Introduction: The information society generates new forms of organization of the educational process, including the process of passing student practice. Organization and passing of practice requires both practitioners and students to take certain actions that can be accelerated and optimized with the usage of modern information and computer technologies. Recently, the considerable attention has been given to  the issue of organizing the process of student practice by both Ukrainian and foreign scholars. However, the very use of information technology in the organization of student practice data from scientists was not considered. The authors of the article focused on the study of the Internet technologies usage in the organization and practice of students of higher education institutions. The article proposes a new approach to improving the quality of information support for the organization and conducting of student practice. Purpose: Research of the problem with organizing the students' practical training in the system of professional training students at educational levels "Bachelor" and "Master"; Demonstration of the functional capabilities of the created web-based information system "Practice" as an example of the application of modern technologies for information support, analysis and optimization of organizational decision making while undergoing internship in a higher educational institution. Methods: The method of parsing analysis and the method of social modeling for analyzing problem issues in the organization of the  student's practice process and the creation of an appropriate IT project has been applied. Results: A variant of innovative solution and optimization of information provision of the process of organizing various types of student practice with the use of modern information technologies is offered - web-oriented information system. The functionality of the created web-based information system "Practice" has been prepared, tested and described. Web-IP Practice is developed as a web application, the server part of which is implemented on the basis of the AMP software package, which includes: Apache, MySQL, PHP. The components of this complex are distributed with free licenses, thus, the Web IP Practice can function without the usage of expensive software. The modular structure of the system makes it possible to set up access, registration and authentication and manage user data, manage events and generate reporting documents for organization and practice. The proposed web-IP Practice provides opportunities for the following tasks: - informing students about organization and passing of practice; - preparation of documentation package on organization and passing of practice; - management and control of the process of passing the practice; - formation of reporting materials. Conclusion: Application of information technology in the organization of student practice is effective and provides the ability of  automatically formation and control the database, manage and control the process of organizing practices using web technologies. Monitoring the practice of remote access provides cost savings and time optimization. Elaboration of all worksheets (journal of practice) in electronic form and by sharing allows to supervise and effectively organize the close cooperation of the leader and the student during the practice.

Modern information technologies enable information systems to record the changing history of information units, and then play back such histories under users requests. This paper proposes a scenario paradigm equipped with a scenario-oriented approach to support the idea of replaying day-to-day activities. The proposed method attempts to organize related information and knowledge elements as a context (scenario) so that the history of daily activities can be recorded, and then be queried and replayed as a flow of information scenarios for a specified interval of time. Thats Your Life Information System (TYLI) is employed as an example in this paper for evaluating the usability of the scenario paradigm and the scenario-oriented approach.

The introductory part provides a review of modern information technologies and presents terms and definitions, including own author ‘s definitions. The main part analyses a current status of the information management system (IMS). Based on the results of the analysis performed, a schematic diagram is constructed, and critical shortcomings are revealed. Furthermore, the results obtained allowed us to develop restrictions, principles, automation areas, information system architecture, and also to assess the human resources desirable for its implementation. The final part gives recommendations for further IMS development and for advanced technologies to be implemented at the enterprise.

Aim. To assess the system for registration and account of infectious and parasitic diseases in Republic of Tatarstan useing software products for epidemiological situation managing, sanitary-and-epidemiologic emergencies prevention, hazards of infectious diseases onset and spreading that might be potentially dangerous for participants, visitors and local residents during XXVII Worldwide Universiade 2013 in Kazan.Methods. Statistical forms №1 and №2 «Data on infectious and parasitic diseases» in the Republic of Tatarstan for the period of 2004 to 2013, 058/у forms (emergency notifications), «Infectious diseases registry» (journal №60) were used for data gaining. To analyze the prevalence of the diseases, software products («Population disease prevalence analysis»), «Social and hygienic monitoring» - «Krista» automated system, «Automated information system of epidemiological survey and emergencies prevention in the sphere of public healthcare during the 2013 Universiade» («Epidemiological safety» automated information system) software were used. Methods of epidemiological diagnosis and common methods of variance analysis (calculations of relative and mean values, statistical series analysis and statistical significance assessment) were used.Results. Retrospective epidemiological analysis of infectious and parasitic diseases in Republic of Tatarstan and in Kazan city, monitoring of background epidemiological conditions in Kazan city using the «Population disease prevalence analysis» software products and «Krista» automated system, as well as on-stream epidemiological analysis of infectious and parasitic diseases prevalence among participants, visitors of the 2013 Kazan Universiade by introducing the «Epidemiological safety» automated information system increased the epidemiological diagnosis quality, allowed to timely identify epidemiological deviations, provide targeted sanitary and anti-epidemic measures and to assess their effect. Continuous interaction between the Tatarstan Regional Agency of the Federal Service for Surveillance in the Sphere of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, Russian scientific and research institute for fighting plaque «Mikrob», Hygiene and epidemiology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan and healthcare institutions was provided during the 2013 Universiade.Conclusion. Complex use of modern information technologies and introduction of «Epidemiological safety» automated information system while carrying out the 2013 Universiade allowed to completely implement the targeted management and technologic tasks for infective and parasitic diseases prevalence monitoring.

The article is devoted to the implementation of project method in the information environment, particularly, in social networks. The possibilities of application of modern tools for creating projects on natural and mathematical sciences in secondary and high school are investigated. The preference of a social network "Vkontakte" for the organization of the project activities is proved. There are pointed out the stages of the project, determined the sequence of using cloud storage, search engines, social networks. The influence of modern information technologies and Internet resources on learning outcomes are determined. The examples of projects carried out with the help of modern information technologies and social networks are presented.

The article proposes a model for forecasting the success of student’s learning. The model is a Markov process with continuous time, such as the process of “death and reproduction”. As the parameters of the process, the intensities of the processes of obtaining and assimilating information are offered, and the intensity of the process of assimilating information takes into account the attitude of the student to the subject being studied. As a result of applying the model, it is possible for each student to determine the probability of a given formation of ownership of the material being studied in the near future. Thus, in the presence of an automated information system of the university, the implementation of the model is an element of the decision support system by all participants in the educational process. The examples given in the article are the results of an experiment conducted at the Institute of Space and Information Technologies of Siberian Federal University under conditions of blended learning, that is, under conditions when classroom work is accompanied by independent work with electronic resources.

The article considers the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into school education and identifies a problem in identifying didactic elements in the field of artificial intelligence, which must be mastered in a school informatics course. The purpose of the article is to propose variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence for the general education of schoolchildren as part of the curricular and extracurricular activities in informatics. An analysis of the psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to identify the appropriateness of teaching schoolchildren the elements of artificial intelligence in the framework of a comprehensive informatics course, as the theoretical foundations of modern information technologies. Summarizing and systematizing the learning experience of schoolchildren in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to form variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence, which can be implemented in a compulsory informatics course for 9th grade, as well as in elective classes. The results of the study are the theoretical basis for the further development of the components of the methodological system of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence in a school informatics course. The research materials may be useful to specialists in the field of teaching informatics and to informatics teachers.
