This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information systems and user satisfaction on employee performance. This research was conducted at the KPKNL Work Unit in Denpasar. The sampling method used in this study is nonprobability sampling based on saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of this study stated that the quality of the system, the quality of information, the quality of collaboration and the quality of service had a positive and significant effect on system use and user satisfaction, and the use of the system and user satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of KPKNL work unit employees in denpasar area. This research was conducted at the Joint Office of SAMSAT Denpasar. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection in this study was conducted by a questionnaire method with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that SAMSAT corner service, taxpayer awareness, tax socialization, and service quality had a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This means that the better SAMSAT corner service, awareness of taxpayers, tax socialization, and quality of service will also increase motor vehicle taxpayers compliance in terms of meeting their tax obligations. Determination of the sample in this study using a sampling technique with nonprobability sampling method, especially the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted on all LPDs in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken were 35 LPDs with 105 observations. Data collection is done by questionnaire instrument. The results of this questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effectiveness variables of the use of SIA, SIA training, and internal LOC have a positive effect on the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This shows that the use of SIA that is more effective, routine in conducting training accompanied by confidence in individual users will provide convenience and benefits for employees who have an influence on improving the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.

This study was aimed to examine the effects of trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness of celebrity endorser on Instagram to purchase intention of hijab products. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method. The population in this study was followers of the @gitasav Instagram account. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness had a significant effect on purchase intention. However, partially the purchase intention variable is only influenced by the trustworthiness variable which is equal to 3,878. In this study a regression model was obtained, which is Y = 10,021 + 0,655X1 + 0,038X2 - 0,122X3.

The research set forth in this jurnal aims to analyze the factors of accounting information systems and human resource competencies that can affect the quality of financial statements. This research was conducted at PT. Nusa Rubberindo. The population in this study is the accounting and financial staff at the PT. How to collect data by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method and the sample with the results of 40 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as an analytical method to obtain the magnitude of the relations and contributions between the variables x and y. The classic assumption test is the first step in using statistical methods. Hypothesis testing utilizes the t test and f test with the SPSS 19.0 For Windows program process. The results of the research analysis show that accounting information system factors and competency factors have their respective influence on one side of the quality of the financial statements and together on the other.

Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The business of making goods, the business of repairing goods, to the electronic and electrical credit businesses are found all around us. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, communication, and work environment on employee performance. The phenomenon of increased public demand for electronic and electrical goods, increased work stress, ineffective communication, and an uncomfortable working environment underlie this research. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The sample in this study was 80 employees. The results showed work stress, communication, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the lower the work stress, the better the communication and work environment will be able to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to find the influence of personal interst and self-control on investment interest in generation z students in Bandung. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and causal research types. The population in this study were students of generation z in Bandung. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling method with sub-sampling purposive sampling technique with a total of 270 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver 22 software. The results of the study concluded that from the results of the t test, personal interest and self control had a positive and significant effect on investment interest in z generation students in Bandung. Based on the results of the F test, personal interest and self control together have an influence on investment interest in generation z students in Bandung.

This study aims to determine the effect of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and  sharia compliance on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. This study used quantitative method and sample used is some community members who reside around BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that variable of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and sharia compliance both simultaneously and partially has significant effect on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Percentage of contributions of the three variables on the intention of filing of mudharabah financing amounted to 62% and the balance of 38% influenced by other factors which is not included in this study.
