This study aims to determine how the management of street children's empowerment at the Ambon Lappan Children's Independent Shelter.This is a qualitative descriptive study which provides an in-depth overview of certain social symptoms found at the Ambon Lappan Children's Independent Shelter.The data source in this study is the manager of a halfway house, street children at a halfway house and an official from the Ambon City Social Welfare Office. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative by quoting information then presented narratively and then interpreted and made general conclusions. The results showed that the Ambon Lappan Street Street Children 's Shelter Home in Ambon had carried out management factors including planning, implementation and evaluation. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation (salary, employment, promotion opportunities, supervision) and organizational climate (responsibility, identity, warmth, support, conflict) on employee performance at the Maluku Provincial Social Service. The research is an explanatory research with data collection done in one step (one shot study) or in cross-section through a questionnaire. Due to the small population, 86 saturated samples were used. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression.The results showed that (1) work motivation consisting of salary, work itself, promotion, supervision and organizational climate consisting of responsibilities, identity, warmth, support, conflict simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Salary is a variable of work motivation factors that has a positive and significant influence and is most dominant on employee performance and (3) Warmth is a variable of organizational climate factors that has a positive and significant effect and is the second dominant on the performance of employees of the Maluku Provincial Social Service.

Komunikasi dalam organisasi mempunyai hubungan yang erat dan saling mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi organisasi terhadap gaya kepemimpinan para pemimpin pada bagian humas. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa komunikasi organisasi para pemimpin pada Bagian Humas sudah berjalan secara efektif hal ini ditandai dengan banyak pegawai yang menyatakan kepuasan terkait informasi dan pesan yang mereka terima seperti proses penyampaian pesan yang secara kontinyu tidak pilih kasih. Pemimpin yang dipercayakan untuk menyampaikan pesan selalu berada dikantor sehinnga informasi penting dapat disampaikan secara baik, penyampaian pesan maksimal. Kemudian gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan para pemimpin pada bagian humas dapat dikatakan sangat bervariasi seperti gaya kepemimpinan otokratis, gaya kepemimpinan birokratis, gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan gaya kepemimpinan laissez faire tetapi gaya kepemimpinan yang dominan adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis yang dimana wewenang, pengambilan keputusan, kebijakan tidak dipegang penuh oleh pemimpin, selalu ada kesempatan bagi bawahan untuk memberikan saran, pendapat dan pertimbangan serta komunikasi yang berlangsung dua arah.

Enkulturasi atau pembudayaan adalah proses mempelajari dan menysuaikan alam pikiran dan sikap individu dengan sistem norma, adat, dan peraturan-peraturan yang hidup dalam kebudayaannya. Negeri Hutumuri merupakan daerah yang dihuni dan dikuasai oleh masyarakat adat yang memiliki budaya, adat istiadat dan hukum adat yang secara turun temurun dilindungi, dipertahankan dan dipraktekkan dalam interaksi social masyarakat sehari-hari. Masyarakat Negeri Hutumuri memiliki adat istiadat sebagai modal dasar yang tumbuh dan berkembang sepanjang sejarah dan telah memberikan sumbangan yang berarti bagi kelangsungan hidup masyarakat serta pembangunan kampong negeri, kecamatan dan daerah. Dan salah satu pranata adat yang masih dipertahankan adalah lembaga adat (Soa). Soa adalah salah satu pranata penggolongan yang melahirkan negeri. Enkulturasi Budaya yang diteliti pada Desa Hutumuri terletak pada tingkat transmisi budaya yang berlangsung, Berdasarkan Masalah diatas maka tujuan penelitian yang dicapai adalah Mengetahui Sejauh mana proses enkulturasi budaya pamana di desa hutumuri?, Bagaimana Respon Masyarakat terhadap dalam hal ini generasi muda dalam enkulturasi budaya pamana?, dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Deskriptif Kualittif luaran yang dihasilkan akan dipublikasikan di Jurnal Terakreditasi Nasional dan Bidang fokus penelitian Sosial Humaniora, seni budaya, Tema Penelitian Pembangunan dan Penguatan Sosial Budaya,

This study aims to determine and understand the communication strategy of the Maluku Provincial KPU in increasing community participation in the 2018 elections. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews using interview guidance instruments. Kota Layak Anak (KLA) merupakan kota yang mempunyai sistem pembangunan berbasis hak anak melalui pengintegrasian komitmen dan sumber daya pemerintah, masyarakat, dan dunia usaha yang terencana secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan dalam kebijakan, program dan kegiatan untuk menjamin terpenuhinya hak anak. Penyelenggaraan KLA di Kota Ambon sudah memiliki payung hukum yaitu Peraturan Daerah Kota Ambon Nomor 1 tahun 2019 tentang penyelenggaraan Kota Layak Anak. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa kendala dalam mewujudkan Kota Layak Anak di Kota Ambon yakni (1) Program Kota Layak Anak belum popular ditingkat OPD di Kota Ambon. OPD di Kota Ambon masih bersifat egosektoral sehingga sulit untuk mengintegrasikan isu anak dalam menyusun program masing-masing OPD, (2) Belum adanya anggaran berdasarkan kebutuhan anak dalam APBD, (3) Belum optimalnya jalinan kemitraan antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, organisasi masyarakat, dan masyarakat sendiri termasuk anak-anak, (4) Belum ada Baseline data anak yang terintegrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalan, penelusuran literatur dan literatur internet. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa 12 tahun Kota Ambon mengembangan Kota Layak Anak. Tahun 2019 Kota Ambon baru memperoleh Penghargaan Pratama dari Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak dengan Skor nilai 523 dari skor penilaian 500-599. Untuk mencapai skor nilai ditas 600 maka diperlukan keterlibatan berbagai pihak sehingga kendala dan hambatan yang ada dapat teratasi. Pemeran utama dalam terwujudnya Kota Layak Anak di Kota Ambon adalah Pemerintah. Luaran penelitian ini dipublikasikan pada chanel youtube UKIM TV dan Jurnal Badati

This study aims to analyze the quality of Himbara services and the influence of HR factors and infrastructure facilities for the Harapan Family Program beneficiaries in Ambon City. This research is a descriptive study conducted for independent variables without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The population in this study were all beneficiary communities of the Family Hope Program in Ambon City in 2019 phases I through phase III of 7,184 KPM. Determination of the sample is purposive sampling with the consideration that the PKH beneficiary community that can be used as respondents are adults, especially pregnant women, as many as 144 pregnant women as one part of the beneficiary community of the Harapan Family Program in Ambon City. The results showed that (1) the quality of Himbara services in terms of tangible dimensions, empathy, responsibility, responsiveness and assurance, (2) HR factors and infrastructure facilities influence the quality of Himbara services for beneficiaries of the Harapan Family Program in Ambon City.

This research was conducted to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the use of Whatsapp applications in editorial decision making. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the utilization of whatsapp applications in newspapers, especially the People's Daily Editor of Maluku. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of research used is a descriptive approach.          The use of whatsapp is very effective in editorial decision making in the Maluku People's Daily print media because many journalists are chasing deadlines so that they do not have much time to conduct editorial meetings face-to-face, and are done through the whatsapp group. The use of whatsapp is very effective for the acquisition of information and the division of reporting and evaluation tasks in the Maluku People's Daily.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence on the performance of employees at South Buru District Social Service. This research uses explanatory research with survey data collection methods. The study lasted for 2 months, ie from January to the month of February 2017 in South Buru District Social Service. The sampling technique in this research is a probability sampling technique saturated sample (full sample) that as many as 39 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the competence on the basis of the characteristics of the suitability of the knowledge, skills and self-concept has a significant influence on the performance of employees in the South Buru District Social Service, with variable suitability of knowledge as the dominant variable.

Marketing and branding are two things that are interconnected with each other.
