Indonesian public awareness the importance insurance Indonesia has been growing rapidly. This condition is seen by the increasing number of insurance companies with a variety of products offered in the community. But even so, awareness of the importance of insurance is not in line with the purchase of an insurance policy. Such conditions make Joint Life Insurance (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 which is a local insurance company to apply the concept of relationship marketing. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of relational marketing consisting of commitment and trust on customer loyalty as well as determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population in this study are all policyholders active Joint Life Insurance (AJB) Bumiputera Branch of Pematangsiantar who are customers of at least five years and never filed a claim against the insurance held that as many as 2,750 customers and the sample of 100 people who obtained using the formula slovin with data retrieval random sampling technique. Data was collected by questionnaire at all respondents where the questionnaire was tested beforehand using validity and reliability test on 30 respondents. Technical analysis of the data used is the classical assumption of data normality test, multicollinearity test and linearity test. It is also used path analysis model (path analysis) to examine the direct and indirect influences between variables with hypothesis testing using t test with significance level of 5% (0.05). The results showed that the partial commitments positive influence directly or indirectly on customer loyalty, trust negative influence directly and positively impact directly on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction directly positive effect on customer loyalty.                                    Keywords: Relational Marketing, Commitment, Trust, Satisfaction, Loyalty

Given the intense level of competition in the electronics business in Indonesia, the company continues to strive to increase market share and reach new customers and no less importantly the company must work hard in maintaining customer loyalty, including Toshiba products. However, the Top Brand Index value for Toshiba Television products in Indonesia from 2012-2014 has decreased. The decline is not profitable for Toshiba products because this will have an impact on lowering revenue and deteriorating image and customer satisfaction. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand trust on satisfaction and loyalty in the Surabaya area of ​​Toshiba television products. The population in this study were customers of Toshiba Television products, Surabaya branch, samples were taken were 96 people. This study uses a path analysis model (path analysis). The path analysis technique is one of the statistical analysis techniques used in quantitative research. Based on the test results using the analysis to test the effect of brand image, brand trust, and satisfaction with brand loyalty, the following conclusions can be drawn: Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction is more dominant than brand trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know and analyze empirically influence of trust, promotion and product quality on satisfaction and loyalty of customer of saving in PD. BPR of Bank Daerah Klaten. The analytical technique used is by using instrument test which includes validity test and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient determination test and correlation analysis. Hypothesis test results trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction of savings. Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Trust has no significant effect on customer savings loyalty. Promotion has a significant effect on customer savings loyalty. Product quality has no significant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer savings loyalty. The result of F test can be concluded jointly variable of trust, promotion, product quality, and satisfaction influence to customer loyalty of saving PD. BPR of Bank Daerah Klaten. The total R2 result of 0.890 can be interpreted as the loyalty of customers of PD saving. BPR Bank Daerah Klaten explained by the variable of trust, promotion, product quality and satisfaction of 89% and the remaining 11% described other variables outside the research model as an example location, service quality and infrastructure facilities. The result of path analysis shows that the influence of trust through satisfaction is the most dominant influence in influencing customer loyalty of PD saving. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty; (2) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty; (3) the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty. The type of research (explanatory effect). Samples of 110 respondents of savings accounts in BRI branch Samarinda. This study uses survey methode and data collection methods using questionnaires. Analysis of data used path analysis. Results of the path analysis can be seen that: (1) service quality variable have a significant effect on customer satisfaction variable; (2) service quality variable have a significant influence on customer loyalty variable; (3) customer satisfaction variable do not have a significant effect on customer loyalty variable.

Customer satisfaction is an important element in determining and maintaining and growing the company. To be able to develop loyalty among its customers, banks need to know what factors influence loyalty and assess their performance in these factors. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The number of respondents of this study were 117 respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interview and questionnaire. This research uses instrument test by using path analysis technique. Based on the analysis result found that service quality variable have positive and significant effect to company image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. So the better the service quality of PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga, it will increase customer loyalty in PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in Denpasar City. Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Corporate image proved able to mediate positively and significantly influence between service quality to customer loyalty.

Purpose – The methodology of mobile commerce as a significant application for both enterprises and customers are becoming crucial, but few studies discuss the usage attitude toward and customer satisfaction with mobile application (app) services in the life insurance industry. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of attitude toward using life insurers’ mobile app services on customer satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach – The study is based on a questionnaire survey of 538 respondents in Taiwan. The data are analyzed through ANOVA, multiple regression, and path analysis. Findings – The results indicate that all variables significantly and positively affected usage attitude. Among them, compatibility had the most significant influence. In addition, consumers’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively affected customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the path analysis result demonstrates that usage attitude is the most significant factor for customer satisfaction, and the second-most important factor is the cognition of compatibility’s indirect effect on usage attitude. Originality/value – The paper extends our understanding of the insured’s usage attitude toward and satisfaction with life insurers’ app services by integrating the technology acceptance model and innovation diffusion theory. The results have practical implications for reinforcing customer relationship management and contribute to fulfilling the need for marketing evidence in life insurance.

This research is about the activities carried out by PT Bank ICB Bumiputera, Tbk in the use of brand strategy and service marketing mix by looking at its effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.Data processing was done by using path analysis, this research is quantitative with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents. The results of the first study showed that there is a significant influence between brand equity and marketing mix on customer satisfaction.      The results of the second study show that there is a significant influence of brand quantity, service marketing mix and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This research is important information for PT Bank ICB Bumiputera by considering the variables mentioned above so that it can carry out marketing activities that will increase market share and the number of customers

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, test and explain the effect of servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) on customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, and test and explain the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on Mayang Collection.The population in this study were customers of the Mayang Collection Kepanjen store who had a member card and made a repeat purchase. Population research or population study so that the number of samples in this study is a number of population, amounting to 93 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method, which is a method used to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing (Nazir, 2005).Based on the results of the static test all the indicators in this study are valid, and the variables are reliable. The results of the servqual analysis show that the difference or gap between customer expectations and employee performance has a total average which is at the moderate classification level (Parasuraman table, 1990) or service quality in Mayang Collection stores is quite good. This means that customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service provided at Mayang Collection is quite good. The path analysis test results (path analysis) show that there is no significant influence between servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) to customer satisfaction. This proves that service quality has a long-lasting influence in shaping customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Mayang Collection stores are advised to pay more attention to and improve other factors besides service quality in increasing customer satisfaction, because with increasing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will be formed easily.Keywords: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty

The purpose of this study is to find out is there any influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variable on customer Dunkin’ Donuts in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. This research using non-probability sampling with judgemental sampling as sampling category. This research take 220 people as a respondents of the sample object. The respondents of this research is the customer Dunkin 'Donuts men and women aged 18-50 years who have made a purchase and consume directly at the Dunkin' Donuts at least 2 times in the last 3 months. The instruments used is an observation, documentation, interview and questionnaire that analyzed using a Likert scale. Analysis of data using path analysis. The result of this research showed that there is any influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variable.

This study aims to analyze the impact of servqual to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as the intermediary variable on regional bank BPR and BPD in Yogyakarta. Simple regression, multiple regression, and path analysis are used as the analysis tools. This study indicates that servqual significantly affects to customer satisfaction, customer loyalty of regional bank. Furthermore, customer satisfaction also significantly affects to customer loyalty of regional bank and the interaction of servqual impact to customer loyalty moderated by customer satisfaction.Keywords: servqual, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, regional bank
