The Cost

<p><em>Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School shows that there are problems in decision making carried out by prospective students to continue their education in Karangrejo 1 Middle School. This study aims to analyze: the partial and simultaneous influence of education costs on parents' socio- economic conditions on the decision of students to choose schools in Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School 2017/2018 academic year Descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant influence between the cost of education on the decisions of students choosing schools in Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School with a tcount of X1 Against Y worth tcount (3.693)&gt; t table (1.987). (2) there is an influence there is a significant influence between the socio-economic conditions of parents on the decision of students to choose schools in Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School with a tcount of X1 Against Y worth tcount (3.352)&gt; ttable (1.987). (3) there is an influence there is a significant influence between the cost of education and the socio-economic conditions of parents on the decision of students to choose schools in SMP 1 Karangrejo with a tcount of X1 Against Y worth tcount (3.352)&gt; ttable (1.987).</em></p>

This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Universitas Harapan Medan is a leading university in Medan with four faculties divided into fourteen study programs consisting of three vocational programs, ten undergraduate programs, and a postgraduate program.This study aimed to empirically examine the influence of perceptions of accreditation, cost of education, and promotion on the decision of prospective students. It used a quantitative approach. The population and samples were 227 and 145 people respectively. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, literature review, and document review. Tests carried out in this study were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests including normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis tests including F test and t test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of multiple linear regression was Y = 3.882 + 0.294 X1 + 0.027 X2 + 0.584 X3.In this study, the result also indicated that 62.8% of the Decision of Prospective Students at Universitas Harapan Medan were influenced by Accreditation (X1), Cost of Education (X2), and Promotion (X3), while the remaining 37.2% were influenced by other factors not being examined.

The Village

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze (1) the simultaneous significant influence of transparency, accountability and community participation in managing village fund allocation to village development. (2) partially significant influence of transparency in the management of village fund allocation on village development. (3) partially significant influence of accountability in the management of village fund allocations on village development, (4) partially significant influence of community participation in managing village fund allocations on village development. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the village of Gurung Turi, East Manggarai Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that overall the variables of transparency, accountability and community participation in the Village Fund Allocation Management had an influence on Village Development. The principles of transparency, accountability and community participation have been implemented. With the implementation of the three principles of transparency, accountability, and community participation it has an influence on village development by showing the level of development of the desert village that has begun to increase.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, competence, and work discipline on teacher performance. This study includes a type of quantitative research that explains the relationship between variables and testing hypotheses. The population in this study were all teachers at Al-Islam 1 Middle School in Surakarta, totaling 63 people. The entire population is taken as a sample. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Motivation, competence, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of teachers in Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1. Teacher performance will increase if teachers have high work motivation, good and appropriate teaching competencies, and have high discipline in work; (2) Motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the motivation to teach, the higher the teacher's performance; (3) Competence has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the teaching competency, the higher the teacher's performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1. This study aims to determine the effect of academic qualifications, school facilities, and compensation on the teacher professional competency. The population in this study was 68 teachers in Islamic Vocational School of Al Hikmah Mayong Jepara. This study is a population research because the population is less than 100 so that the entire population is as research sample. Data collection methods used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant influence of academic qualifications, school facilities and compensation on teacher professional competency by 72.4%, there was a positive and significant influence of academic qualifications partially on teacher professional competency by 18.15%, there was a positive and significant influence of school facilities partially on teacher professional competency by 8.29% and there is a positive and significant influence of compensation partially on teacher professional competency of 19.54%.

Purchasing decisions are often made by consumers based on their wants and needs. If the company is unable to fulfill it, it is likely to experience a decline in marketing the product. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the reference group and product attributes to the purchasing decisions of eiger bag consumers in the eiger store in the city of sukabumi. The research method used in this study was to use a random sampling method, by distributing questionnaires as many as 87 respondents to eiger bag consumers. The analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques and coefficient of determination. To test the hypothesis in this study using partial statistical tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (Test f). The results of this study indicate that the reference group has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product attributes have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Study Population

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and advertising on the repurchase interest of shampoo rejoice. This type of research is descriptive research. The study population was students of Padang State University who had used Sampo Rejoice with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant influence of product quality on repurchase intention, seen from sig 0,000 <0.05, (2) There was a significant effect of advertising on repurchase intention, seen from sig 0.018 <0.05, (3 ) there is a significant influence on product quality and advertising on repurchase intention, as seen from sig 0,000 <0.05. The contribution of product quality and advertising to repurchase interest amounted to 37.7%, while the remaining 62.3% was contributed by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: product quality, advertising, repurchase interests

Accounting profession education is important because it can produce professional accountants, but the interest in following it is currently still low. This study aims to determine the effect of career motivation, degree motivation, perceived cost of education, and parental influence on interest in pursuing accounting profession education. The population is all active students of accounting in the morning and evening regular FEB Unud class of 2017 as many as 287. The sample collection technique is the purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 143 with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that career motivation and degree motivation have an effect on interest in attending accounting profession education, perceptions of educational costs and parental influence have no effect on interest in PPAk. Abstract— The research objective was to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of socio-economic factors of farmers (farmer age, education level, length of farming, number of family dependents, farm area, labor and capital) on farm production in Plaosan Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. The population in this study were all vegetable farmers in Plaosan Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination analysis. The research findings (1) partially there is a significant influence on the variables of education, experience, land area, labor and capital on the production of vegetable farming in Plaosan Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. Meanwhile, age and dependency variables influence the production of vegetable farming in Plaosan Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency; and (2) simultaneously there is a significant influence on the variables of age, education, experience, dependents, land area, labor and capital on the production of vegetable farming.  Keywords—: socio-economy; farmers; farming.

This study aims to analyze the influences of prices, quality of products and services on purchasing decision in Pak Pong Klatak Satay Culinary in Bantul. The subjects of this research were customers of Pak Pong Klatak Satay Culinary in Bantul. The population of the study were people who purchased products of Pak Pong Klatak Satay Culinary in Bantul.  The samples were determined by accidental sampling method by total of 80 respondents. Data were collected by giving a list of questions / questionnaires to  respondents dealing with prices, products quality as well as services quality and how they influence the customers decision in purchasing the products. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The researcher tested the hypothesis using T test and F test. The test results  showed that prices have a positive but insignificant influence, products quality has a negative and insignificant influence. Meanwhile, services quality has a positive and significant influence. Prices, products and services quality contribute  to a simultaneously positive and significant influence upon customer’s purchasing decision as the significant value of 0,000 is smaller than 0,5. The prices variables, products quality and services quality are able to explain the purchasing decision variable in Pak Pong's klatak satay culinary at 35%  and  the  remaining 65% explained by other variables not included in the study.
