The article deals with the analysis of situations of uncertainty in various spheres of modern society life that have arisen as a result of the rapid development of digital technologies; virtualization of many components of modern human life; the increasing role of visual information in communication; drastic changes in the labor market, in intellectual practices and the formation of new requirements for the education and vocational training system. We have proposed to analyze such situations using the principle of “incomplete comprehension of object”, and we carried out a consideration of its content and indicated its methodological role. To our mind, one of the most important features of this principle is the focus on a set of ambiguous, non-obvious links between the internal elements of an object, as well as during its interactions with agents of external influence in a situation of uncertainty. Besides, we examined its heuristic and predictive capabilities using examples of analysis of specific typical situations in various spheres of social life, primarily related to the labor market and education in a digital culture.

The family is considered as the nucleus of human societies. Interest in them and preserving its adherence together is preserving the adherence to together of the  society. It is true that the adherence together of the family starts from its inside, but  it is connected with many systems that support it and  make it able  to face the change which occur in  human life. From here the teaching and educational system forms the most important   of these systems in reinforcing security in general and family security in particular. Teaching  is based in its formation on three basic axes: the teacher, the teaching curricula and the student. From here this research comes to uncover the role of the Palestinian  teaching  curricula in reinforcing family security, and this is through  clarifying the relationship of the direct and indirect school curricula in raising the awareness which is connected with preserving an integrated and stable family, which is able to face the requirements of life under globalization and openness on the world on the one hand, and facing the attempts of Occupation which   aim to control the Palestinian society through controlling the family. The interest by the teaching curriculum means providing teaching materials which preserve the family on the levels  of security, the creed, thought and ethics. All of this prevents all that which penetrates into the family and contributes in its disassembling and its collapse. It is no doubt that the teaching curricula  remain the hostage  of the books without the availability of teaching  staffs who have the ability to transform the theoretical subjects  into a life behavior through evaluating the reality , and helping in spreading the culture can contributes in holding  the family together, and that the position of the teacher is not restricted  to delivering the teaching subject, but rather it goes beyond it to evaluating  and evaluating its role in influencing  the social life which is connected with the students. This study comes to know the role of the Palestinian curricula in reinforcing  the family security from the  point of view of teachers of the secondary stage of education

The issue of social education has an important place in the teaching of the Church. In the pronouncements of the II Vatican Council the need for the formation of the basis of the constructive and responsible participation of children in social life has been noted. Such directions of education have been developed in the teaching after the Council. Even more strongly has it been underlined that the integral education of man demands formation towards the essential values of human life and a gradual introduction of children to responsibility for the formation of the civilization of love in the contemporary world.A large part of the pronouncements of the Church and of the Popes must be seen as the reaction to the changes taking place in the world. But, independently from the period of history, the Church has always underlined the irreplaceable and primary role of the family in the personal-social education of the child.

Abstractthe whole world has been made aware of the importance of sustaining human life on this earth. The economic improvement felt in the last decade is the result of increasing industrialization around the world. This has a fairly serious impact in terms of natural damage and social life. Fundamental changes are urgently needed to break the chain of socio-environmental damage that threatens the survival of future generations. These fundamental changes can be started from changes in the concept of education. Education is still considered the key to development both in terms of human resources and innovation. The article outlines two traditions of philosophical thought proposing each their understanding of human rights. The significance of these two traditions goes beyond the question of rights and touches on the role of morality in human life. One tradition considers that humans have limited social obligations towards each other in order to ensure peaceful co-existence, while the other tradition considers moral perfection an essential aim of social life, thus enabling man to realize its humanity. This outline is attended by a critique of Samuel Moyn’s book The Last Utopia. Finally, the article proposes a third conception based on autonomy.

Despite the historical realm of security, this concept has been proposed as a social issue only in the modern era and has been tried to be studied empirically. In fact, Islam has considered social security as an important principle in human life and has made other issues dependent on social security. Therefore, the most important issue of urbanisation is social security. Those who commit social offences often do not have a positive view of their society and sometimes of the whole creation and regard social systems and sometimes the universe unhealthy and deviating. In addition, they think that they cannot obtain their true right in an acceptable and natural routine. Islam, along with warning and fear, which can eliminate the root and origin of sin and deviation, has emphasised and encouraged the heavenly reward and worldly happiness. Therefore, the present study aimed to determine the role of Islamic lifestyle in social security in Volga Region in Russia.
