This study discusses the Performance Allowance in the perspective of al-'Adl in the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative descriptive study with a phenomelogical approach that explains the phenomena and their meaning for individuals by conducting interviews with a number of individuals and the location of the study was conducted at the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency. Sources of data obtained consisted of primary data sources of 12 informants, as well as secondary data. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of receiving performance allowances in the manner of payment and giving, addition, and reduction of performance allowances is in accordance with government regulations. In addition, the value of Al-'Adl is an imbalance in the receipt of performance benefits with employee performance which is assessed through employee performance appraisal. The value of Al-'Adl is that there is no equality in providing training opportunities and infrastructure for employees. The value of Al-'Adl is that there is a mismatch in the receipt of performance allowances based on the time of payment, employee workload, and employee obligations.

This study aims to determine how the Administration of State Property Through the Use of SIMAK-BMN applications at the Office of State Assets and Auction Manado to find out whether the Administration of State Property at the Office of State Assets and Auction Manado is in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations in regulating administration BMN. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Office of State Assets and Auction Services in Manado as the Accounting Unit for the Authorization of Goods Users (UAKPB) has carried out the Administration of State Property as well as recording through the use of the SIMAK-BMN application.

The purpose of this study is: 1) to find out and analyze how the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation; 2) to find out what factors are hampering the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The result of the research shows that the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation based on 7 (seven) performance evaluation indicators can be said to be not yet fully appropriate. Three categorized indicators are by performance appraisal, namely obedience, honesty, and cooperation. Meanwhile, the indicators of leadership, responsibility, and achievement are not appropriate because in the performance evaluation that indicators still less influential. And, the initiative is categorized as inappropriate because in the performance evaluation it does not become a benchmark in performance appraisal. The factors that hampered the implementation of performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation were seen from seven factors. Based on the results of the research five factors hinder the performance evaluation, are lack of objectivity, halo effect, Leniency, Strictness, and Personal Prejudices. While the other two factors, i.e. Central Tendency and Recent Behavior Bias is inappropriate because these two factors did not hamper the implementation of performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tanggapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, menguraikan horizon harapan pembaca terhadap novel Le Petit Prince, dan memaparkan faktor-faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Ada dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer mengacu pada objek penelitian, yaitu novel Le Petit Prince, sedangkan data sekunder berupa teks-teks yang memuat tanggapan pembaca novel Le Petit Prince yang terdiri atas 20 orang yang terdapat pada media massacetak dan elektronik, termasuk internet. Instrumen penelitian berupa tabel-tabel isian yang mengaitkan pembaca, tanggapan pembaca, dan horizon harapan. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dirumuskan dalam tiga poin. Pertama, seluruh pembaca menanggapi atau menilai positif unsur tema, alur, tokoh, latar, sudut pandang, gaya bahasa, teknik penceritaan, bahasa, dan isi novel Le Petit Prince. Kedua, harapan sebagian besar pembaca sebelum membaca novel Le Petit Prince sesuai dengan kenyataan ke sembilan unsur di dalam novel LePetit Prince sehingga pembaca dapat dengan mudah menerima dan memberikan pujian pada novel tersebut. Ketiga, faktor penyebab perbedaan tanggapan dan horizon harapan pembaca selain perbedaan stressing unsur yang ditanggapi juga karena perbedaan pengetahuan tentang sastra, pengetahuan tentang kehidupan dan pengalaman membaca karya sastra.(This study aims to describe the readers’ responses to the novel Le Petit Prince, the readers' horizon of hope for the novel Le Petit Prince, and the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons. This study included a type of qualitative descriptive study. There are two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source refers to the object of the research, the Le Petit Prince novel, while the secondary data is in the form of texts that contain the readers' responses of Le Petit Prince's novels consisting of 20 people, which are contained in print and electronic mass media including the internet. The research instrument is in the form of tables that link readers, readers' responses, and expectation horizons. Data is collected by means of observations and data analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research are as follows. First, all readers respond or positively assess the elements of the theme, plot, character, setting, point of view, language style, storytelling techniques, language, and contents of the Le Petit Prince novel. Second, the hope of most readers before reading the Le Petit Prince novel is in accordance with the reality of the nine elements in the novel Le Petit Prince so that readers can easily receive and give praise to the novel. Third, the factors that cause differences in responses and readers' expectation horizons in addition to differences in elemental stressing are also responded to because of differences in knowledge about literature, knowledge of life and the experience of reading literature.)

The purpose of this study was to determine how the accounting treatment of inventory on the method of recording and assessing merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju Kec. Kab. Musi Banyuasin with inventory observation periods in April and May 2020. In this study the researchers used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The types of data used are primary and secondary. Where the primary data is in the form of interviews and field observations, while the secondary data is in the form of merchandise inventory data at Bumdes Karya Maju. Data collection methods used were interviews and field observations. The results showed that the method of recording and inventory of merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju was not in accordance with SAK EMKM. Bumdes Karya Maju records merchandise inventory using an application called OMI, which has not applied any method in the application.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Go-Pay transaction process and the problem of pricing between cash transactions and Go-Pay transactions as well as the solution to the perspective of Islamic law. A qualitative research method was adopted in this study by using the approaches of juridical normative and qualitative descriptive. The data sources are drivers, merchants, consumers, and companies as primary data and other scientific papers as secondary data. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documents with the number of informants are 12 people. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out in three stages, namely; reduction, presentation, and conclusion.  The results showed that there are three important processes in Go-Pay transactions, namely: Top Up Process, Transfer Process or Withdrawal Go-Pay Balances, and Payment Process. In the process of using Go-Pay are two transactions in Islam that take place, namely transactions:  al-Ijārah (service rental) and al-Ṣarf (money exchange) transactions.  Meanwhile, the problem faced by consumers in fixing prices between cash transactions and Go-Pay transactions is a problem that can be resolved by the Decree of the Head of the Minister of Transportation No.  KP 348 of 2009. From the perspective of Islamic law, the settlement with the Go-Pay transaction system is an al-Ṣarf transaction with the legal consequence that Go-Pay transactions are allowed in shariah with the promo offered by the company as a gift.

This study has the background that the eradication and abuse of drug trafficking must be handled seriously by the government. In this study, researchers wanted to know what factors influence the prevention of eradication and abuse of drugs (P4GN) programs. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with data sources used, namely primary data and secondary data and this research was conducted using Interview and documentation methods, data analysis methods used include data reduction, Data Presentation and Interesting Conclusions. The results of the study found that the issue of communication aspects here is a very important process to determine the objectives of a policy, so far the dissemination of eradication and misuse of drug trafficking (P4GN) programs has been carried out in several districts and cities in NTB, the implementation of the P4GN program can provide an explanation to the public about what drugs are and the dangers of drugs for the life of the nation and state, the issue of the P4GN program shows the attitude and responsibility of the implementors to carry out their duties properly. Regarding the disposition aspect, the character problem or the implementor's attitude in implementing implementation is a matter that influences communication and bureaucratic structures and resources involved in the implementation of the eradication and misuse of drug trafficking (P4GN) program, the attitude and responsibility of the implementers here is sufficient well.

Zimbabwe requires USD2 billion annually until 2032 for financing economic infrastructure. However, the Government of Zimbabwe currently affords about 20% of this financing requirement leaving an 80% gap. The aim of the study was to establish the main sources of finance for economic public infrastructure and recommend alternative financing sources to supplement the current sources. The qualitative descriptive study collected primary data through 23 interviews conducted with officials from ministries of the Government of Zimbabwe, government departments and parastatal enterprises. Secondary data was obtained from documentary analysis. The study revealed bilateral loans from the China Exim Bank as the main source of finance for economic infrastructure, contributing USD2.1 billion whilst budget appropriations from the Government of Zimbabwe contributed USD1 billion during the 10-year period under study. Infrastructure finance was also obtained from development partners (USD200 million) and commercial and multilateral lenders (USD400 million). The study recommends developing a framework that promotes and protects private sector and/or innovative financiers of infrastructure through policy stability.

Murābaḥah is one of the most popular financing for Sharia Financial Institutions. Likewise, at the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta, murābaḥah financing is what customers are most interested in, therefore, among other financing products the risk is also higher. In addition, many customers choose deferred payments. This deferred payment creates several risks, one of which is financing problems. Many customers who are deemed capable are still procrastinating in terms of payment of installment obligations, this is what causes losses for the BPRS, where the more customers delay payment, the higher the level of Non Performing Financing (NPF) in a bank, causing the bank's condition to not healthy. Then the problem that will be raised in this study is how to solve the problematic murābaḥah financing in the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta and how the view of the fatwa DSN MUI towards the practice of solving the problematic murābaḥah financing in the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta. This study uses field research methods, with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection methods through interviews with informants and documentation and then analyzed with qualitative descriptive methods. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) The steps for solving problematic murābaḥah financing at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta include billing, rescheduling, restructuring, customers selling their own goods, execution of collateral, AYDA and judicial channels. (2) The mechanism for the settlement of murābaḥah financing at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta is in accordance with the MUI DSN Fatwa and POJK No. 29/POJK.03/2019, except for the Fatwa DSN MUI No. 47 / DSN-MUI / II / 2005 on the provisions of point 5 regarding exemption for customers who are truly unable to pay off their financing payments, because in its implementation the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta implementing the final solution of problematic murābaḥah financing by way of settlement through the judiciary, if the BPRS performs debt relief, only the write-off records are written off, not the write-offs. Even though it has been written off, there is still a billing.

This study aims to determine and understand the form of Akidah Akhlak learning related to the concept of mahabbah (love) Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah at Islamic Boarding School of Al-Junaidiyah Biru, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with primary data being the teacher of Akidah Akhlak subject and secondary data are documents related to these subjects. The results showed that there were five aspects in the Akidah Akhlak subject related to the concept of mahabbah (love) which was popularized by Rabi'ah al-Adawiyah which was applied to Islamic education at Islamic Boarding School of Al-Junaidiyah Biru, Bone Regency, namely: Aspects of faith, commendable morals , aspects of despicable morals, aspects of etiquette, aspects of the story. The five aspects in this study can be realized well by the students

This study proposes to contribute information in the form of a description of the limitations of economic and transport affect the marginality of primary education. The research is a qualitative descriptive study with the location of the study in Saponda Village Soropia District Konawe Regency. The collection of data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The data used are primary data obtained directly through the interview process, interviews and secondary data obtained through the village profile Saponda. The results of the study found that the form of economic marginalization community is due to the lack of government attention in efforts to improve the welfare of the community, mostly as traditional small fishermen. Moreover, limited transportation has an impact on the mobility of teachers to Saponda also limited. Besides, the public desire to deliver his son to obtain a decent education outside the village Saponda also limited. Therefore, political governments need to pay more attention to the socio-economy and transportation, especially the Bajo tribe community.
