Repurchase appear from the intention of repurchase, repurchase intention is an action taken by the consumer after the purchase process. Components that affect repurchase intentions include brand image, perceived value and trust. This research aims to find out how these components affect GoPay e-wallet users in Denpasar. The sample size used in this study amounted to 140 respondents GoPay e-wallet users in Denpasar City using purposive sampling method on the sampling. Google forms are used to help distribute questionnaires to respondents. This study uses multiple linear analysis techniques as data analysis techniques. This study obtained the results that (1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intentions (2) perceived value has a significant positive effect on the repurchase intention (3) trust has a significant positive effect on the repurchase intention. Based on this research, it is concluded that good brand image, perceived value, and trust greatly influence the repurchase intention of balances on GoPay e-wallet users in Denpasar City.

The fast growing internet has resulted in competitive businesses, namely providing opportunities and challenges for various businesses. One of these business opportunities is to do business online. Online transaction systems require customers to buy and make payments for products and services using internet platforms such as social media. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of customer satisfaction, perceived value, and trust in online repuchase intentions on Instagram. Data was collected by survey questionnaire. This study collected 115 valid responses from Instagram users who must have made an online purchase before at least once. SmartPLS 3.0 is used for approved approved studies. The results show that (1) There is a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with online repurchase intentions. (2) There is a significant positive effect of perceived value on online repurchase intentions. (3) There is a significant positive effect of trust on online repurchase intentions. Internet yang cepat berkembang telah menciptakan bisnis yang kompetitif, yaitu memberikan peluang dan tantangan untuk berbagai bisnis. Salah satu peluang bisnis ini adalah dengan melakukan bisnis online. Sistem transaksi online meminta pelanggan untuk membeli dan melakukan pembayaran untuk produk dan layanan menggunakan platform internet seperti sosial media. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer satisfaction, perceived value, dan trust terhadap online repuchase intention pada fashion di Instagram. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner survei. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan 115 tanggapan valid dari pengguna Instagram yang pasti pernah melakukan pembelian online sebelumnya minimal satu kali. SmartPLS 3.0 digunakan untuk memverifikasi kerangka penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan customer satisfaction terhadap online repurchase intention. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan perceived value terhadap online repurchase intention. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan trust terhadap online repurchase intention.

Green repurchase intention is the tendency of consumers to repurchase the same environmentally friendly products in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green perceived value, customer satisfaction, and green trust on the green repurchase intention. This research was conducted on Tupperware product customers in Denpasar. The sample used was 100 respondents, with purposive sampling method. Path  analysis and sobel test were used. Based on the results of the analysis that green perceived value, customer satisfaction, and green trust have significant positive effect on green repurchase intention directly which the higher green perceived value, consumer satisfaction and green trust will increase green repurchase value on the product. Green perceived value and consumer satisfaction can indirectly affect green repurchase intention through green trust, means that the effect of green trust will be greater if followed by an increase in green perceived value and customer satisfaction. Repurchase intention is a commitment of a customer formed as a consumer purchases a product or service. Many factors influencing repurchase intention, including the E-Word of Mouth (E_WOM), brand image and brand trust. E-WOM is an effective tool for building brand awareness, creating hype in the market, influencing purchasing decision and developing brand loyalty. Brand image is a description of association of consumer beliefs in a particular brand. Brand Trust is a customer's desire to rely on a brand at any cost. The present study is a survey using an associative quantitative approach aimed at determiniong the effect of E-WOM and brand image on repurchase intention moderated by brand trust. The population of the study included all customers of Garuda Indonesia airline who have used the airline in the past year, especially the Garuda Indonesia Medan, which amounted to 36,000 during 2019. The sampling method used a sample formula with certain criteria so that were 100 samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used path analysis. The results of the the study showm that E-WOM has a significant effect on Brand Trust. Brand Image has a significant influence on Brand Trust. Brand Trust has a significant positive effect on the Repurchase Intention variable. E-WOM has a significant positive effect on variable Repurchase Intention. Brand Image has a significant effect on the Repurchase Intention variable through Brand Trust. E-WOM has a significant positive effect on variable Repurchase Intention through Brand Trust. Brand Image has a significant effect on the Repurchase Intention. In other words, Brand Trust is proven to moderate the influence of Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention. It is recommended that Garuda Indonesia Airlines provide consistent, fast and quality service so that it gets positive reviews from customers which will increase Repurchase Intention of Garuda Indonesia flight tickets. The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

Auditor turnover is a behavior that the client company does to transfer the auditor. This reaserch aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching and how the auditor's reputation is able to moderate the influence of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method with a sample of 145 companies. Data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of this study indicate that audit opinion and management change have a significant positive effect on auditor switching. However, the auditor's reputation is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. The objective of the research is to know the role of trust in mediating the effect of product quality and value on the repurchase intention of buying green products (study on Starbucks coffee). Consumers who have purchased Starbucks coffee are the study population. The technique of determining the sample was done by using purposive sampling method with 130 respondents. Questionnaire as research instrument and analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with Sobel Test. Based on the result of research, green perceived quality and green perceived value have positive and significant effect on trust and repurchase intention. Furthermore, it was found an important role of trust that not only directly affects repurchase intention but also significantly mediates the effect of green perceived quality and green perceived value ??on repurchase intentions.

This research investigated the impact of the no-plastic-bag campaign on customer repurchase intentions in the modern trade business in Bangkok. Six hundred customers of modern trade stores in Bangkok were initially approached using a stratified random sampling method, but only 418 of them participated in this survey. The partial least squares structural equation results indicated that the no-plastic-bag campaign promotes customer repurchase intentions (β=0.098; p=0.038). Also, the no-plastic-bag campaign could indirectly foster customer repurchase intentions via both enhancing brand image (t=7.379; p<0.001) and increasing customers’ perceived value (t=2.806; p<0.001). Therefore, it can be concluded that the no-plastic-bag campaign benefits modern trade businesses, promoting customer repurchase intentions by enhancing their brand image and customer perceived values. This research also explored the mediating roles of brand image and perceived value on the relationship. These findings provide new knowledge of the no plastic bag campaign’s contribution to customer repurchase intentions which has not yet been investigated, and the mechanism linking them together. The results can be applied as a guideline to other modern-trade businesses or other businesses to enhance their brand image and promote customer repurchase intentions, which is crucial to sustainable business accomplishment. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of knowladge taxation on the willingness to pay taxes with the awareness of paying taxes as an intervening variabel. The population in this study is the UMKM taxpayer who has an NPWP and is registered with the Semarang Coperation and UMKM Office. Thi study used a nonprobabilitas sampling technique with purpopsive sampling method of 100 respondents. Data analysis of this study using multiple linear analysis and path analysis. The results of the study indicate that the variabel knowledge of tax have a significant positive effect the awareness of paying taxes. Awareness of paying taxes have a significant positive effect the willingness to pay taxes. Knowledge of tax have a significant positive effect on the willingness of pay taxes.

The aim of this research is to find out whether trust, perceived value, brand image and satisfaction give impacts on repurchase intention in flight industry. The samples are collected by using convenience method by giving out questionnaires to 122 customers of a flight company in Jakarta and Tangerang who have experience of using this flight for at least 2 times in last 5 years.The technique of data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis.The results showed that: (a) there is a significant and positive effects between trust and repurchase intention; (b) perceived value do not create significant impact towards repurchase intention; (c) brand image gives significant and positive effect to repurchase intention; (d) there is a significant and positive effects between satisfaction and repurchase intention.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of product quality, brand image, and price perception toward purchase decision of Sensi Masks in Tangerang. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study are 100 Sensi masks customers in Tangerang by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. The data were processed using SmartPLS v.3.2.2. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, and price perception has a significant positive effect on purchase decision. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian masker Sensi di Tangerang. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 konsumen masker Sensi di Tangerang dengan menyebarkan kuesioner daring melalui Google Form. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SmartPLS v.3.2.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
