The scientific article is devoted to the analysis of problematic issues related to the donation agreement for the future. Despite the fact that the topic of the gift agreement is quite common and sufficiently disclosed in scientific articles, textbooks, manuals and monographs, problematic aspects of the gift agreement with the obligation to transfer the gift in the future is still not given due attention. Due to the lack of interest in this type of contract, there is a small amount of research that is not able to fully disclose its content. It is established that the basis for the existence of the donation agreement for the future was the enshrinement in the Civil Code of Ukraine of the possibility of consensus of the donation agreement itself. The paper indicates possible options for the transfer of the thing in the future, as well as the essential conditions, the violation of which entails the invalidity of this type of contract. In addition, much attention is paid to the features of the gift agreement with the obligation to transfer the gift in the future, which are not enshrined in law, but they can be easily identified by analyzing scientific papers and articles of the Civil Code of Ukraine on donations. This article considers such a feature of the contract of gift for the future as its gratuitousness, which is characterized by its imperative. Occasionally, the connection of gratuitousness with the reasons and motives of the gift is determined, because the donor, concluding this type of contract may express some gratitude to the person, seek to provide him with financial assistance, or encourage the person to take beneficial actions. That is why much attention is paid to the study of practical cases related to reciprocal satisfaction, which goes beyond the contract of gift for the future. In addition, the motives for such actions and the real threats that may be faced by the gifted. The next, related to the problematic aspects of the contract of donation for the future, is the considered feature of the property of the alienated property. It also analyzes the possibility of donating a thing that the donor does not yet own. The scientific work argues the refusal to perform the contract on condition of loss of the thing, its withdrawal from circulation, as well as the refusal of the gifted person to accept the gift. At the same time, the rights of the donor and the gifted are considered, in case of death of one of them after the relevant term, term, adjournment, but until the actual transfer or acceptance of the gift, outlines the difference between the gift agreement and the will. The results of the article emphasize the need for further elaboration and more thorough study of the problematic issues of the donation agreement for the future, as well as the improvement of civil legislation in this area.

Scientific writing is one of the requirements in the promotion of elementary school teachers. However, the elementary school teachers who make scientific work are still very limited. The teachersare still experiencing difficulties for the promotion because of the requirements to write scientific papers. It is estimated that teachers have difficulty in writing scientific papers due to lack of knowledge and ability in making scientific papers. For this reason, there must be an activity to provide knowledge and skills for elementary school teachers, especially elementary school teachers in Pademawu Pamekasan  in the form of training or workshops for the writing of scientific papers. This activity has been carried out in conjunction with the KKN 2019 period and was followed by 30 (thirty) elementary school teachers in Pademawu Pamekasan. The methods used in this training are questions and answers, demonstrations, and practices. The target of this training activity is to obtain significant knowledge for elementary school teachers in Pademawu Pamekasan about how a teacher has the will and skills to make scientific papers so as to increase knowledge and at the same time increase his/her income. Another achievement is to obtain a picture of the teacher's ability to write scientific papers on how to identify, choose, and formulate research topics; arrange and organize the writing framework; collect reference materials as a basis for written theory; pouring ideas into written form; check the level of authenticity of scientific papers that have been made; as well as publishing scientific papers that have been made.

The format of science papers and articles now have hardly changed since the 17th century, even though research methods and published content have evolved immensely. Why do scientists produce innovative modern-day research, but still publish it in a 400-year-old format? What can we do to produce scientific articles ‘of the future’ that better serve the global, collaborative, and data-rich science of the 21st century? Alberto Pepe, Senior Director, Strategy and Innovation, Atypon and Matteo Cavalleri, Publisher, Wiley will be discussing Wiley’s vision of the scientific article, and how preprints, interactive figures, multimedia elements and code integration are innovating scholarly publications. Scientific work evaluation is becoming an urgent and even a sharp question, raising various discussions as never before. A new science and study institutions’ scientific work evaluation methodics has been in force in Lithuania since July 10th, 2010. A special attention is paid to formal evaluation problems. Expert evaluation is an object of discussion as well. One of the essential methodics ideas is that institutions are compared according to scientific work being carried out in them, using general activity evaluation indexes in science and art fields and directions. It is absolutely not clear, why the indexes being used are general according to directions and fields. Only the fact, that social and humanitarian sciences are joined into one group and thus, these science field works will practically be evaluated the same, is illogical. It is absolutely obvious, that economics and philology work evaluation is virtually different, isn’t it? There are various inaccuracies and incompleteness in the methodics. Let’s say, it is not clear, in general, what the difference is between “scientific article” and “academic publication”. The concept “higher school textbook” has been under discussion. But, how is that related to science? Textbook is a didactic but not a scientific work. Though science production evaluation criteria are not stable or universal, however, axial things remain the same. It is almost universally acknowledged, that the most important science production elements are: research books, monographs, journals, chapters in research book, proceedings, conference presentation, patent. Thus, science quality, science policy formation and other related questions are very urgent in Lithuania. There is no clear and distinct science policy formation mechanism. The expansion of science seeking only pragmatic aims leads only to a deadlock. Science, first of all, is cognition, creation of knowledge. Therefore, it is necessary to keep and develop science for the sake of cognition but not just for money. Key words: scientific work evaluation, evaluation criteria, science imitation, quality.

We cannot be sure exactly what will happen, we can only estimate by using a particular method, where each method must have the formula to create a regression equation and a formula to calculate the confidence level of the estimated value. This paper conveys a method of estimating the future values, in which the formula for creating a regression equation is based on the assumption that the future value will depend on the difference of the past values divided by a weight factor which corresponding to the time span to the present, and the formula for calculating the level of confidence is to use "the Haryadi Index". The advantage of this method is to remain accurate regardless of the sample size and may ignore the past value that is considered irrelevant.

An allergic reaction to mosquitoes can result in severe or abnormal local or systemic reactions such as anaphylaxis, angioedema, and general urticarial or wheezing. The aim of this review is to provide information on mosquito saliva allergens that can support the production of highly specific recombinant saliva allergens. In particular, candidate allergens of mosquitoes that are well suited to the ecology of mosquitoes that occur mainly in East Asia will be identified and introduced. By doing so, the diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe sensitivity to mosquito allergy will be improved by predicting the characteristics of East Asian mosquito allergy, presenting the future direction of production of recombinant allergens, and understanding the difference between East and West.

IntroductionEnglish is the lingua franca of science. How well doctors understand English is therefore crucial for their understanding of scientific articles. However, only 5% of the world’s population have English as their first language.MethodsObjectives: To compare doctors’ comprehension of a scientific article when read in their first language (Norwegian) versus their second language (English). Our hypothesis was that doctors reading the article in Norwegian would comprehend the content better than those reading it in English.Design: Parallel group randomised controlled trial. We randomised doctors to read the same clinical review article in either Norwegian or English, before completing a questionnaire about the content of the article.Setting: Conference in primary care medicine in Norway, 2018.Participants: 130 native Norwegian-speaking doctors, 71 women and 59 men. One participant withdrew before responding to the questionnaire and was excluded from the analyses.Interventions: Participants were randomly assigned to read a review article in either Norwegian (n=64) or English (n=66). Reading time was limited to 7 min followed by 7 min to answer a questionnaire.Main outcome measures: Total score on questions related to the article content (potential range −9 to 20).ResultsDoctors who read the article in Norwegian had a mean total score of 10.40 (SD 3.96) compared with 9.08 (SD 3.47) among doctors who read the article in English, giving a mean difference of 1.32 (95% CI 0.03 to 2.62; p=0.046). Age was independently associated with total score, with decreased comprehension with increasing age.ConclusionThe difference in comprehension between the group who read in Norwegian and the group who read in English was statistically significant but modest, suggesting that the language gap in academia is possible to overcome.

Objectives: There are no regulations governing the practice of acupuncture in Lebanon as it is not yet registered as a profession. To our knowledge, no studies have ever been conducted in Lebanon regarding the practice of acupuncture. The purpose of this preliminary study was to explore the knowledge of Lebanese physicians about acupuncture, with the intent of conducting larger scale studies and developing strategies aimed at refining this knowledge in the future, and the ultimate goal of setting guidelines for acupuncture practice in Lebanon. Methods: An online survey looking into physicians’ knowledge of acupuncture, its mechanisms of action, effectiveness, indications and safety, and physicians’ understanding of its concepts, was circulated to 4651 physicians registered in the Lebanese orders of physicians. Results: One hundred forty-nine physicians (3.2%) completed the survey. Most study respondents stated that they were unaware of the difference between traditional Chinese acupuncture (TCA) and Western medical acupuncture (WMA). Overall, 30% of respondents had personally used and/or referred patients for acupuncture. Physicians who had personally tried acupuncture were more likely to refer patients for acupuncture (p < 0.001). Those who know the difference between WMA and TCA were more likely to have tried or referred for acupuncture (p = 0.004). 72% believed that acupuncture and other integrative medicine modules should be introduced in medical curricula in Lebanon. Conclusion: Interest in acupuncture among physicians in Lebanon appears to be limited, based on the low response rate. Among respondents, physicians who had tried or referred patients for acupuncture appeared to be more well informed about different acupuncture styles.
