Accounting profession education is important because it can produce professional accountants, but the interest in following it is currently still low. This study aims to determine the effect of career motivation, degree motivation, perceived cost of education, and parental influence on interest in pursuing accounting profession education. The population is all active students of accounting in the morning and evening regular FEB Unud class of 2017 as many as 287. The sample collection technique is the purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 143 with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that career motivation and degree motivation have an effect on interest in attending accounting profession education, perceptions of educational costs and parental influence have no effect on interest in PPAk. Professions and careers are needed to improve one's survival. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of financial awards, professional training and work environment on the interest of Accounting Professional Education students to choose a profession as public accountant. Samples were obtained by nonprobability sampling method with saturated sampling techniques. Respondents were students of Accounting Professional Education at Udayana University in 2017 with 30 students. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis show that financial rewards have a positive effect on the interest of accounting profession education students to choose a profession as a public accountant. Professional training has a positive effect on the interest of accounting profession education students in choosing a profession as a public accountant. The work environment has a positive effect on the interest of accounting profession education students in choosing a profession as a public accountant. Accounting Profession Education is an advanced education in the field of accounting profession. This study aims to find out the perception of Udayana University's regular and irregular accounting students to follow Accounting Profession Education as measured by career motivation, quality motivation, social motivation, and education cost. Determination of sample using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents were 78 people who calculated using Slovin formula. Methods of data collection conducted survey method with questionnaire technique measured using Likert scale. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained the result that the higher the motivation of career, quality motivation, and social motivation, the greater the interest of regular and irregular accounting students Udayana University followed Professional Accounting Education, while the cost of education does not affect the interests of regular and non regular accounting students Udayana University Accounting Profession. This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation consisting of career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education and entrepreneurship education towards the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The population in this study were students of regular accounting majors, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University class of 2015. Methods: Determination of samples using saturated sampling techniques. The sample in the study amounted to 142 people. The method of data collection is a survey method with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that motivation which included career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education, and entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors.Keywords: Motivation, Environment, Education, Interest, Entrepreneurship.

<p><em>Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School shows that there are problems in decision making carried out by prospective students to continue their education in Karangrejo 1 Middle School. This study aims to analyze: the partial and simultaneous influence of education costs on parents' socio- economic conditions on the decision of students to choose schools in Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School 2017/2018 academic year Descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant influence between the cost of education on the decisions of students choosing schools in Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School with a tcount of X1 Against Y worth tcount (3.693)&gt; t table (1.987). (2) there is an influence there is a significant influence between the socio-economic conditions of parents on the decision of students to choose schools in Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School with a tcount of X1 Against Y worth tcount (3.352)&gt; ttable (1.987). (3) there is an influence there is a significant influence between the cost of education and the socio-economic conditions of parents on the decision of students to choose schools in SMP 1 Karangrejo with a tcount of X1 Against Y worth tcount (3.352)&gt; ttable (1.987).</em></p>

PPAk is very important for students majoring in accounting, because PPAk can contribute to become a professional accountant. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the interest of accounting student on accounting profession education (PPAk). Factors affecting the interest of accounting students are measured by variables of quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivation, and labor market considerations. This research applied survey as a method of primary data gathering from the population of accounting student of UNSRAT and STIE EBEN HAEZER MANADO, by using purposive sampling as the way to decide the sample. This research is using the multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 version. The research indicates that: (1) quality motivation has a significant effect the interest of following accounting profession education, (2) career motivation has a significant effect the interest of accounting students following accounting profession education, (3) economic motivation has no significant effect the interest of accounting students following accounting profession education, (4) job market considerations has a significant effect the interest of accounting students following accounting profession education.  Keywords: Quality Motivation, Career Motivation, Economic Motivaton, Job Market Considerations,  Interest, Proffesion Accounting Education (PPAk).

Master of Accounting is a secondary education in higher education to get a master's degree. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivation, and perceptions of education costs on the interest of students attending the Master of Accounting education. The population in this study were all accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Businessclass of 2015 many as 298. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The number of samples determined is 171 samples. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that quality, career, and economic motivation have a positive effect on students' interest in taking part in the Accounting Master's education, while the perception of education costs has a negative effect on the interest of students attending the Master of Accounting.Keywords: Quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivation, perception of education costs, student interest.

In today’s era of competition is important for organization, so expect knowledge management, technology and discipline work can contribute well as human resources, especially in the world of office. This study aims to measure the influence of the knowledge management, technology and work discipline of the employment of the office of the environment office of the Manokwari district. Method of associative research with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The number of samples in this study as many as 46 respondents with sample collection techniques Judgement Sampling. The result of the analysis shows that the knowledge management, technology and work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the environment office of the Manokwari district.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professional expertise, independence, level of education and work experience on the performance of BPR Lestari Bali's cash supervisors. The sample collection technique used is the purposive sampling method. The determined number of samples was 31 Cash Supervisors at PT BPR Lestari Bali. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that professional expertise, independence, level of education and work experience had a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPR cash supervisors. This indicates that the higher the professional expertise of the cash supervisor, the higher the independence attitude of the cash supervisor, the higher the level of education and the higher work experience a cash supervisor has, the more the performance of the BPR's cash supervisor in BPR Lestari Bali. The purpose of this study was to study the level of Islamic financial literacy and public confidence in the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The variables in this study are the level of Islamic financial literacy (X1), public trust (X2), and interest in saving (Y).The method of this study is descriptive quantitative approach. The data source of this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Respondents taken are residents in the city of Bandung, with samples domiciled in the city of Bandung and at least 17 years old. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable level of islamic financial literacy and public trust has positive effect in the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The findings in this study provide a reference to Islamic banks, the level of literacy and public trust regarding interest in saving, therefore Islamic banks must socialize to the public.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.
