Talenta service program is a education program and training for fresh graduate from any university to get some knowledge in the world of banking. This program using the development comprehenship principle with combine learning in the class learning in the complete and modern mini bank facility and learning in the field through on the job training (OJT) activities. The purpose of this study is to measure the succes of student talent services at PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research method that is trying to describe implementation of education and training program at PT. Bank Maybank, Tbk with a sample of 10 (ten) student service talent/interships. The result of this study show that by using mini bank simulations/practicum on education and training programs, talent service program have made it easier for students to understand lessons and can increase students enthusiasm and interest in following the learning process.

In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and integration of the Vietnamese economy into the global economy, Vietnam's education and training has been increasingly developed and increasingly deeply integrated into the world. The development of teacher training programs is considered an urgent issue, a prerequisite to contribute positively to the development of education and training in the country. However, the first period of integration shows that teachers have many limitations in practical skills, soft skills, and foreign languages when working in a modern environment. These limitations are due to many factors; one of the basic factors is that the training programs at teacher training facilities are mainly focused on knowledge towards approaching content. Therefore, the development of training programs in general and teacher training programs in particular in the direction of developing necessary skills that society requires learners to have, in order to work and develop their qualities after graduation, to meet the integration needs in the context of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an important trend in the world and especially for Vietnam in the current period. CDIO stands for words: Conceive, Design, Implement and Operate. It is a solution to improve the quality of training to meet social requirements, on the basis of determining the outcome standards, developing programs and training plans; It is also the idea of universities, technical institutes of the United States and Sweden in the early 90s of the last century with the intention of training students after graduation with full knowledge and skills such as: communication skills, personal skills ... and immediate access to the labor market, meeting the needs of the business. In this article, we focus on the solution to develop teacher training programs under the CDIO approach to meet the requirements of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in higher education institutions in Vietnam.

Abstrak Metode pembelajaran tahsin Al-Quran merupakan sebuah proses belajar seseorang agar bisa membaca Al-Quran dengan baik dan benar. Dengan adanya metode tahsin Al-Quran ini maka akan selalu  lahir generasi-generasi yang mampu membaca Al-Quran dengan tartil, dan dampaknya secara langsung akan menunjang dan membantu fokus pemerintah di dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan itu sendiri. Salah satu metode supaya pembelajaran tahsin Al-Quran itu berjalan menarik adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Naghom maqomat (Seni Irama baca Al-Quran). Salah satu maqomat yang menarik itu adalah irama bayati. Dari tanah Arab ke seluruh penjuru dunia, nagham telah menjadi teman setia bagi tajwid Al-Qur’an, kemudian umat Islam bisa membaca Al-Qur’an dengan versi murattal dan versi mujawwad. Walaupun muncul perbedaan pendapat tentang boleh atau tidaknya nagham dalam membaca al-Qur’an, akan tetapi perbedaan pendapat -yang sudah tua- tersebut bermuara pada sikap kehati-hatian dari ulama madzhab Maliki akan tercemarnya kemurnian Al-Qur’an. Tujuan daripada penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan metode tahsin dengan pendekatan maqamat bayati. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan cara eksperimen. Ringkasan dari penelitian ini adalah menjabarkan tentang sebuah  metode tahsin baru yang mudah, menarik dan menyenangkan serta mudah dipelajari. Kesimpulannya adalah menghasilkan sebuah metode baru yang dapat meningkatkan daya minat orang untuk belajar tahsin Al-Quran. Abstract The method of learning tahsin Al-Quran is a learning process for someone to be able to read the Koran properly and correctly. With the existence of this method of tahsin Al-Quran, generations will always be born who are able to read the Al-Quran with tartil, and its impact will directly support and help the focus of the government in achieving its own educational goals. One method to make the learning of the Al-Quran tahsin run interesting is to use the Naghom maqomat approach (the art of reading the Al-Quran). One of the interesting maqomats is the baby rhythm. From the land of Arabia to all corners of the world, nagham has become a loyal friend to the recitation of the Al-Qur'an, then Muslims can read the Al-Qur'an in the murattal version and the mujawwad version. Even though there are differences of opinion about whether or not nagham is allowed to read the Qur'an, the difference of opinion - which is old - leads to the caution of the Maliki school of thought that the purity of the Al-Qur'an is tainted. The purpose of this research is to determine the development of the tahsin method with the maqamat bayati approach. The method used is a qualitative research method by means of experiments. The summary of this study describes a new tahsin method that is easy, interesting and fun and easy to learn. The conclusion is to produce a new method that can increase people's interest in learning tahsin Al-Quran.

Learning the Qur'an with the Qiro'ati method is the system and how to read it smoothly, quickly, precisely, correctly, and in tartil without having to be spelled. Then the implementation model is to use props for classical implementation which contains material that is in the pages of the volume book Qiro'ati. The instructor must conduct Qiro'ati education and training so as to obtain an official diploma that can be used to teach the Qiro’ati method. Then the purpose of this research is to find out what methods are used, how the learning process is, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at the Al-Qur'anah Education Park PAUDIT Al Hasanah Pagar Dewa Bengkulu City on March 5 to April 5, 2019. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the character education in the Pancasila subject for STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau Students. How is character education integrated in the learning process contained in the values of Pancasila. Its application for the world of education in higher education is through Lecturers who teach the Pancasila course. The research method used is a qualitative description method. The instrument used in this study was direct observation in the field. Researchers in this qualitative research are lecturers in the Pancasila subject at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Results and discussion, namely: 1) Character and Local Wisdom is a character as an Indonesian human being built through ethical values that come from local wisdom on elements of religion, state philosophy, and culture. Becoming a multicultural nation is a gift and continues to be an Indonesian man with noble character and character, 2) Character Education in the Pancasila Course for STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau Students, namely the campus as an educational institution is a place to develop themselves and also form good character. Through the Pancasila course, character education can be applied from this.It should also be explained that the Pancasila course must be taken as the essence of strengthening the character and local wisdom of the nation. The implementation of character education in Pancasila courses must also be applied in campus activities as well as in positive activities in the general public. Lecturers who teach Pancasila courses must be really able to practice the values contained in every material they teach. The application of character education will later leave an impression on students to become students who are smart, have broad insight, and have a love for the country and the nation. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendidikan karakter pada mata kuliah Pancasila Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Bagaimana pendidikan karakter yang menyatu dalam proses pembelajaran yang terkandung didalam nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penerapanya bagi dunia pendidikan di perguruan tinggi melalui Dosen pengampu mata kuliah Pancasila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskripsi kualitatif. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa pengamatan secara langsung dilapangan. Peneliti dalam penelitian kualitatif ini adalah sebagai Dosen pengampu mata kuliah Pancasila di STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Hasil dan pembahasan, yaitu: 1) Karakter dan Kearifan Lokal adalah Karakter sebagai manusia Indonesia dibangun melalui nilai-nilai etika yang bersumber dari kearifan lokal atas unsur agama, filsafat negara, dan budaya. Menjadi sebuah bangsa yang multikulutural adalah sebuah anugerah dan tetap menjadi manusia Indonesia yang berkarakter dan berbudi pekerti yang luhur, 2) Pendidikan Karakter Pada Mata Kuliah Pancasila Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau, yaitu Kampus sebagai lembaga pendidikan merupakan tempat mengembangkan diri dan juga membentuk karakter yang baik. Melalui mata kuliah Pancasila, pendidikan karakter dapat diterapkan dari hal tersebut. Perlu juga dijelaskan bahwa mata kuliah Pancasila harus diambil inti sarinya sebagai penguatan karakter dan kearifan lokal bangsa. Penerapan pendidikan karakter mata kuliah Pancasila juga harus diaplikasikan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan kampus maupun kegiatan yang positif di lingkungan masyarakat umum. Dosen pengampu mata kuliah Pancasila harus benar-benar mampu mengamalkan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam setiap materi yang diajarkannya. Penerapan pendidikan karakter nantinya akan membekas dalam diri mahasiswa untuk menjadi mahasiswa yang cerdas, berwawasan luas, dan memiliki rasa cinta tanah air dan bangsa.

The Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) Organization of Riau Province is one of the organizations that support the quality of human resources in the librarian profession, with the existence of a professional librarians organization can help librarians in improving library management to the maximum. This study aims to determine how the Role of the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province in Developing the Quality of Librarian Human Resources. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. This research was conducted by interviewing the management and members of the Riau Province Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) based on three indicators, namely (1) Scientific Activities, (2) Education and Training, and (3) Riau Smart Program. The results of the interviews show that of the three work program indicators, the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province has not carried out its activities properly. In the Scientific Activity Indicator, IPI of Riau Province has conducted 5 activities that lead to the development of librarians' human resources. In the Education and Training Indicator, IPI of Riau Province has conducted 1 activity that leads to the development of librarian's human resources. In the Riau Smart Program Indicator, the Provincial IPI has carried out 1 activity that leads to the development of library human resources. So it can be concluded that the role of the Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province in Developing the Quality of Librarian's Human Resources has not been carried out to the maximum.Keywords: Role, Librarian, Quality, Human Resources, Indonesian Librarian Association (IPI) of Riau Province.
