Nowadays, power wheelchair is one of the most important vehicles for people with physical disabilities such as paralysis, stroke, handicap and many more. Electric wheelchair which is also called electric - power wheelchair or powerchair can be moved by an el ectrically based power source, regularly motor or batteries. It is very important to have frequent monitoring battery level because power wheelchair need sufficient battery level for it to be moved around. Therefore, this project is developed to monitor th e battery consumption level and real time battery monitoring. Current sensor is used to measure the current state of the battery level. In this project, Internet of Things (IoT) concept is applied where sensor and mobile application is integrated and know n as BLife. Blife was designed using the visibility of the system status principles which consist of knowledge is power, appropriate feedback, compel user to action and communication creates trusts. If the battery is in the lower state, the power wheelcha ir users will be informed through mobile application via an indicator informing that it needs to be recharged. Moreover, the current location of the power wheelchair user is also notified to the users’ caretaker. Evaluation of Blife were conducted using fu nctionality and usability testing based on visibility of the system status technique. Most of the respondents are satisfied and gave positive feedback. This project is a great contribution to disable people who has limited access to charge battery and to a lert them on their battery level status.

The article describes the use of BYOD technology (Bring Your Own Device) in educational practice using the Lecture Racing mobile application. This application provides feedback between the teacher and students both in the classroom and during distance learning, contributes to the visualization of educational material and, in general, the informatization of the educational process. The purpose of the study is to conduct a theoretical analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of BYOD technology in Russia and abroad, and to test the benefits of using this technology in educational practice using the specific mobile application. During the study, an analysis of scientific, theoretical and practical literature on BYOD technology was carried out. In the process of experimental work, test tasks were the instrument of measuring knowledge and skills of students. As a result of a theoretical analysis and study of the practical possibilities of using BYOD technology (using the Lecture Racing mobile application as an example), it was found that this technology allows you to visualize information that is displayed in real time on the screen of each student's mobile device, regardless of its location. This technology also allows both the student and the teacher to quickly work with information, provide feedback, receive an independent assessment (since the assessment is set automatically), saves time, and develops the information culture of students.

The article deals with the issues of improving the editors of mnemonic diagrams embedded in the programs of automated control systems for electric power facilities. It is proposed to extend the functions of mnemonic circuit editors from the usual modification of the mnemonic circuit in accordance with the reconstruction of the object of control and management to the formation of modified circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams of secondary circuits. In addition, a preliminary assessment was made of the possibility of analyzing the current state of the electric power facility and making recommendations for its management.

The electric power industry is a basic sector of Russia's economy that creates necessary conditions for the activity of productive forces and life of the population. The results of electric power industry reorganization in our country are rather ambiguous. The structural changes were carried without taking the vertical integration principles in consideration, which had a significant impact on the pricing policy and investment programs. The results of studying the current state of the sector in the Russian Federation are presented, and recommendations on solving the existing problems based on the vertical integration principles are given. It is pointed out that vertically integrated companies that manage generation, distribution, transmission, and sales do not come in contradiction with the market conditions and, what is more, guarantee the power supply reliability. The relevance of this problem is stemming from the fact that the prices for electricity have a significant influence on the country economy as a whole. Under the currently existing conditions of the rapidly changing world policy, it is especially important to use vertical integration for gaining the maximum efficiency. Thus, these principles are the basis for creating an optimal market structure.

The state-of-art methods designed for object tracking are instant-based. No previous data will be stored in these methods. In current scenario, continuous tracking of the vehicle is important in providing more security, but the amount of data and power utilization will be high that affects the cost of the system. Designing and development of data logger tool will meet the demand. The track record for Trip, Ignition, Engine Temperature, Distance Travelled, Fuel consumption, Speed Violations, Engine Break Down Conditions, etc. are maintained by sensing the vehicle along with the Geographical locations and get stored in the data logger. The stored data provides more security for the rider as well as dependents and also for government organizations like RTO, Traffic department, etc., This work concentrated on data acquisition and vehicle automation using the Designed Server and Mobile Application for tracking and control. The current location of the vehicle, the speed of the vehicle, ignition on/off status, etc., can be tracked

It is necessary to understand what cross-subsidization is - good or bad, evil or good, a problem that needs to be solved, or a necessity that should exist now. In my report, I will talk about the essence and history of the emergence of the phenomenon of cross-subsidization, I will describe the current state in order to understand where we are now, and the promising trends of this phenomenon that exist in public space, legislation, the heads and minds of science and government. I will also present a model for assessing the functioning of a consumer under conditions of work in the power system and in the case of his transition to its own generation with different amounts of cross-subsidization, I will dwell on the results of the simulation. The generated model is a toolkit for market participants that will help them choose the most profitable and efficient way of supplying energy.

THE PURPOSE. To analyze scenarios for the development of the energy complex of one of the regions of the North-East of Russia for the period up to 2030 with a target vision until 2050. This will require an analysis of the current state of the energy complex; show the latest changes in the power supply system; propose promising areas for the transfer of electricity. METHODS. To assess the current state of the electric power industry, from the point of view of the most efficient use of natural energy resources and the potential of the energy sector of the economy, methods of collecting and processing statistical data were applied. For the technical assessment of the state of electric power facilities, analytical and logical- probabilistic methods for determining reliability were applied. To predict energy consumption, mathematical modeling methods were used with the construction of approximating polynomials. RESULTS. The article evaluates the strategic and moderate scenarios for the development of the energy sector of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in modern conditions, taking into account the increase in the energy efficiency of the region's economy. The indicators of electricity consumption throughout the republic, the Western Energy District and the decentralized power supply zone were subject to assessment. Long-term forecasts made do not confirm the development of events according to a more stringent strategic scenario. At the same time, the results for the moderate scenario are fully correlated with both the current state of the energy sector and the prospects for its development. CONCLUSION. Analysis of the current state and assessment of scenarios for the development of the energy sector of the republic's economy showed an increase in the reliability of power supply systems when organizing a "ring" in the Western Energy District; increase in useful electricity consumption by 2030; increase in electricity production; changes in the structure of electricity production.

This paper provides information about the current state of the energy system in Kazakhstan. Also, analyzing the technical condition of the structure of the Kazakhstan electro power station, a mathematical model for complex power systems is developed. Algorithms of control with Adams-Bashforth multistep method are developed. There has been conducted the analysis and assessment of significant factors affecting the forecasted dynamics of electric power consumption, built based on multivariate regression and cointegration models.
