This study aims to determine the effect of Incentives and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan. The research was conducted on PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan with a population of as many as 40 people with using total sampling. Data collection techniques used were through questionnaires (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to a sample (respondents) and collect them again. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data were regressed in the first test of association between the independent variable data to test for normality, multicollinearity, and heterocedasticity. To determine the contribution of factor incentives and discipline to employee performance used formula coefficient of determination (R2). The result showed obtained that by the regression equation Y = 6,505 + 0,532 X1 + 0,247 X2+ e. And showed that  simultaneous incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan, where the value of F count = 15,215 > F table = 3,24 with level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,05. Coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) of 0,451 means that the influence of incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan 45,1% and the remining 54,9% is influenced by other variables outside of research. Conclusions from the research that there is a positive and significant effect of incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan.            Keywords: Incentives, Discipline, Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on interest in buying Iphone 12 in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 4,175 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, while the sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 98 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program.

<em>This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. This research was conducted on non-medical employees of the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. There are 55 respondents who have been selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The method used is the survey method, while the type of research is classified as explanatory research. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination are assisted by IBM Version 24 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results show: (1) Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (2) The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (3) Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (4) Work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.</em>

The purpose of this study is to determine whether competence, compensation and work discipline partially and simultaneously affect employee performance in PT. United Motors Centre Suzuki Ahmad Eigis Surabaya. Types research is explanatory research with quantitative analysis. The sample population is employees in the service division totaling 46 employees. Data collection techniques using survey with questionnaire as instrument. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t-test aand F-test to test the hypothesis with the SPSS program. The resuls of this study shows that competence, compensation and diciplines as partially and simultaniously significant effect on employee performance, and the effect of competence on employee performance is the most significant among the other three variables. Its indicate that increasing performance of employees can be determined by competence, compensation and work discipline of employees at division service PT. United Motors Centre Suzuki Ahmad Yani Surabaya.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of room occupancy and spa revenue on operating profit at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative, and analyzed with the test of classical regression assumption, analysis multiple linear regression, individual parameter significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (Test F) and coefficient of determination R2. Report of room occupancy, spa revenue and operating profit at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa period 2017 to 2019. The results of this research indicate that the room occupancy and spa revenue have a positive and significant effect on operating profit with the regression equation Y = -484,794,904,574 + 28,760,823,190X1 + 3,260X2 and determination coefficient is 70,2%. Room occupancy and spa revenue partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on operating profit at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa.

Performance is the result of quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. The research conducted at Warung Mak Beng, Ubud.. The number of respondents in the study are 40 people using saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results shows that communication, work discipline, and compensation have  positive and significant effect on the performance of Warung Mak Beng employees. Efforts to improve employee performance at the company can be improved by establishing good communication between employees, obeying company-determined regulations, and fair compensation in accordance with workload. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of Influence of Preventive Control of Credit and Repressive Control of Credit to the health of PT. Bukopin Bank Tbk, sub branch office of Cendrawasih, Makassar City. The researcher used questionnare as a technique of data collection and used technique of data analysis of multiple linear regression. The population of this research was 50 participants and the number of samples were all the populations 50 people. The result of this research showed that Preventive Control of Credit and Repressive Control of Credit influenced to the health of bank simultaneously, where the testing result was got F 8,144 > F table 3,20. The result had been got partially showed Preventive Control of Credit was significant to the health of bank by looking at t 3,987 > t table 1,677 and sig 0,000 < 0,05 while Repressive Control of Credit was not significant to the health of bank by looking at t 0,067 < t table 1,677 and sig 0,947 > 0,05, and coefficient of determination (adjust R2) showed independent variable of percentage can influence independent variable was 25,7%, so the balance was 74,3% affected by the other variable that not researched in this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees. The population is the sum total of the object of research. The population in this study is all employees who exist in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Due to the small number of employees in the company, this study did not use sampling. So the sample in this study is the total number of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questioner), study documentation and interviews (interview). While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, and there are positive influence and significant organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

The results of this study have the aim of knowing the existence of "The Influence of Leadership and Supervision on Employee Discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat". The approach taken in this study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat, totaling 264 people with a sample of 72 people using the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing (T Test, F Test), & Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS 25.00 software program. The data collection technique used a questionnaire technique by producing a positive influence between Leadership on Employee Discipline which could state tcount ttable 4.784 2.972 significant 0.00 0.05. There is a positive influence on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat with tcount 4.784 1,401 ttable significantly.The conclusion of the research on the influence of leadership and supervision on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat states that there is a positive influence, which is based on the results of the Fcount test of 12,984 with a significant value of 0.000 and the value of Ftable 2.391, because Fcount Ftable then Ha rejected.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books
