Abstract The review intends to research the green advertising practices and its consequences for the client’s image inclination in sustenance segment of Pakistan. Design/methodology/approach-Data is gathered by using 5 point scale through strongly disagree to strongly agree. it include 15 items about respondents graphics It contains questions about demographics, green brand image, environment concern, green brand awareness, and green brand preferences. The data was collected from different Universities (G.C University, University of Punjab, University of Engineering and Technology) in Lahore Pakistan. In this study cluster sampling is used. Findings- This study shows significant results with respect to green brand preference and its critical characteristics of student brand awareness. This study concluded that the importance of green brand elements (green brand image, environment concern, on green brand awareness, H1 H2 H4.H4 are accepted. Originality - Past writing recommends an Essential association among green showcasing and purchaser mark inclinations yet in Pakistan there is an absence of such examination. So to fill this hole this exploration is led by utilizing quantitative procedures. We circulate poll 60 shoppers and capability of sustenance segment on the premise of accommodation examining to get the outcomes with regards to Pakistan.

One of nicknames that given to Bandung is city of students. It called that way, because of many institutions both public and private in Bandung. Some study estimates that higher education’s demand will increase about four times in 2025. Students that sign up to Parahyangan Catholic University Master of Management had a declining tendency. That delcining tendency is allegeldy because marketing program and promotion that used by Parahyangan Catholic University didn’t go well. The purpose of this research is generally to determine the effect of Parahyangan Catholic University’s brand knowledge on prospective student’s brand preference.The analysis of this research using multiple regression to determine the effect of Parahyangan Catholic University Master Management’s brand awareness and iamge on prosprective student’s brand preference. The findings of this result show that Parahyangan Catholic University Master of Management is recommended to enhance their marketing program and promotion. Marketing program and promotion need to be increase in order to enhance prospective student’s brand awareness and brand image, which leads to increase number of student that sign up for Master Managemen itself. Purpose – Although food product value and food safety is widely acknowledged as a critical concern by consumers, little empirical evidence exists regarding how food product value is created and how product risk decreases as a result of service-brand equity. The purpose of this paper is to explore whether food service-brand equity (i.e. brand awareness and brand image) affects consumer-perceived food value, food physical risk, and brand preference. Design/methodology/approach – In this study, data were collected from steakhouse consumers using a convenience sample (n=386). Structural equation modelling was used to analyse the survey data. Findings – The results reveal that service-brand awareness and brand image produce considerably dissimilar effects on consumer-perceived food value and risk. Brand awareness positively affects consumer-perceived food value but does not influence perceived physical risk. By contrast, brand image negatively influences perceived physical risk and positively affects brand preference, but it does not add perceived value to the food product. Originality/value – This study is the first to address these concerns, which are essential for understanding the role of service-brand equity in developing food-risk and value perceptions, and brand preference.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to define what factors cause willingness and/or resistance among lecturers in universities towards external evaluation systems, especially accreditation.Design/methodology/approachA model has been designed to describe possible factors of willingness and/or resistance towards accreditation based on Ajzen and Metselaar. A literature review has been undertaken on the effects of external evaluation like ISO 9000 as well as accreditation systems such as Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology and European Quality Improvement System. A questionnaire has been administered to a group of 63 lecturers from three departments at Fontys University in The Netherlands. The results of this preliminary survey have been presented to 1,500 academics in The Netherlands and Flanders to collect empirical data.FindingsResistance to accreditation can be found in the consequences of accreditation for the work of the lecturer (workload), negative emotions (stress and insecurity); the lack of knowledge and experience (help from specialists is needed); and lack of acceptance (other paradigm).Originality/valueThe paper provides more insight into the difficulties that organizations, especially universities, have to commit their employees to external evaluation. It might be possible to generalize the findings to other professionals in other organizations. Little research in this field has been undertaken so far.

Perceptions of sexual harassment were investigated as a function of perpetrators' and recipients' gender. Undergraduate students (100 women, 98 men) were presented 34 scenarios of men and women interacting at work. Participants were asked to read carefully each scenario and indicate on a scale anchored by 1 (strongly disagree) and 7 (strongly agree) their opinions as to whether the scenario represented an incident of sexual harassment. Analysis indicated that women rated “hostile environment” scenarios as more harassing than men, and male perpetrators were rated as more harassing than female perpetrators. Even though some scenarios were rated as more harassing than others, the full range of the 7-point scale was used on every scenario, indicating a lack of agreement on what constitutes harassment. This lack of agreement highlights the debate within the legal community about whether the “reasonable person” or the “reasonable woman” standard should be used to judge sexual harassment in the workplace.

Purpose – In the context of social media marketing, so called viral stealth videos (VSVs) often attract as much or even more attention than videos that directly advertise products (product advertising video (PAV)). However, beyond this, the product or brand-related impact of such videos is not so clear. In this context, the purpose of this paper is to investigate brand perception of PAVs and VSVs in YouTube. Design/methodology/approach – The research design is based on an examination of comments of six VSVs and six PAVs on YouTube. Therefore, the content of 1,080 posts was analyzed to capture the topic, the attitude toward the video and the pragmatic intent of posts. Findings – Results indicate that there are strong differences with regard to users ' perception of the two analyzed video type segments. The content of VSVs is clearly recognized as positive more often than the content of PAVs. In contrast, only PAVs evoke substantial brand awareness but receive rather mixed results with regards to brand assessment. Research limitations/implications – As a whole, the study is widely descriptive and of explorative value. Nevertheless, the research design can be estimated as a first step to measure the brand-related impact of online videos. Ideally, the data generated in the investigation should be combined with traffic and conversion data of the brands’ websites to get an encompassing picture of the marketing related impact of the investigated online videos. Practical implications – Seen from a marketers’ perspective, one can recommend PAVs over VSVs as there are hardly any brand-related impacts of VSVs visible in online communication. PAVs are perceived less positively but they are able to evoke brand awareness at least. Originality/value – According to the authors’ knowledge this investigation is one of only a few studies that analyzes real online communication in the context of video-based online marketing.

The media is very instrumental and has a strategic function that directly or indirectly can affect motivation, interest and attention for young children in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of PAUD teacher learning media in Jambi Province. The method used is descriptive quantitative cluster sampling technique, in this case the District and City in Jambi Province as the cluster. The number of early childhood education units (schools) include TK / RA, KB, TPA, and SPS, totaling 7,584. Then every District and City was selected by 10% randomly PAUD teachers from each school. So the number of samples was 758. The research instrument was a questionnaire or Media Perception Evaluation Scale (MPES) questionnaire containing 28 question items. Data for all parameters using a Microsoft Excel database. Pearson correlation was used to study the correlation between variables and independent t-test was used to compare groups with SPSS version 22. All statistical analyzes were carried out at a significance level of 5% and P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. The results of the study show that learning media plays an important role in the learning process for PAUD children in Jambi Province. As a result 59.6% answered strongly agree. Through the SPSS analyst results where the most influential visual media statements in PAUD teacher learning in Jambi province are statements 18,19,20,21 and 22 where 100% stated that visual media can provide motivation, whereas statements that had no effect were statements 17 where only 50.4% stated that visual media can provide motivation. It can be concluded that the use of learning media in early childhood is very instrumental to motivate, stimulate, explore and experiment.
