Transportasi telah menjadi bagian penting bagi kehidupan masyarakat saat ini. Salah satu produsen sepeda motor yang memiliki brand image yang kuat adalah Yamaha. Yamaha Lexi merupakan produk baru yang sering mendapat review dari masyarakat baik di media sosial maupun internet, review tersebut tentunya dapat mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen yang akan membeli sepeda motor Yamaha Lexi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan electronic word of mouth dengan brand image, electronic word of mouth dengan niat beli, brand image dengan niat beli, serta peran brand image dalam memediasi hubungan electronic word of mouth dengan niat beli. Ukuran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 108 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) serta uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa variabel electronic word of mouth danbrand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, selain itu brand image secara signifikan memediasi hubungan electronic word of mouth dengan niat beli. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken is 110 people who intend to use traveloka services, the method of determining the sample used is purposive sampling, and analysis of the data used is path analysis and sobel test. based on the results of the analysis found that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand image, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and brand image has a role in mediating electronic word influence of mouth towards purchase intention. This study aims to determine the effect of EWOM and brand awareness on purchase intentions through brand image as a mediator. The research sample was determined as many as 160 respondents using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is path analysis with the classic assumption test and the sobel test. This research is expected to contribute empirically about the influence between EWOM variables, brand awareness, brand image and purchase intention for the development of science and become a material for company management considerations. The results showed that EWOM and brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions. EWOM, and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on brand image. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Brand image positively and significantly mediates the effect of EWOM and brand awareness on purchase intentions. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Brand Image dan Purchase Intention sepatu Nike di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 519 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dari populasi responden di Kota Bandung yang pernah membeli produk sepatu Nike serta teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari responden, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari responden yang ada di Kota Bandung. Electronic Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Brand Image dan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Purchase Intention, Brand Image berpengaruh positif signfikan terhadap Purchase Intention serta Brand Image memediasi pengaruh antara Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Purchase Intention sepatu Nike di Kota Bandung.

Penelitian ini dikembangkan bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis peran electronic word of mouth atau disingkat e-WOM, kualitas produk, brand image dan keputusan pembelian. Peran e-WOM dan kualitas produk sangat penting sekali untuk perusahaan yang harus melindungi konsumen agar dapat mengambil keputusan pembelian produk aplikasi jasa online pemesanan penginapan Airbnb. Studi ini menggunakan survei online dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif memakai teknik purposive sampling, kuesioner yang dibagikan sebanyak 414 responden, pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Amos 23.0. Pembuktikan hasil dari pengaruh positif dari e-WOM terhadap brand image dan keputusan pembelian, begitu juga dengan kualitas produk mampu memengaruhi brand image dan keputusan pembelian, Keberadaan brand image juga mampu memengaruhi secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Model brand image dalam memediasi pengaruh e-WOM dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sebagai hal baru yang memiliki nilai orisinalitas penelitian yang menggunakan aplikasi AirBnb untuk menjaga dan kepercayaan konsumen untuk mendapatkan bisnis yang berkelanjutan, model ini dapat membantu perusahaan marketplace penyedia jasa sewa penginapan untuk meningkatkan penjualannya agar tetap bertahan dan terus berkembang pada saat PANDEMIC COVID-19.

This research aims to find out how big the brand image and Electronic Word Of Mouth affect the buying interest in Wardah beauty products. The study used a descriptive and vernacular approach to sampling techniques using Nonprobability Sampling with respondents amounting to 135. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS version 26. The result of the relationship between brand image and electronic word of mouth has a correlation coefficient of 0.498 and has a medium and direct relationship level due to positive values, the partial effect of brand image on buying interest is 24.7%, indicating that brand image has a positive influence with buying interest, the partial effect of electronic word of mouth on buying interest is 18.2%. It shows that electronic word of mouth on buying interest has a positive effect, the simultaneous effect of brand image and electronic word of mouth on buying interest amounted to 43.1%. This shows that the variable brand image and electronic word of mouth have a strong enough influence on buying interest Wardah beauty products. But there are still other variable factors not examined around 56.9% Keywords : Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, Buying Interest.

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and brand image on purchasing decisions of Secondate Beauty. The theories discussed in this study are communication theory, electronic word of mouth, brand image, and purchase decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this research is the people of Jakarta who have bought Secondate Beauty products. The sampling technique used was non-probability with a purposive sampling approach, with 140 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the data using the validity, reliability, and normality test. And to test data processing and analysis using multiple linear regression test, T test, F test, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. All of these tests were processed by researchers using IBM SPSS 25 software. This program was used to determine the extent of the influence of electronic word of mouth and brand image on the purchasing decision of Secondate Beauty. The results of this study indicate that Ha is accepted, which means that this means that electronic word of mouth and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions from Secondate Beauty products.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian Secondate Beauty. Teori yang dibahas di penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi, electronic word of mouth, brand image, dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Jakarta yang pernah membeli produk Secondate Beauty. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalan non-probability dengan pendekatan purposive sampling, responden yang berjumlah 140 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas. Dan untuk uji pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji T, uji F, koefisen korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Semua uji ini diolah peneliti dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25. Program ini digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian Secondate Beauty. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan Ha diterima, yang berarti ini menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth dan brand image berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dari produk Secondate Beauty.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to study the indirect effect electronically by word of mouth on purchase intentions through brand image. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with descriptive and explanatory research types. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang. Samples obtained in this study were 375 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses proportional random sampling. While the data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. Path analysis test results show that: There is an indirect and positive and significant effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention through brand image partially. Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini pada dasarnya untuk mengetahui Pengaruh tidak langsung electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention melalui brand image.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang. Sampel yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 375 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Sementara teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil uji analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung secara positif dan signifikan electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention melalui brand image secara parsial.

This research was conducted to look at the influence of Brand Image Trust, and eWOM on Loyalty at the center of souvenirs typical of Jambi. The study was conducted on 100 consumers of The Typical Souvenir Center of Jambi (Temphoyac outlet) with purposive sampling method, and analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of research known to Trust, Brand Image and eWOM significantly affect loyalty, with brand image having a negative relationship to loyalty and trust variables and EWom having a positive relationship to loyalty.

The use of water reservoirs is increasingly diverse but the aims still to save clean water, making the competition between water reservoir producers in Indonesia more competitive. That is added with the emergence of various brands of new water reservoirs that are produced and circulated throughout Indonesia. Moreover, the types of water reservoirs that appear are also increasingly varied. The number of brands of water reservoirs in Indonesia with various types of marketing affects consumer buying interest in the water reservoir itself. This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Image on Buying Interest. By using associative methodology and in taking the sample using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study note that Electronic Word of Mouth and Brand Image simultaneously and partially affect Purchase Interest. The company should maintain and further improve the supporting factors in order to form a Brand Image that has a positive influence on buying interest from consumers. AbstractThis research is conducted to examine the outcome of Brand Image, Promotion, and e-WOM toward Purchase Intention in the Online Shop application. The object of this research is millennial consumers who utilizes Shopee application in Jakarta area. This research was conducted on 150 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using purposive sampling technique due to some contemplation. Data collection method using a survey method, with the questionnaire as its research instrument. The approaches equipped in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-Partla Least Square analysis tool. This research proves that Brand Image had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention in the Online Shop application, Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention in the Online Shop application and EWOM has a significant and fundamental outcome on Purchase Intention in the Online Shop application.AbstrakPenelitian ini ditulis oleh peneliti untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh antara Brand Image, Promotion, dan Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) terhadap Minat Beli pada aplikasi Online Shop. Objek riset ini merupakan para konsumen milenial yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee di area DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam riset ini dengan memanfaatkan 150 responden. Teknik purposive sampling juga dimanfaatkan untuk penentuan ukuran sampling, purposive sampling technic dipilih karena pertimbangan beberapa faktor oleh peneliti dalam penerapannya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan survey method, dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitiannya. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Model dengan dukungan Smart-Partial Least Square sebagai alat analisis riset.  Riset ini memperlihatkan bahwa Brand Image memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli pada aplikasi Online Shop, Promotion memberi pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Minat Beli pada aplikasi Online Shop serta Electronic Word of Mouth atau e-WOM berdampak positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli pada aplikasi Online Shop.
