Performance is the result of work achieved employee in a company how employees do the job. This study aims to determine the influence of self-leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance at Four Points by Sheraton Bali Hotel. Samples taken is 100 respondents, with nonprobability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done through observation, interview and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that self leadership and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The result showed need to create an atmosphere or working conditions that can meet the expectations of all employees. Improvement to the working conditions is done in order to please employees and employees feel happy with the job with the work gained as well as other facilities that support work activities. Thus, employees can work passionately, productively, and perform at their best.

Managerial performance is very important for a company because it can be used to measure the success of the company. A manager needs to implement a managerial control system that can be used to achieve the company goals. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of applying accountability accounting, competence and organizational commitment to the managerial performance of the financial division on PT Pegadaian Kota Denpasar. Sampling technique that used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The amount of sample in this study are 52 samples. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis shows that accountability accounting, competence, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on the managerial performance of financial division on PT. Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. Human resources (HR) matters are important in an organization, the existence of fair and satisfying treatment in HR in the organization can create maximum performance of employees in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and organizational climate on employee performance. The number of samples used amounted to 44 respondents using probabilty sampling method with random sampling technique. The data collection is done through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if the leadership, motivation, and organization at Warung Mina Peguyangan are good, then the performance of employees at Warung Mina Peguyangan also increases.

This study aims to analyze the psychological aspects (creative psychology capital and ethical sensitivity) to the performance. This research was conducted in several hospitals in Jayapura City. Data collection in this research is using questionnaire where respondent in this research is staff of finance or administration and program. The sampling technique used in this research is census sampling method. The number of research samples taken as many as 38 respondents. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The result of this study shows that the developed hiptotesi significantly influence the performance. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This study aims to explain 1) the effect of psychological empowerment on innovative behavior, 2) the influence of organizational culture on innovative behavior. This research was conducted at UD Romo Jewelry Manufacture. The number of samples taken was 72 employees, with a non probability sampling method with a type of saturated sampling technique. Data collection is done through a survey approach with questionnaire and interview methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that psychological empowerment and organizational culture simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. This shows that the higher the psychological empowerment given to employees, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Likewise with organizational culture, the higher the organizational culture of a company, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Therefore to foster innovative behavior in company employees is expected to pay more attention to psychological empowerment and organizational culture in order to improve innovative behavior. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. The company's financial performance can be used as a tool to measure the overall level of health of a company. One indicator that is often used to measure a company's financial performance is profitability. Profitability is the level of a company's ability to generate profits and measure operational efficiency and the efficiency of the use of its assets. There are several factors that are thought to affect profitability including intellectual capital and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and leverage on company profitability. This research was conducted on 11 insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with the purpose sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The final results show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on profitability and leverage has a negative effect on company profitability. This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.
