The rapid growth in Information Communication and Technologies (ICT) has brought remarkable changes in the recent years. ICT is becoming increasingly important in daily lives and in educational system. As the teacher plays a very essential role in the management of learning, they should possess training in using the most modern technologies in the field of education. So the teachers’ perception is important as it forms a tendency which helps them to be favourable or unfavourable towards the usage of the most modern technology in the field of education in future when they go out for teaching.

O desenvolvimento das TIC e a aplicação de novos instrumentos e conceitos por meio da comunicação on-line, oferecem oportunidades incomparáveis para troca rápida de informações e interações sociais para os alunos e causam expansão da informação, acesso fácil, rápido e de baixo custo. A instituição de ensino, como guardiã da educação e do treinamento, pode ser responsável pela produção de conhecimento e eficiência no processo educacional, aumentando assim o conhecimento de alunos e professores. Portanto, este estudo tem como objetivo combinar o aprendizado eletrônico com o aprendizado tradicional e fornecer aprendizado combinado no desenvolvimento profissional dos professores. Como a missão mais importante da educação é a capacitação de recursos humanos capaz e eficiente, recomenda-se o uso de estudos e experiências anteriores e, contando com a cultura e as fontes indígenas, deve responder a essa pergunta se o aprendizado combinado pode ser usado como um padrão inovador no desenvolvimento profissional dos professores no sistema educacional do Irã. Para responder a essa pergunta, a presente pesquisa foi realizada com o método descritivo-analítico. Agora, com o uso da moderna tecnologia da informação e comunicação, além dos tutoriais virtuais on-line, simultânea ou não-simultânea, é formado um novo tipo de treinamento, o Blended Learning, que é combinado às salas de aula tradicionais e refere-se ao território onde tradicional e eletrônica o aprendizado é usado tanto para treinar os alunos. Usando a Internet e os sistemas multimídia, uma variedade de ferramentas pode ser fornecida para melhorar a qualidade da aprendizagem e também o acesso rápido e fácil aos recursos de informação e, com atividades presenciais, podem ser preparados elementos de interação no treinamento. Assim, com a ajuda das tecnologias e da mídia digital e da criação de um currículo centrado no aluno, a concepção de casos, ensino, aprendizagem, avaliação e avaliação no ambiente de aprendizado eletrônico será otimizada. Uma das necessidades dos sistemas educacionais na era da informação é o cultivo de professores sábios e atenciosos em instituições de treinamento de professores que são competentes para resolver problemas modernos da educação e inovar soluções criativas. O topo da forma para esse fim, o aprendizado misto (baseado em rede) por meio de novos métodos de treinamento, fornece a base necessária para melhorar a qualidade da educação e o treinamento de professores sofisticados e fornece uma maneira eficaz de alcançar as metas proeminentes da educação. A instrução combinada mudou as oportunidades educacionais e as ferramentas práticas também estão disponíveis para professores e designers de instrução.

Modern technologies, which provide fast and accurate acquisition of high-resolution spatial data, have found widespread application in the monitoring of coastal processes. This paper reports the results of four years’ monitoring of a huge deflation/blowout/wind-scour basin dynamics at the Vistula Spit (southeast coast of the Baltic Sea). Information about the volume and size dynamics together with deflation/accumulation schemes and 3D elevation maps is presented. Basing on the obtained results, forecast of the deflation basin dynamics for 2016 was proposed. This paper implements the Terrestrial Laserscanning (TLS) method to the coastal processes investigation and demonstrates its high potential in this field.

ABSTRACT: On the thirteenth of each month, from October 1990 until May 1994, Nancy Fowler appeared on the porch of a farmhouse in Conyers, Georgia, to deliver the message she had received from an apparition of the Virgin Mary. On apparition days, up to 80,000 people brought rosaries and cameras to the grounds of the farm. This essay analyzes the use of traditional religious discourse and modern technologies such as photography by participants in the Conyers gatherings. Participants have also employed electronic mail and electromagnetic wave measurements to verify and legitimate the monthly apparitions. My analysis suggests that Conyers brings together traditional Marian discourse and modern technology to create a dynamic and popular religious setting.

The Malay folklore is something that our ancestor inherits to us for so long now. Nowadays, Malaysian folklore is beginning to fade from the face of our country due to the western media that’s beginning to dominate the world. Youngsters nowadays prefer to watch western movies and western related stories rather than our own folklore. Not only that, youngsters nowadays is keen towards the western culture due to the innovation of modern technology such as tablets, smartphones, and other devices. There are three important objectives in this research. First is to determine the suitable Malaysian folklore to be converted into an interactive comic. Second is to give a new experience to the audience to enjoy and attract youngsters nowadays. The third is to test the effectiveness of this interactive comic to the young generation from age 13 to 15 years old. This interactive comic is for youngsters who nowadays don’t know about the Malaysian folklore and to prevent it from fading from the eyes of our country. As a conclusion, this research is to help preserve and protect our Malaysian folklore from extinction by using modern technologies.

The relevance of the paper lies in the need of garment manufacture in highly qualified technical designers, who can apply their artistic, creative and art skills in practice and have knowledge not only about design, clothing technology but also about artistic courses aimed at developing artistic and creative competence. The paper aims to study the components of artistic and creative competence of clothing technical designers in the scientific literature and analyze the essence of this competence. Methods: a classic analysis of psycho-pedagogical, scientific and methodological literature, legal acts and documents, educational and methodical documents and proceedings of conferences to generalize conceptual approaches to solving the problem under study to reveal the essence of artistic and creative competence of clothing technical designers; generalization – to integrate and group different classifications of artistic and creative competence into an integral unity, which manifests itself in the ability of the individual to work effectively in the professional field to formulate relevant conclusions. Results. The paper studies and reveals the components of artistic and creative competence of clothing technical designers. Also, it contains a theoretical analysis of recent publications on the study of artistic, creative, as well as artistic and creative competences. The paper shows that artistic and creative competence plays a leading role in the structure of the professional competence of students majoring in Light Industry Technologies. The mobile applications industry has had significant growth in the last few years. Mobile phones are everywhere since we use them in every part of our daily lives for entertainment, communication and other various uses. Unfortunately, there was also a substantial increase the number of autism cases in kids around the world, which has prompted for a dire need of a therapy method that is cheap, reliable and accessible for everyone who needs it. Researchers have tried several methods, like robotics and virtual reality, to help in the therapy of autistic children. While their results were promising, these technologies are still out of reach of most users due to their high cost. Mobile phones, however, are much more accessible since everyone has one, and they have a wide array of useful gadgets that can be used in making the therapy sessions more engaging and fun such as cameras, accelerometers, speakers, microphones and others. This project aims to design and implement an interactive learning environment based on a mobile application for teaching kids with special needs.
