as waqf information management system development. Current research findings have shown few glaring issues in terms of the difficulty to distribute waqf benefits caused by incomplete file information, transparency of waqf documentation, lack of detailed information about waqf assets and the requirements to provide timely and sufficient information to the related stakeholders. Thus, this study explores conceptual model of integrated success factors of Waqf information management system from few literature analysis. The conceptual success model that consists of activities, relationships, relative advantage, compatability, triability, image, visibility, result demonstrability, voluntariness, complexity and trust have been used to demonstrate the Islamic and technology concepts of waqf information system.  Thorough review from several research works will help to understand the gaps in the information system management related to the state waqf agencies in Malaysia. The findings of the above issues prove on the need to identify the success factors of waqf information system management thus, helps to ensure the success development of the system.  The findings should be of great interest to both researchers and practitioners.

Enterprise architecture existing approaches are expected to support the organization's evolution from a current state to a future one. Although some researches address the identification of the alignment between projects and strategic objectives, the measurement and quantification of this architectural alignment, considering the information system architecture quality attributes, is not usually considered when defining or implementing projects. This paper contributes to fulfil this gap by extending Archimate enterprise architecture framework and proposing a 4-step approach for assessing the alignment between enterprise projects and goals, namely 1) identify the alignment between the projects and the strategic objectives, 2) identify the quality attributes derived from the strategic objectives, 3) identify the applicable metrics to the projects' architecture, 4) quantify the alignment level between the projects and the strategic objectives. The results show that it is possible to use enterprise architecture for selecting projects that have higher impact on the company's strategy.
