Al-Ghazali's Thought About Sufistic Education Character in The Book Minhajul Abidin

Education character has become an important issue in the world of education lately, with the increasing and varied phenomena of moral decadence occurring in society and in government circles, especially among students. The government pays less attention to fostering education character. The government is more focused on continuous curriculum reform. This condition will get worse if the government, parents and schools or madrasah receive less serious attention. Sufistic education character is an important approach to be applied to overcome these moral decadency phenomena. Therefore, this study aims to provide alternative solutions in realizing children's education character both in the family environment, school environment and social environment. In addition, in this study the author offers several concepts of education character with the Sufistic character of al-Ghazali as in the book of Mohajul Abidin: first, preserving the eyes. The objective of this study was to determine the effects of the family environment, the previous school environment, the social environment, and the students’ attitude on the choice of the mechanical engineering expertise program in Vocational High Schools (VHSs) by the graduates of Junior High Schools. This was a correlational study which was ex post facto in nature. The study population totaled 1095 students. The sample, consisting of 300 students, was selected using the proportional random sampling technique by means of the Krejcie and Morgan formula. The data were collected through inventories, observation sheets, and documents. The content validity was assessed through expert judgment. The construct validity was assessed using the factor analysis and the reliability using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that, there were significant effects of the family environment, the previous school environment, the social environment, and attitude in the choice of mechanical engineering expertise program in VHSs by the graduates of Junior High Schools

The paper deals with issues connected with the motivation of high school students to participate in activities aimed at professional creative activity and, in this context, issues of environmental influences, especially from school and the family. It is responding to some of the growing efforts of neoliberalism to over individualize creative expression and activities and completely ignore social influences. It also takes into account the cultural legacy of past generations and the sources of creative power that have taken root in society and from which individuals draw and process their inspiration. Presented within are the results of an empirical probe focused on the influence of the social environment on the creative activity of teenagers. The paper follows the relations to the existing body of knowledge on the relationship between social environment and creativity, with an effort to capture the social conditionality of creative performances—to capture their roots. The results of the probe have confirmed the initial hypothesis that the creative efforts of secondary school students taking part in vocational training is based on the social background of the family and school. However, the family influence on the students’ creativity is not as significant as one would expect. It is the indirect effect of the family environment that has a larger influence.

Abstract Learning outcomes are changes in behavior obtained by students after experiencing learning activities. Learning outcomes include three domains, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. High and low learning outcomes achieved by students are influenced by factors of the family environment, social environment, and the association of students with peers. This study aims to analyze the influence partially (individually) or simultaneously (together) between the family environment, social environment and peer relationships simultaneously on learning outcomes. The method used is quantitative with explanatory research types and research samples of 69 students or 31% of the population taken using proportional random sampling techniques. The results showed that the family environment Social environment and peer relationships affect learning outcomes

Lampung indigenous people have valuable local wisdom that has the values of character education. The purpose of this research is to form a form of support to the government that continues to campaign for character education as an effort to restore the original character of the moral Indonesian nation and this study also aims to discover how the values of character education in the local wisdom of Lampung indigenous people namely Nengah Nyappur. This research uses descriptive-qualitative method to explore various data with library research. Nengah Nyappur as one of the elements of the philosophy of life of the people of Lampung has a character value in the form of tolerance, courtesy, and cooperation. These three character values are rooted in the daily lives of the indigenous people of Lampung. Referring to the presidential regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Character Education, Education Units and School/Madrasah Committees consider the adequacy of educators and education personnel, availability of facilities and infrastructure, local wisdom and opinions of community leaders and or religious leaders outside the School/Madrasah Committee. The third point about local wisdom feels the need for writers to review as one of the bases of character education, the writer offers local wisdom of Lampung. The findings of this study are that the values contained in Nengah Nyappur are still very relevant until now and can be applied in the family environment, community environment, and school environment.

The role of mothers in the family environment plays a quite dominant role in terms of children's education that makes a mother hold high responsibility in the progress of a nation. Therefore, a mother is required to have high self-quality to be able to educate future generations. But in reality in Indonesia there are still many quality mothers who still do not meet the needs and eligibility as a teacher in a household. For this reason, this study wants to find the level of quality of children's education from the role of a mother by conducting a study of the data obtained and found solutions to improve the quality of the mother. The results of this study indicate that with some actions will provide a positive thing for the quality and role of mothers in realizing the future of the nation through the future of a child as the successor generation of his nation.

<p>Internet is one of advanced technology. In seconds information from anywhere in the world is very easy to access than before it was invented. It would be easily just by typing a single word trough media information searching. it will display the information we want, both the positive and negative information. The problem now is that children are also familiar with the Internet media. Therefore, parents must participate to control and supervise their children when they do surfing in cyberspace. In addition to intensive supervision, early moral development should be done, if we do not want to miss. Children have fundamental rights of life and education, including teaching right to obtain information, but certainly not all of the information that is given to them must be adapted to their age level. According to the Koran, the child can be grouped to four typologies, namely children as living jewelry world, children as a test, the child as an enemy, and the child as a light eye. This is where parents have an important role in the formation of character for her children. Parents are the first educators in the family environment. Father and mother have to share a role in nurturing their children. Both should help each other, hand in hand and compact so that the coaching process goes according to plan. The roles and stages in building character for children are for example first, to the children in the noble, second, to provide opportunities for children to practice the noble character, third, giving the responsibility in accordance with the child’s development, and the fourth, supervise and directing children to be selective in the mix.</p>

All civilized countries of the world in the question of the spirit of epileptics stopped at the device of agricultural colonies. Such institutions for epileptics exist already in all countries of the educated world: in America, England, France, Germany and others; they are not only in Russia in Russia. The author vividly describes the difficult situation of epileptics in the family environment, points to their great danger to society and clarifies the urgent need to seriously address the issue of the charity of these unfortunate patients.

Functional constipation is an issue for both the patient and his/her family, affecting the patient’s psychoemotional balance, social relations, and their harmonious integration in the school environment. We aimed to highlight the connection between chronic constipation and encopresis and the patient’s psychosocial and family-related situation.Material and Method. 57 patients with ages spanning from 6 to 15 were assessed within the pediatric gastroenterology ward. Sociodemographic, medical, and psychological data was recorded. The collected data was processed using the SPSS 20 software.Results. The study group consisted of 57 children diagnosed with encopresis (43 boys (75.44%) and 14 girls (24.56%)),M=10.82years. It was determined that most of the children came from urban families with a poor socioeducational status. We identified a level of studies of11.23±5.56years in mothers, while fathers had an average number of9.35±4.53years of study. We also found a complex relationship between encopretic episodes and school performances (F=7.968,p=0.001, 95% Cl). Children with encopresis were found to have more anxiety/depression symptoms, greater social problems, more disruptive behavior, and poorer school performance.Conclusions. The study highlights the importance of the family environment and socioeconomic factors in manifestations of chronic constipation and encopresis.
