INTELLIGENT MNEMONIC EDITOR IN ELECTRIFICATION

The article deals with the issues of improving the editors of mnemonic diagrams embedded in the programs of automated control systems for electric power facilities. It is proposed to extend the functions of mnemonic circuit editors from the usual modification of the mnemonic circuit in accordance with the reconstruction of the object of control and management to the formation of modified circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams of secondary circuits. In addition, a preliminary assessment was made of the possibility of analyzing the current state of the electric power facility and making recommendations for its management.

This  article  examines  the  current  state  of  soil  and  water  resources,  farmland  t.ch.i  Azerbaijan  Republic,  the problem of progressive water and wind soil degradation , the need for the organization of agriculture , taking into account the introduction of automated control systems for irrigation using water saving technology and hardware equipment in it, the study of the characteristics a nd analysis of experience implementing measures to stabilize ecological and drainage system of agriculture in conditions of insufficient moisture areas in the country , as well as basic aspects of development of environmental reclamation approach  balanced, rational  use of a particular system  of  crop  rotation  and  crop taking  into  account  the  requirements  of  economic  development  and environmental management. Abstract This paper provides an overview of the state of existing systems of predictable control of the polymerization process. It includes a literature and patent survey of the presented mathematical models of the processes that occur during chemical polymerization reactions and analyzes techniques of controlling the processes of designing, manufacturing, modeling and construction of automated control systems. A critical analysis of existing modeling and control systems is given. The most promising software complexes ready for use in the process of designing of materials and products from photopolymers with predetermined structural properties have been identified. The analysis of a standard technological process as an object of control, by the example of the presented algorithm of the functioning of a particular production unit, showed the possibility of improving the existing automated systems of its control. By this example the authors prove the possibility of constructing automated process control systems, as well as those of photopolymerization, which will stabilize physical and chemical processes when manufacturing products from photopolymers. At the end of the research it was made possible to determine the purpose and objectives of further research of the authors aimed at creating the following complex: a software for the development of materials with specified structural properties; development of mathematical tools for calculation and modeling of photopolymerization processes; construction of automated control systems for technological processes of manufacturing products from photopolymer structural materials.

Current state of the development and implementation of automated control systems in the defense forces is analyzed. Taking into account of experience, gained during antiterrorist operation (Joint Forces Operation), the specifics of control systems functioning has been given. It is defined that automated control system is being developed by creation of hierarchical structure separately for each component of defense forces and, above all, is aimed on meeting its own needs. The main activities which might provide a system approach to development and implementation of a single automated control system in the defense forces have been identified.

For the functioning of the system of gas supply deals with methods of solving the problem of static evaluation. In the diagnosis of the technical state of functioning of gas supply systems in the software of the automated control systems need to solve the problem of static evaluation. In the real world there is a lack of experimental data on the state of functioning of gas supply systems. Using modern scientific approach to the formation of psevdoizmereny in the problem of static evaluation will be possible to overcome the uncertainty of operating information systems. Availability of full information about the current state of the system will ensure its security at the expense of efficiency prinyantiya decisions in the event of accidents or change the mode of operation.

To obtain reliable data on the properties of liquid metal and create automated control systems, the technological process of molding with crystallization under pressure is studied. A mathematical model of the input and output process parameters is developed. It is established that the compressibility of the melt can represent the main controlled parameter influencing on the physical-mechanical properties of the final products. The obtained castings using this technology are not inferior in their physical and mechanical properties to those produced by forging or stamping.
