The pandemic has changed people's habits or people's behavior in non-cash transactions using digital wallets or e-wallets to reduce the risk of being infected with the coronavirus, one of which is by using QRIS. However, we have not often encountered the use of digital payment technology through QRIS in tourism locations. One of them is the South Square of Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research using the Focus group discussion method. In this study, the number of participants in this FGD was ten people from the team, ISEI, and tourism industry players in Alun-Alun Kidul Yogyakarta. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the first conclusion is that the use of QRIS in Alun-Alun Kidul Yogyakarta is still minimal, even though 80% have received the code, but only 30% have activated it, and who use it no more than 2%. Some several obstacles and challenges cause this, including the low number of visitors, regulations that are not required, and the mindset of traders who still use traditional financial management systems. The alternative solution offered is QRIS activation for tourism industry players who have not yet performed and provided mobile services from BPD.

The researcher designed this study with an approach of qualitative research approach with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. Participants come from 25 universities throughout Indonesia. Participants are leaders of higher education ranging from the head of the study program to the rector. The result of the focus group discussion shows that the quality of higher education will decrease if there is the scarcity of qualified lecturers. Declining quality of higher education will affect the number of students. Finally, if the student decline happens continuously, then higher education can close. So quality is a top priority in university governance.

<p><em></em><em>The religious counselor has an important role in society as an agent of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia in transforming community. However, in the reality, as a community motivator, its class is far less important than the private motivators such as Mario Teguh, Abdullah Gymnastiar and his ESQ method, Christian Andrianto, Hermawan Kartajaya,Gede Prama, Krisnamurti, Guenta K., Andrie Wongso and so forth. This is a qualitative research using an in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observation and document study in collecting data. The results show: the first, the religious counselor developed a face to face model for their communication with their clients which is to some extent less sophisticated. In addition, this method does not follow people’s needs and development of technology. Furthermore, they are mostly working with religious group, except some religious counselors in Manado who tried to enhance their work into wider society </em></p>

This descriptive qualitative research used data sources in the form of documents and persons, i.e. bilingual signboards displayed on school walls and those called raters who have competencies in assessing translation quality. Content analysis, Interview, and Focus Group Discussion were applied as the methods to collect and analyze the data of bilingual signboards. As a result, there are three types of school signboard, namely signboards showing names of place, signboards showing the condition of a particular place, and those saying proverbs. Dealing with the function, signboards having informative, suggestive, restrictive and mandatory functions are identified. The majority of the data resulting accurate and less acceptable translation is found in universal signboards, while culture-bound signboards tend to be rendered less accurate and less acceptable due to some factors that can be read thoroughly in this article.
