This research is motivated by the low utilization of learning facilities in schools, interests and discipline, this is seen from the lack of students utilizing learning facilities in schools such as students not going to the library during empty hours, lacking use of books in the library as a reference for learning, lack of discipline such as often being late in entering class, often in and out of the learning process and low student interest in learning as there are still chatting in class, many students who just play and pay less attention to the teacher during the learning process. This study aims to determine (1) The effect of the use of learning facilities in schools, discipline, and mutual interest in social studies learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 9 Baubau. (2) The effect of the use of learning facilities in schools on the results of social studies learning at SMP Negeri 9 at SMP Negeri 9 Baubau. (3) The effect of discipline on social studies learning outcomes in SMP Negeri 9 Baubau and (4) The influence of interest in learning outcomes at social studies at SMP Negeri 9 Baubau. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey approach. The study population was 85 and the entire population was determined as the study sample. The results showed: (1) there was an influence jointly or simultaneously the use of learning facilities in schools, discipline, and interest in social studies learning outcomes, (2) there was an influence of the use of learning facilities in schools on social studies learning outcomes, (3) there was an influence discipline in the learning outcomes of social studies, and (4) there is an influence of interest in learning outcomes in social studies.

Performance is the quantity or quality of something produced or services provided by someone doing the job. Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out a task compared to various possibilities, such as standard work results, targets or targets or criteria that have been agreed upon in advance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of principal managerial competence, work motivation and work environment on teacher performance at SMKN Sub Rayon 2, Pasuruan Regency. The population in this study were 165 people from SMKN Sub Rayon 2 Kab. Pasuruan. The sampling method using probability sampling technique used in this study is the cluster sampling method because this study has a large population area. The results showed that the Principal Managerial Competence (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the teacher performance variable (Y). The principal managerial competence variables, work motivation, and work environment were able to explain the teacher performance variables by 57.3%.

This study aims to determine the effect of Think Talk Write learning models on motivation and learning outcomes in Indonesian. The research design used was nonequivalent post-test only control group design. The population in this study were all grade IV SD 3 Sidoluhur, Lawang Malang Regency in the 2018/2019 school year. Samples were taken by random sampling technique. The data collected was analyzed with the MANOVA test. The results showed that: 1) there were significant differences in learning motivation between groups of students who were taught with Think Talk Write learning models and groups of students who were taught with conventional learning models 2) there were significant differences in Indonesian learning outcomes between groups of students who were taught with models Think to Talk Write learning and student groups that are taught with conventional learning models, 3) there are significant differences in learning motivation and Indonesian language learning outcomes between groups of students who are taught with Think Talk Write learning models and groups of students who are taught with conventional learning models.

This research is motivated by the Government which requires the application of an integrated thematic 2013 curriculum. The scientific or scientific approach is believed to be the golden bridge of the development and development of students' attitudes, skills, and knowledge. This study aims to determine the effect of thematic learning and scientific learning on student interest both simultaneously and partially at MIN I Bulungan. The research method used is quantitative-statistics using Multiple Regression Analysis. The research population of students from grade 1 to grade VI totaling 601 students, with a sample of class VI students totaling 96 students. The results showed that simultaneously thematic learning and scientific learning had an effect on student interest in learning. Partially thematic learning and scientific learning affect the learning interest of students at MIN I Bulungan.

Problem solving learning model is a learning approach that presents problems as an initial foundation to build students' critical thinking skills by skillfully solving problems. The problem presented is a problem that has a context with the real world, so it is able to encourage students to think actively in accordance with the experiences they have experienced. Researchers chose Cluster II SDN Lumbang Subdistrict Pasuruan Regency as a place of research, because with the consideration that the school had never done research, especially social studies subjects. The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) The effect of problem solving learning methods on critical thinking skills, (2) The influence of learning interest on critical thinking skills, (3) The effect of learning experiences on critical thinking skills, and (4) The influence of problem solving learning methods, interest in learning, learning experiences on critical thinking skills. This type of research is quantitative research. Variables determining learning problem solving, learning interest, learning experiences, and critical thinking skills. The study population consisted of 158 students, while the sample was 113 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously and partially Problem Solving Learning Method, Learning Interest, Learning Experience affect Critical Thinking Ability

The problem discussed in this study is the Effect of Principal Leadership and School Environment on the Performance of Taniwel State Vocational School Teachers. This study aims (1) To determine the effect of school principal leadership on teacher performance in SMK Negeri Taniwel; (2) To determine the effect of the school environment on the performance of teachers in Taniwel State Vocational School; and (3) To find out the influence of school principals leadership and school environment together on the performance of Taniwel State Vocational School Teachers. The data collection method used is the survey method type Ex post facto by distributing questionnaires (questionnaire) to teachers who have tested the reliability validity and in accordance with the research conducted. Analysis of the data used by using descriptive analysis, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, T-Test, and F-Test. The results showed that (2) Headmaster's leadership had a positive and partially significant effect on Teacher Performance; (3) School environment has a positive and partially significant effect on Teacher Performance; and (4) Principal's Leadership and School Environment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of Taniwel State Vocational School Teachers.

Abstract Learning outcomes are changes in behavior obtained by students after experiencing learning activities. Learning outcomes include three domains, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. High and low learning outcomes achieved by students are influenced by factors of the family environment, social environment, and the association of students with peers. This study aims to analyze the influence partially (individually) or simultaneously (together) between the family environment, social environment and peer relationships simultaneously on learning outcomes. The method used is quantitative with explanatory research types and research samples of 69 students or 31% of the population taken using proportional random sampling techniques. The results showed that the family environment Social environment and peer relationships affect learning outcomes

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh  pelatihan guru, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan silmultan terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 guru dengan populasi berjumlah 72 guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan uji dengan rumus Cronbach Alpha. Sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis digunakan uji t dan Uji F. Sebelum dilakukan uji analisis regresi, digunakan terlebih dahulu uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan serangkaian uji instrument, uji hipotesis  dan uji analisis, maka instrumen dan data penelitian ini telah memenuhi syarat uji statistik regresi yang dipersyaratkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diketahui ada pengaruh yang signifikan  pelatihan guru terhadap kinerja guru  di SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif  pelatihan guru terhadap kinerja guru  SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru  di SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru  di SMA Negeri 2   Ambon. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan signifikansi  yang memenuhi syarat pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,00. Persamaan garis menunjukan linier yang terbentuk antara variable kepuasan kerja (X3) dengan kinerja guru. Hasil statistic tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, artinya makin baik kepuasan kerja, maka akan semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru.

Abstract The success of the national education system can be seen from the performance of teachers. Teacher performance is expected to boost the quality and relevance of education, in its implementation depends on many factors that influence it and interrelated, such factors competence, motivation and discipline. This research is aimed to analyze the effect simultaneously (together) or partially (individually) between teacher professional competence, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of explanatory research and a sample of 120 teachers taken using proportional random sampling techniques. The results showed the teacher's professional competence, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously had effect on teacher performance. Teacher professional competence has effect on teacher performance. Work motivation has effect on teacher performance. Work discipline has effect on teacher performance.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of snowball throwing learning and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of social studies subjects of high class students, (2) the effect of snowball throwing learning with the learning outcomes of social studies subjects of high class students, and (3) the effect of learning motivation with the learning outcomes of Social Studies students of High Class SDN Sedarum I Nguling Pasuruan. This research is quantitative research. The study population was students of SDN Sedarum I Nguling District, Pasuruan Regency, a total of 273 students. The research sample was 138 High Class students with a total sample technique. Data collection using instruments. As for the learning outcomes of social studies subjects use tests. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant relationship between snowball throwing learning and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes of Social Studies students in High Classes, (2) there was a significant relationship between snowball throwing learning with High Class students' learning motivation, and (3 ) there is a significant relationship between learning motivation with the learning outcomes of social studies subjects of High Class students at SDN Sedarum I, Nguling Pasuruan.
