AbstractIn 1956, the anthropologist Paul Radin published the book Primitive man as philosopher, by the publishing house Dover Publication Inc., New York. For this analysis, we will take the edition from 1968 published by the University Press of Buenos Aires - Rivadavia 1571/1/73 Mixed Economy Society. Printed in Argentina After having conducted field research and after long years of experiential research, Paul Radin claims that the primitive man had already behaved like a philosopher. This perception was highly praised by many anthropologists and some philosophers,as well as received with some doubt by other philosophers. Being already announced in the title of this paper, our assessment disagrees with the one from the author, since philosophy is not amythical-religious discourse. Keywords: Philosophy, indigenous philosophy, primitive, philosophy, worldview.

The research method in this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling as a technique for withdrawing the informants. This research uses interviews and documentation studies in data collection. The results of this study are grouped into two parts, namely strategies to improve the ability of journal managers to operationalize OJS, and strategies to improve the quality of articles. Field findings show that training is carried out by bringing in experts, participating in training conducted by the Faculty Journal House and also the University Journal House, as well as several other similar trainings. The second group is the strategy to improve the final quality. There are three things, namely forming a team with clear job descriptions, giving rewards and punishments for the success of the achievements obtained by the journal. The perfective in Arabic is indicated by a form of māḍi verb used to indicate the past time. In the Qur'an there are often verses that describe the future (imperfective) but are contained in the māḍi verb. The research using this qualitative descriptive approach aims to know the meaning contained in the verses contained in the form of the māḍi verb but in the future context. The sample of this study using purposive sampling in the form of verses that contain māḍi verb in it that perpektive and imperfective aspect. It is an indisputable fact that technology is a part of our lives. It is known that research and education technologies are concentrated. By examining the articles and dissertations published in the field, the scope, strengths and weaknesses of the studies were determined. An important gap has been filled in to guide researches what kind of studies may be needed in the future. Many studies for this purpose were found in the literature. However, since similar studies dealing with educational technologies are outdated, this study is considered important in terms of gathering current research trends and results. The aim of this study is to analyse the articles published in the Scopus database on educational technologies and instructional technologies, thematically and methodologically. The study was designed by adopting a case study from qualitative research models. The sample has not been determined for postgraduate dissertations to be included in the study, and it was aimed to reach the whole universe. In this context, all articles have been accessed through the library system of the university in the Scopus database included. The keywords ‘educational technologies’ and ‘instructional technologies’ were used in the article search. The document types have been examined by year, by country, by authors, by field research and by place of publication.

Since the foundation of the first modern university in Berlin in 1809 as a realization of Immanuel Kant’s idea, this special institution has gone through many changes in terms of its functions and operational models. The most significant trend today is probably Uberization involving all aspects of higher heducation. Uberization, in our opinion, will lead to the non-campus higher education model and perhaps the death of the traditional university.  Keywords Higher education, Uberization, new techonologies, non-campus higher education References [1] Graff, Gerald, Beyond the Culture Wars: How Teaching the Conflicts Can Revitalize American Education, New York: Norton, 1993.[2] Readings, Bill, The University in Ruins, Cambridge: Harvard U.P., 1996.[3] Kant, Immanuel, The Conflict of the Faculties [1798], trans.
