In addressing the integrity of documents in modern information systems, the focus is on protecting them from unauthorized user changes. At the same time, the solution to the problem of ensuring the preservation of the composition, content, and interaction of documents has almost not been considered. However, such a task often has to be solved during the operation of information systems, as well as enterprise management systems handling unstable business processes. To address this issue, an approach has been proposed to unify solutions to the task related to the integrity of paper-based documents circulating within an enterprise management system, as well as electronic documents and stored information system data. The existing service registry models have been analyzed, aimed to formally describe the resources of the information system and an enterprise management system based on this information system. Models of elements of the unified information resource registry have been modified, and a model for ensuring the integrity of an enterprise's information resources has been developed. The proposed improvements make it possible to use current and multi-tested methods to address the integrity of information resources. Experimental testing of improved models of a unified information resource registry has been carried out. The task of ensuring integrity was considered for a regulatory document that should change its name and its composition as a result of external and internal factors. It has been shown that the application of the proposed results makes it possible to solve the task of ensuring the integrity of information resources such as paper-based regulations of an enterprise management system, within the framework of a unified registry of information resources by existing database management systems

It is established that the transformation of the economy on the way to market relations forces to move to the creation of a new marketing management system of wholesale trade, which today is a lever to stimulate domestic production, in conditions of economic instability and changing customer tastes, intensification of competitors, price fluctuations, demand, business activity in the market. We have identified the need to find modern approaches to managing the business processes of wholesale enterprises, which requires the formation of a holistic, scientifically sound system of organization and an effective enterprise management system. Such a system should be a marketing management concept that would be aimed at meeting the needs and demands of the market, would adequately respond to changes in the internal and external environment, would increase the profitability of sales activities. The marketing concept of management differs from production and marketing flexibility, elasticity, efficiency and sensitivity to market changes, greater adaptability to various innovations. The marketing concept of wholesale trade management is directly correlated with business processes and is related to operations to study consumer demand, the needs of suppliers and buyers, the provision of wholesale services and the development of rational ways of moving goods. Commercial, logistics, production and financial business operations are modeled and implemented through a marketing management system, combining the needs of suppliers, customers and providing in their unity more rational ways to promote goods than in the case of their separate organization. Marketing management should combine and harmonize the main business processes of the wholesale company, the result of which is: for the manufacturer the best conditions of purchase; guarantee and prospects of sales channels; placing products on the market; transportation conditions; storage conditions, motivation of employees. Management decisions are presented, the adoption of which will help to combine and harmonize the main business processes of wholesale trade enterprises and ensure their more rapid adaptation to the market environment.

The article covers the issues of modern construction of enterprise management systems. It is established that the last negative changes in the activity of enterprises are caused by post-transmission transformations. This gives grounds for business leaders to review and diagnose and monitor the enterprise management system. The search for new ways out of the crisis and stabilization of its activities depends on an effective management system of the enterprise. Thus, it is proved that all participants in market relations must independently and purposefully form and implement scientific and technical policy, promptly make new management decisions in the field of economics, technology and technology. And it is these changes that must be reflected in the transformed and improved enterprise management systems. The analysis of semantic understanding of the conceptual apparatus of the control system is carried out. This made it possible to form the structure of a modern management system. The main elements and subsystems of the modern enterprise management system are identified. The structural scheme of elements of modern system of management of the enterprise is given and constructed. The analysis of approaches is carried out. That is, an effective management system should cover all business processes of the enterprise and for their management it is necessary to use an integrated approach. A comprehensive approach to creating an effective management system in the enterprise must take into account and combine multifaceted aspects (technical, technological, economic, social, environmental, organizational, political, psychological and others), ie to ensure the unity of all components that be realized. The approach requires the internal unity of the entire system and process management to achieve maximum effect with minimum cost. There are three main ones that will enable the transformation, improvement and control of all subsystems and allow the integrated enterprise management system. That is, to create a modern effective management system requires constant diagnosis and improvement of its subsystems.

Currently, most modern manufacturing companies use automated information systems to account for resources and plan their activities. The functionality of these systems often becomes very extensive and actively changes over time. It is required to maintain the competence of employees when working with them, for which enterprise knowledge bases are created, which, however, themselves require significant labor costs to build. This paper describes methods and tools for collecting and analyzing information about the actions of users in an automated enterprise management system, which allows you to identify problems in its business processes and the most frequent mistakes of employees. Under the basic information system of the enterprise we mean the software complexes for resource management and control of production activities. One of the most common samples are products based on 1C: Enterprise platform. These systems include advanced functionality of the accounting of user actions, where the type and time of events is recorded, as well as instances of related objects. Common intelligent systems for automating the filling of knowledge bases concentrate on the generation of materials directly from the data structure of the main information system, or analysis of already existing documents in natural language. The approach we propose is not aimed at completely replacing a human expert, but at providing him with up-to-date information about the needs of users in the order of compiling knowledge base materials. The information system of an enterprise is represented by a discrete dynamic system, whose elements change state as a result of user actions. Users' interactions with the information system are recorded as time-ordered sequences of elementary events, which are stored in a special logbook. The subject area structure and business processes of the core information system are described in a knowledge base in the form of a graph structure. Its elements include human-readable materials and a set of metadata, allowing their analysis by algorithmic methods. Based on the results of the work, an approach to identify the most relevant materials for the composition of the knowledge base materials is developed. It is based on algorithmic analysis of the actions of users of the basic information system and the calculation of the amount of time that users spend to eliminate emerging problems. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed approach developed a simulation model and conducted experiments to estimate the downtime of users, depending on the method of filling the knowledge base.
