Alas Kedaton tourism attraction has participated in the Tri Hita Karana Tourism Awards and Accreditation 15 times. Although it has received the Super Platinum II Award from the Tri Hita Karana Bali Foundation, it does not cover the possibility that Alas Kedaton tourism attraction has negative issues. Therefore, the author evaluated the implementation of Tri Hita Karana in the attraction Alas Kedaton tourism attraction. In this research used the concept of evaluation, implementation and concept of Tri Hita Karana to dissect problems. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used with online interviews (telephone) and documentation. The technique of determining the informants technique used purposive sampling. Analysis of data used qualitative data analysis. Result of this research is the attraction Alas Kedaton tourism has done applications in accordance with The concept of Tri Hita Karana in the aspects of Parahyangan, Pawongan and Palemahan. But of course there are still some unintentional and unconscious shortcomings. Based on the results of the evaluation conducted by the researchers using the indicators Of Tri Hita Karana, there is one aspect that is quite much evaluated in The Aspect of Pawongan. While the aspect of Parahyangan And Palemahan has been applied very well. All indicators have been applied in according to their respective functions so that there are no overlaps with other indicators. This research is located at a Tourism Village Penglipuran, Bangli aims to determine the existing condition and synergy Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwista Penglipuran in the development of tourism in Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bangli. Data collection techniques in this research are by observation, in-depth interviews, and study of the documentation relating to the secondary data in the field. The data have been obtained were analyzed by qualitative data analysis techniques that work with the data, organizing data, sorting them into manageable units, search and find patterns, find what is important, and what is learned, and deciding what can be describe to people other. Results of this study were concluded that the existing condition of Tourism Village Penglipuran includes, physical and non-physical condition. Synergies Desa Adat and Pengelola Pariwisata Penglipuran in the development of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran is customary village as a tourism asset owners served as a maker and designer of the policy, while the tourism manager in charge of implementing the tourism policy. Moreover, in the management of the tourism activity undertaken by Pengelola Pariwisata, Desa Adat authorities to supervise all activities of tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran.

The purpose of this study was to determine the price picture and customer buying interest at UD. Tunas Baru District Bandar Huluan. Next to determine the effect of prices on customer buying interest at UD. Tunas Baru District Bandar Huluan. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data and data sources are derived from primary data and secondary data. Research data were collected by conducting interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis includes qualitative data analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the study can be concluded from the total respondents' answers about prices with the dimensions of price affordability, discounted prices, and payment methods to obtain good answer criteria. Then from the total respondents' answers regarding buying interest got high answer criteria. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis it is concluded that there is a positive influence between price on customer buying interest.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitor identification by the management of The Ritz-Carlton Bali as well as hotels which are competitors to The Ritz-Carlton Bali. The data used in this study were secondary data and primary data obtained through data collection by observation, documentation study, and interviews to obtain information related to competitive set identification. The method used in this research is sequential mixed method design with two approaches, qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of data analysis showed that among the 4 competitive set hotels identified by The Ritz-Carlton Bali management, only one hotel, Conrad Resort & Spa, that has a similar corporate identity, location, size, and product type to The Ritz-Carlton Bali. Meanwhile, based on the similarity of corporate identity, location, size, product type, room rate, ADR and RevPar, the hotels which are the competitive set of The Ritz-Carlton Bali are Intercontinental Bali Resort, Conrad Bali Resort, Ayana Resort & Spa Bali Hotel, Hilton. Bali Resort, and The Apurva Kempinski Bali.

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

<p>Abstract<br />The article of  this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar  pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi  Bank Agroniaga  yang  sedang  mengalami  keterpurukan.  Kepemilikan  Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with the technique of determining informants by purposive sampling. The technique of data collection is done by collecting primary data (interviews and observations) and collecting secondary data (literature studies and documentation). While the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the current waste management strategy at the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service is quite maximal in overcoming waste generation. This can be seen from the strategic planning carried out by the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service in the implementation of being able to increase the waste reduction target in carrying out its vision and mission of realizing Kendari which is clean and beautiful. While for operational planning at the Kendari City Environment and Forestry Service, it is still not optimal, it is faced with a related obstacle, namely the lack of technical staff available in their respective fields. This lack of a workforce can result in increasing volumes of waste every day because the population is not proportional to the number of employees, especially workers who handle the waste.

This research was carried out to explore the layoff situation among the Airline industry during the COVID-19 pandemic and suggest the alternative strategies that would consider by the Airline company. The method used in this research is an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents as the primary data collection and the secondary data analysis from the empirical studies that can obtain from electronic and non-electronic media. The findings of this research indicated that one of the suggested alternative strategies, Furlough, is the most recommended one. However, Attrition and Hiring Freeze strategy has less recommended because of the low effectiveness of this strategy on downsizing companies. The study enables the airline company to consider the alternative strategies on their downsizing policy in order to minimize the employees and company loss.

In Indonesia, there are two forms of dispute resolution over Intellectual Property Rights. The first is through the litigation channel and the second is through the Non-Litigation route. Regarding trade disputes over trademark rights, the resolution is also through these two channels. This research specifically examines the settlement of trademark disputes between Geprek Bensu and I Am Geprek Bensu based on Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. This research uses research methods of normative law which is carried out through the collection of primary data and secondary data as well as by the literature approach. Data analysis in this study used qualitative data analysis methods.

This research is motivated by the condition of banquet management in handling wedding events at Pangeran Beach Hotel, Padang City, this can be seen from the lack of planning before the wedding event. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative data. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and documentation. 1) The hotel does not have any planning regarding Research, organizing tasks and responsibilities of the Hotel. 2) planning on event design is only carried out by consumers, 3) Planning in determining the time and place of the wedding is only planned by the consumer. 4) Planning regarding coordination has been well planned, organizing tasks and responsibilities has been going well. 5) Planning the evaluation after the wedding event has been well planned by each hotel department, organizing the duties and responsibilities of each leader has been well implemented, the actions of the leadership of each department have been carried out properly and supervision in conducting evaluations has been well done.

This study aims to make students have an independent character, discipline and responsibility in the digital era through the Monthly Bazaar. The method used in this research was Mixed Method with a sequential exploratory strategy. The sequential exploratory strategy involves collecting and analyzing quantitative data in the second stage based on the results of the first stage. Weights / priorities are more likely to be in the first stage, and the mixing process between these two methods occurs when the researcher makes a connection between qualitative data analysis and quantitative data collection. The results of the study were obtained from qualitative data analysis in the first stage and quantitative data in the second stage. The results of the first stage were obtained from educators' observations of students after completing the monthly bazaar. The results of the second stage are obtained through calculations using a Likert scale and it is obtained the data of 43.75% (ever) if it is categorized in interpretation of scores based on intervals. This data was obtained before the implementation of the monthly bazaar. After implementing the monthly bazaar for two times, the data is 72.75% (often). From the two stages, the relevant results obtained between qualitative and quantitative data analysis showed that there was an independent character, discipline and responsibility embedded in students after the implementation of the monthly bazaar activities.
