The family is considered as the nucleus of human societies. Interest in them and preserving its adherence together is preserving the adherence to together of the  society. It is true that the adherence together of the family starts from its inside, but  it is connected with many systems that support it and  make it able  to face the change which occur in  human life. From here the teaching and educational system forms the most important   of these systems in reinforcing security in general and family security in particular. Teaching  is based in its formation on three basic axes: the teacher, the teaching curricula and the student. From here this research comes to uncover the role of the Palestinian  teaching  curricula in reinforcing family security, and this is through  clarifying the relationship of the direct and indirect school curricula in raising the awareness which is connected with preserving an integrated and stable family, which is able to face the requirements of life under globalization and openness on the world on the one hand, and facing the attempts of Occupation which   aim to control the Palestinian society through controlling the family. The interest by the teaching curriculum means providing teaching materials which preserve the family on the levels  of security, the creed, thought and ethics. All of this prevents all that which penetrates into the family and contributes in its disassembling and its collapse. It is no doubt that the teaching curricula  remain the hostage  of the books without the availability of teaching  staffs who have the ability to transform the theoretical subjects  into a life behavior through evaluating the reality , and helping in spreading the culture can contributes in holding  the family together, and that the position of the teacher is not restricted  to delivering the teaching subject, but rather it goes beyond it to evaluating  and evaluating its role in influencing  the social life which is connected with the students. This study comes to know the role of the Palestinian curricula in reinforcing  the family security from the  point of view of teachers of the secondary stage of education

From the point of view of the demographic movement of the population, the continuous negative natural increase of the population is worrying, with an increasingly pronounced difference between the number of deaths and the number of newborns. If the trend of migration of the able-bodied population to Western European countries is added to that, the prospects for economic and social development are pessimistic. In order to increase the birth rate, it is noticeable that in Bosnia and Herzegovina the so-called natalism or pronatalism is used, a political ideology that promotes the reproduction of human life or, perhaps more accurately, sees the primary role of women as mothers in order to increase the domicile population. Populist measures in the form of cash benefits for the birth of a larger number of children, child allowance or the establishment of an alimony fund cannot be the basis for creating a pronatal policy. Birth policy must cover all spheres of life and focus on the family and not just on a woman.

The interest in the role of family in social life in this modern era is growing stronger. On the one hand, this is the result of the declining degree of cohesiveness and disorientation of the family due to industrialization and individualization. On the other hand, it is the effect of the increasing expectation of society toward family institution as the result of the failure of the institutions outside family circles to implant and defend some values in life. This article is trying to see how a family can play a role in building national character, viewed especially from Islamicperspectives. In a specific way, this article shows how Islamic teachings give guidance concerning matters relating to the functions of the family.

This research deals with the work of the Muslim wife, and the consequent disagreement between the spouses regarding it and the salary of the wife, and her entitlement to the joint money. This is because there is an urgent need at this time to rooting the saying about this issue, given the rapid developments that characterize this age. As the current life has made the exit of women to work essential in light of complex social and economic conditions, this issue has become one of the most serious issues that cause conflict and discord between spouses. The research uncovered the origin of marital disputes that may occur due to the wife's work and salary, and the money earned during marriage, and I followed the comparative analytical inductive approach in it. She divided it into an introduction, a preface - in which it clarified the objectives of Islamic law in marriage - and three topics: the first presented the rights and duties of the spouses, while the second came to explain the impact of a woman’s work on the family and society, then she allocated the third to the effect of her work on her entitlement to joint money. The research concluded that knowing the two parties to the marital relationship of each of their rights and duties works to stabilize the spouses, and defuse the discord and conflict between them. Women and men are partners in the architecture of human life and succession on earth. The woman is the basis of the family, the family is the most important human institution, and the good of society is subordinate to the good of the family. The more a society is based on respect and appreciation for women, the easier it will be in establishing their rights and the further from harming them. Good cohabitation requires that the wife not do anything except with the consent of her husband, and on top of those matters is her going out to work. The development occurred - negatively or positively - in Muslim societies led to the mixing of the spouses' money. The wife's contribution to her financial and intangible effort is the motivation behind establishing her share in the joint money. Therefore, the researcher recommends that the work be undertaken to restore the correct religious concepts to society, as the man learns fatherly experiences and the experiences of living within the family, and Islam's honor to women in order to eliminate the tendencies to reduce them and their humanitarian work. Women are made aware that work is not limited to material work with pay only, and that motherhood is the ultimate in work. Limiting the issuance of public fatwas regarding the wife’s work and salary, and looking at the outcome of judgments, and the purposes of Sharia when issuing a fatwa in which no Sharia text is mentioned. Fiqh councils and the role of fatwas should bring the reality on the table to research and fatwa. The use of reason and not rigidity on the rulings decided by our venerable jurists, as long as it does not deny an opinion on the subject of Ijtihad.

Buddhism is not a new religion in Indonesia because it has existed in the country since 4th century A.C.. After that, due to the Islam domination in the country, Buddhism becomes minor religion and must seek its creative ways to maintain its existence in Indonesia. Buddhist women must be creative too when they face some Islamic concepts regarding women. It is because, many Islamic concepts have different point of view from Buddhism regarding women.Speaking about family and social life, women have pivotal role. Polygamy as the one of many issues that places women in difficult situation sounds very familiar for Indonesian people including Buddhists. This practice has happened in Indonesia in ancient time especially in the royal families. Now, the practice of polygamy flourished everywhere because it is justified and legal in Islam as majority belief in Indonesia, under certain circumstances. Actually, polygamy has also happened in the Buddhist society even during the Buddha’s time. It was shown in the story mentioned in the Dhammapada Aṭṭhakathā (Dh.A. I. 43.ff) about two wives who had endless hatred towards each other in many rebirths due to polygamy. Nevertheless, not like in Islam, it is not getting justification as practicable or recommendable even under certain circumstances. Speaking about family life, having one wife is more conducive for the betterment of spiritual and social life than having many wives. Even when having one wife, the training to not having sexual intercourse is recommendable in Buddhism four times a month during the uposatha day. “What is the impact of polygamy towards the life of Buddhist women in Indonesia?” and “how Buddhist women should lead the family life in the midst of polygamy practice for the betterment of society?” are the main issues of this article.

One of the most important aspects of medieval human life was being in a community. On the one hand, medieval city itself was such a community, whereas on the other hand, there still remained social, economic and occupational differences between its inhabitants, which in daily life dissociated people. In addition to the community in the city, the church and the family, another type of community developed in medieval cities – professional or artisan associations, fraternities or guilds. For a very long time, the studies dedicated to these organizations focused mainly on their economic, legal and organizational aspects, and hence guilds are mainly associated with their economic activities. However, the religious and social life they yielded was no less important and provided people’s daily lives with activities that complemented their spiritual and social life. The aim of the study is to review and analyse the social practices found in the source material, whereby such aspects of socialization as the formation of beneficial social contacts, maintenance of relationships, as well as mutual assistance were practiced in medieval artisan associations. Examples and their similarities in various artisan associations in Europe, including Riga, which are reported in medieval written sources, especially the statutes of these associations, will be discussed. The obtained information collected in the study confirms that associations extended beyond economic goals, as their practices promoted social contacts between members, strengthened friendships, fostered respect and responsibility for each other.

Obviously, in the context of globalization, reliance on tradition, containing in a generalized form the experience of many generations of ancestors, is one of the fundamental conditions for the sustainable development of society. From this point of view, when there is a family crisis in modern society, it is of primary interest how tradition interprets family relations, determines the place and role of the family in society, and regulates the relations between its members. No wonder that modern scholars have shown steady interest in this element of the traditional Ossetian culture. The novelty of the study reveals itself in two ways. On the one hand, for the first time, the main source of the research was not external descriptions, but the ritual tradition itself, which made it possible to obtain first-hand information. On the other hand, the article substantiates the need to appeal to the methods developed by the school of functional ethnology, the founder of which is considered to be B. Malinovsky. In the framework of the proposed approach, the main goal inevitably becomes the clarification of the myth underlying the Ossetian patriarchal family, which determines the principles of its structure and functioning. The main result of the study can be considered the identification of members of the Ossetian patriarchal family and the rights and obligations assigned to them within the framework of the Ossetian family ritual, with ritually significant parts of the sacrificial bird, the distribution of which was strictly regulated. At the same time, their steady connection with the epic cycle, defined as the “Beginning of the Narts”, also reveals itself. In this case, family ritual, in fact, appears as a form of dramatization of this plot, in which members of the patriarchal family reproduce the images of certain epic heroes who acted in the era of the creation.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.
