PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP RETENSI KARYAWAN
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and career development on employee retention. The study was conducted at Batur Natural Hot Spring in Bangli, with 83 employees. Data collection is done by census method (saturated sample) from the distribution of questionnaires with data analysis tools using multiple linear regression. The results of the study are compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The implications of this study expect leaders to be able to consider compensation to be provided in accordance with the targets and workload of employees, able to behave fairly and provide career development programs for all employees.
